Best campground. Clean, spaces were not close together and arranged so you felt you had some privacy. They were very pleasant. Loved to hear all the happy noises.

Very clean and well taken of campground. The staff was great to answer my questions ahead of time by email and then in person. Loved the open general kitchen and firepit. Nice group and social area! Beach was a decent walk from campground or easy drive. Would plan a trip just to stayagain!

My 1st time camping at KOA. I stayed at a cabin with heater. It was a cold night. Our room was definitely warm. I really enjoyed all the amenities. A short drive to the beach was beautiful.

We had our 4th wonderful stay at the Manchester Beach KOA. For this visit, we were crazy winter camping people and the ONLY ones in a tent. It was great to have the entire area to ourselves and it was so peacefully quiet. It rained during the night and a little during the day, but our tent kept us dry. My sleeping bag was not warm enough though. We also saw a racoon in the tree above our site!

we had a very nice stay over the weekend. very friendly staff, front desk Yolanda was very accommodating and sweet. Good service is definitely very much appreciated.

Absolutely lovely, Moira helped us out and reccomended things to do. The weather was rainy, so the Kamping Kitchen really saved our bacon for breakfast!

Our cabin was very cute! Thankfully it was a quiet weekend. It would be awesome if they could put some rock down on the roads & the paths in & out of the campground especially around the cabin areas. It rained & there were huge puddles everywhere & you couldn't even tell where the roads were. The staff was super friendly & nice.

First off, it was a muddy mess with all the rain. Zero internet or phone accessibility. Very limited cable tv options.

NO WIFI. They advertise Free Wifi (limited), but actually there is no WiFi included in the overpriced rates. You have to pay additional fees for WiFi and it is not inexpensive. After a frustrating discussion, the office person gave me a choice of a credit of $12.00 or, to check out and leave.

Beautiful campground in a beautiful location. Facilities and amenities were very good and staff were friendly and helpful. The nearby state park Beach and dunes are incredible.

Yolanda and her staff run a great campground!! We’ve been here several times over the past few years and each time all the employees are friendly, compassionate and willing to help with just about anything while you’re there. One of our favorite KOA’s! We will continue to come back here.

Our third stay and we always look forward to being here. Unlike some other KOA Journey campgrounds, Manchester Beach is professionally run, immaculate (as a campground can be), and pet friendly.

Overall it was good. We appreciate the clean bathrooms, the quiet nights and the friendly people. A reminder about the raccoons would have been nice. The ability to text and make calls locally would be nice. Your fees are high enough that this should be provided. Thank you.

Been staying over the Halloween weekend for over 25 years. Great facilities, wonderful staff, fantastic location. I do miss the old Halloween dinner events though

This KOA is fantastic! It is clean, friendly, and well supplied. The rating is low because internet is not freely available, nor is there cell service to create my own hotspot. I work full time online. I need solid access to the internet and will return to places that facilitate my desire to travel while working. At a minimum invest in cell boosters instead of 3rd party charges by the hour.

W e always enjoy our stay here. Surprised the heat in the pool was turned off a few days before we checked in but we enjoyed the hot tub.. I wish they had miniature golf !! The showers are very very clean. Over all had a great time.

Front desk folks are great. They let me use the oven. I think it is at the top end of the budget though. My family rented a cabin that was DELUXE but it had no stove top, no plates or silver, and it was 170 per night. I paid 202 for a place that had kitchen amenities. Try not to raise the prices too much- we would likely pick a hotel if they go up much more. Best,

Dog park was excellent. Also liked easy access to trash and recycling. Site was not gravelled and was muddy after rains. Some other sites were gravelled. This seemed like "overflow site" although our reservations were made months ago.

This KOA was immaculate! Every staff member we came across greeted us, we ordered some firewood when we checked in and it was already being delivered as we approached our cabin. Showers, bathrooms, the grounds - all of it was clean with a superior standard of care. We look forward to returning again very soon as our experience was exceptional.

Our second time staying at the Manchester KOA, but our first time staying there when the hot tub was open. Such a nice way to unwind after a long day of hiking. We just love this KOA and can't wait to come back!

Nicely laid out. Good service. Clean hot showers. The only reason we were disappointed was although the site does have proximity to the beach (1mile), dogs are not allowed as it's a preserve. We picked this site for the location but was unable to use that primary feature.
