this place is great. my family and i love it every time. the pool, store and sites are super clean. for sure going back soon. staff is great too.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great dog park. Loved seeing the deers so close to the property. Quiet times observed. Outdoor Bathrooms were kept clean and well-stocked. We will definitely be coming back.

Friendly staff, great location. The property was well maintained, two playgrounds and the pet park was great. The hot showers were amazing! We will definitely be putting this KOA on our favorites list

We love staying here! Welcoming and wonderful staff especially Yolanda the manager. Clean and well kept amenities with nearby beaches to explore with my dog companion. Always a nice stay & great drive from ( ( south east ish ) as long as you ignore gps and go through Philo on 128 to Navarro and down the 1 towards Elk , you’ll pass a beautiful valley , redwood forest & ocean views

It’s a nice campground in a beautiful area. we enjoyed the attached dog park and our kids enjoyed the playground, pool and arcade games. We paid for Wi-Fi but it was horrible and barely worked at all, and we had no signal from t-mobile. Also the sewer hookup was a little damaged so we had to support the connection with other items, and it was slightly uphill for our airstream which is annoying.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and the campground is beautiful with trees and wildlife the facilities are great!! Will be visiting again soon already planning the next trip up

Location great. Located just north of Pt Arena, within an hour of Fort Bragg and Glass Beach to the north, anf Guadalupe and Stewart's Point south. Amenities including warm showers and a central kitchen a real plus. Area to camp wooded Staff extremely helpful and cheerful.

Great spot. Read a negative review complaining about how windy and narrow the road is for RV travel. Lol. That’s the PCH not the campgrounds fault. It’s a great campground with easy sand beach access. No dogs allowed at beach. There’s no cell signal in the area which means having to purchase the camps Wi-Fi. It’s terrible Wi-Fi. Not suitable for much. Automatically kicks you off every few

This used to be my favorite KOA. I understand that it's an off season and the weather has been crazy. The one bathroom that was unclocked was dirty, the shower light only stayed on for about 30 seconds before I had to pull back the curtain and wave at it, the road between our site and the bathroom was a muddy mess. How about dropping mulch in the muddy areas?

They have had some obvious storm damage recently and large puddles along the roads that you would expect after cars and rv’s driving around on saturated ground. That didn’t stop us from having a great time watching the deer from our campfire and looking at the universe full of stars. Can’t wait to go back in the summer months.

The lady at the front desk was fabulous. She provided us with all the information we needed and was very personable. We enjoyed her. The facilities were clean and well kept. We have been returning here for 3 years now

No cell phone service (Verizon) and the WIFI system is way too expensive and does not always work correctly. Restaurant recommendations were outstanding!

we stayed a week at this beautiful RV park! All the staff members we had contact with were friendly and helpful (especially liked Mo)!!! It has a fantastic large dog park. The location is great with many places to visit within an hours drive. We travel a lot and this KOA is now in our top 3 places to stay. Can’t wait to come back.

In the past it has been very crowded and noisy with people up late (we stay up late but in the past people have been up and VERY loud ridiculously late being loud and obnoxious and in my opinion it's just rude), and we've been packed in so close that you can hear people's heaters on and off all night. BUT, this time it was LOVELY and pleasant and people were respectful and spread out. Great! :)

Staff were friendly and efficient. Campground seems to have suffered througha major winter storm with clean up under way. The site was very unlevel and the roads need maintence. Washrooms and showers were just ok

4 stars for lovely property and cleanliness. It was obvious that a lot of effort went into cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. However, the hot tub was broken and more burners didn't work than worked in the kitchen, and the microwave was rusty. People camp at KOA for the many amenities they are known for, and while things break and wear out, more effort is needed to replace/fix broken appliances.

Warm friendly greeting on arrival. Very large KOA. Grounds are well laid out and user friendly and well maintained. I did check out rest room/showers...very usable and clean. I had a minor problem, reported it and one of the maintenance workers was there before I returned. The electrical "problem" was the circuit breaker switch was in the off position, which I did not see.

We were told the spa had been broken for two months. I Understand is at the coast but it there should be a little bit more urgency to repair items which are very popular with the guest. Internet should be included within the price of the stay. The internet is free at any accommodation across the US, except here.

I enjoyed the friendly staff, clean restrooms & shower, clean grounds, clean common areas, lighting around the campground, friendly long-term camp residents, service at the camp office & store. The roads on the grounds need to be re-leveled because of potholes. I was puzzled by not being offered full hook-ups for my two-day stay. All of the full hook-up sites were empty during that time.

Nicely laid out. Good service. Clean hot showers. The only reason we were disappointed was although the site does have proximity to the beach (1mile), dogs are not allowed as it's a preserve. We picked this site for the location but was unable to use that primary feature.
