Nice campground. We have been camping at this KOA since the 1980s.

We didn't have time to see everything Mackinaw City has to offer. The KOA was fantastic and convenient by picking up trash at campsit, delivering firewood and the ferry shuttle picks you up at campground. Hope to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The campgrounds were clean and very nicely maintained. The office staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help in whatever you might need. The gift shop and store was well stocked. We were very happy to spend time here.

Loved every minute of it. It’s always quiet, clean and a joy to interact with the staff. Been coming here since my daughter was 9, she’s 30 now. Highly recommend. It’s a great campground

Very friendly staff. We bought our tickets for the ferry at the office and they arranged for the free shuttle to pick us up at the campground. Clean bathrooms and laundry.

Staff does a great job communicating with guests and anticipating their needs. Campground is well kept and in a very convenient location for travel to and from the island or for day trips to state park.

It was a nice park, but our fifth-wheel was 43 feet and there was barely enough room to park our truck.

We were with a group of veterans and the KOA bent over backwards to accommodate us. Each site has FHU's. This was our 5th KOA on this trip añd it was the best.

We loved the Mackinaw area, three Great Lakes marvellous. The campground was beyond our expectations, plenty of trees, large campsites and friendly helpful staff. The washrooms and showers were very clean. The campground had a very upbeat vibe, we loved our stay there.

It was good, unfortunately I had double booked in error and didn't realize it until we got there and it was too late to cancel one spot.

First we get to the campground and we found our camp site number#48, when we got to site 48 there was a camper stored there. Our camper is 40 feet and our camper barely fit, our truck was sticking out onto the road. Needed to park on the grass...then there's not getting a site big enough for our camper, we may give it another try.....maybe!

Ron, It looks like you have stayed with us many times. We are sorry that you were disappointed in your site this year. Be sure to take advantage of our "select my site" option next time you came and choose the site you would like to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay. The people at the koa were very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the cleanliness. The path through the woods, connecting with the bike trail was really great. We used it daily. Location is very good for touring the area.

The cabin with the full bath was wonderful. For people who are not really campers this was perfect. We loved it. The free shuttle to the ferry was so easy. The owners are just a text away. The owners are so nice, wonderful people. Great place to stay!

Since I have been married and had children, I wanted to take my family camping, and we had a great time. I just hope they will remember going, I am sure they will ^^

I went here during the summer and it was great, the workers are very friendly and always trying to help. The bike path is very fun to ride on. The only problem I have is they don't want you to put anything up and I put up my portable hammock, and they said to take it down .

I have been to Mackinac City and Island a couple of times, and each time it was excellent experience! The moment you board the ferry to the island the journey to the past starts. It's just so peaceful and relaxing at the island without the noise and pollution of the motor vehicles. The fudge and speciality food on the island is a must have while there.
