I enjoyed my stay. Staff very nice BUT the 1 thing I didn’t like at all was the fact that not only poor water pressure but there was also no hot water. I even went to the other one on the hill and it was the same. Could not find an electrical outlet in the 1 bathroom to work at all. For sure need to give the bathrooms a make over! I will be back regardless! Thanks

Checked in after hours which was super simple, easy, and explained well. The campsite were were given was in a horrible spot consodering we were the only tent camping group there. Right under a light and next to the children's jump pad. We had yo use our vehicle to try and block out some of thw light because it was impossible to sleep under a large light. The amenities were nice as was the store.

My campsite was shaded and close to restrooms. Customer service was excellent at check-in in and bundle of wood delivered to site. Overall good experience

We were there for the Halloween camp out weekend. It was very fun, and the staff was very nice. The events were a little disorganized, but overall it was still a very fun time. We would happily return here.

We enjoyed a long weekend at the campground. The facilities are getting run down, but we love staying there and have returned yearly because it’s close to home, but a great staycation.

Amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire campground was immaculately clean. Water pressure in bathrooms could use some work but not too bad.

My stay was amazing. We arrived after the office closed but was greeted by a young man you showed us to our site. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The way you communicate with campers is outstanding. I owned a site at a KOA (DUBOIS,PA) and they never did what you folks do. Thank you for making are stay great!

Honestly the camp site was horrible. Site was not as described. It was in not way suitable for tent camping. The side had a steep slope/ drop from there you park to the camping area. We was told I couldn't bring my pop up camper because it was a tent site but yet the site directly next to me Also a tent site was allowed one. Sites are not laid out so you can actually tell what site is yours.

The facility is very nice, the stagg is fantastic and very helpful. Although we were only there for 4 nights, the bathroom was never cleaned, and it ran out of paper towels. The jet noise on Thursday and Friday night was insane, from 10 p.m. until about 5 a.m., that's all we heard. The trail and pool was really nice.

We enjoyed our first family camping trip. The bathrooms were extremely clean, and there are lots of fun things to do! We brought out pet and he enjoyed how open and spacious our tent site was!

Stayed in a deluxe tent site with water, electricity, covered picnic table, and sand to place the tents on. Everything was fantastic! Great hosts and employees. Clean bathrooms and showers.

Only stayed long enough to fish. Was confronted twice by a KOA employee wondering if my friends and I had snuck in.

It was our families first stay with a family of 6 ages 6-46 and there were plenty of activities for all of us to enjoy. Staff was very kind and helpful and all facilities were clean and well maintained. We are already planning our next trip that will definitely include KOA. Thank you

I was only passing through and didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities, but I there are lots of games and activities provided as well as a nice sized pool and deck area. I stayed in a tent and the area was well maintained with good spacing between sites. It is in a flight path which got active after 9 PM as well as being close to the highway, so I'd recommend earplugs if you're in a tent.

We enjoyed our stay, however we tent camped and we're far from the only 2 restroom facilities on the KOA. Our only complaint is that we needed to have more bathrooms or be located closer to the bathroom as our tent didn't have a restroom like the rvs we were surrounded by.

Was fun for the kids and was an awesome place till bed time bc the security light next to spot 308 and 309 was so bright the kids wouldn't sleep . After multiple complaints someone turned light off for 30 minutes then came back and turned it back on waking the kids again. He came back and said we could move our 11 people which was occupying 2 spots on to one spot 306 which didn't have electic.

There were so many activities for our kids. The staff was very accommodating and brought anything we needed directly to our site. The restrooms were always clean as well.

We could not have picked a better campground for a 3.5 and 7 year old boy. They played hours at the playground, after a big day at the Louisville Zoo. We were welcomed with warm chocolate chip cookies and had delicious cool lemon water as a refreshment beverage. Bath houses were spotless. Campground was quiet and very clean! Trash pick up in the morning was a nice bonus. The boys played giant chess, bounced on the bounce pad, swung on the zip line. We stayed 2 nights and wanted to stay longer. They have a gorgeous pool on site, regretfully it was too cold for swimming in April 2025. Thank you for an amazing vacation for my dear friend and her “littles”. The site was level and I was led to my site by an employee who helped me back into my full hook up site. The fee was reasonable for the services provided. I encourage anyone to come and stay at the South Louisville KOA. They had cute cabins if you don't have an RV 🥰

This Campground is so amazing! Everyone is super nice & helpful! The warm chocolate chip cookies you receive upon arrival are very delicious 🍪🍪 The dog park is great too. Our dog got to play with two other dogs in it🐕🐩🐕‍🦺 The water pressure in the showers🚿 was fantastic! Beware of their new Scoops & Such ice cream🍧 addition in their store, it is fabulous & very addictive. We will definitely be stopping here again in the future too!
