Arrived late, attendant with a cart was very kind and led us to spot. Our pull through was very steep which took quit a while to level out truck and camper. Shower pressure was very terrible. Worst ever. Stopped in on way out to ask a question and seemed like “lady/book keeper had a chip on her shoulder. �ϋ� For the cost this park was very disappointing. I could go on.

They did not have our reservation when we arrived. We had to move because of overhanging and tree branches on the side of our rig. They moved us and everything was OK. The original price was very high and the site was not level. They did make a price adjustment and the staff we dealt with were very nice and made things right. Don't wait for customers to tell you about things ! Trim your trees.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our wide and roomy site was level with extremely nice patio, table and chairs and firepit. Lots of activities for kids. Easy to get to, yet not close enough to the interstate to have a noise problem. Large trees added a lot to the ambience. Garbage was always picked up promptly. Clean, modern laundry room with plenty of machines. Clean bathrooms with showers.

We have stayed several times on our travels through Louisville. It’s always clean and the staff is very helpful.

This park by far was the worst KOA we have stayed in. Grounds were not kept up way too many permanent residents in trailers.

This was an overnight stop that we wish we could spend more time at! Very nice KOA! My first contact upon arrival was with Elaine. She was fantastic and should be a Customer Service trainer!!! Our site was very nice and clean. Well maintained. All of our hookups were in excellent shape and easily accessible. This is an outstanding KOA!!!

Campground and staff great! Price very high for a1 night stay - $99 for a basic site and $127 to have a cement pad.

This is the 2nd time this year we stayed at Louisville South KOA, and our stay was very pleasant, the staff was great along with the guys on the golf carts picking up trash and talking or waving, we will definitely be back again and tell others

The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. However, the campsites were not as well-maintained as those in other KOA campgrounds I have visited. Additionally, the presence of numerous long-term or permanent residents significantly altered the atmosphere compared to what KOA's were like in the past.

As a multiple time returning guest, it's always nice to pull into a spot that is clean, safe and has a super friendly staff. This trip was no exception. Everything was great, and the food truck we had Friday and Saturday was GREAT!

Very nice and quiet campground. I was guided to my site and even assisted with backing in, then again with leveling. No other campground has done that before. We'll likely stay here again the next time we're out this way.

Nice spot after having to move from the original spot being so unlevel we couldn't use it. Many activities, and nice layout. Close to stores and restaurants but still felt like out in the country.

The. campground in general seems ok and has many good sites, however, our site was horrible and had a steep grade. We simply stopped over for the night so we managed but the site needs work.

We were disappointed in the site assigned to us. It was a very hot day, and the site had no shade. The campground was only 25% full - there were plenty of shaded sites available. The campground looked worn out, tired, and old compared to other KOAs we've experienced.

This was our first time staying at a KOA so we can't say whether this is just how they all are or what, but we had such an incredible experience. Everyone was so welcoming and kind (even giving the kids warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival!), and we could not have been happier (even escorting us to our site and offering valet trash). All the play areas and yard games were so fun for us (jump pad, playground, bocce ball, gaga ball, ladder ball, chess, checkers, basketball, cornhole). The restrooms and public areas were clean and well maintained. Furthermore, when we were under tornado watch and staying in a tent with our young kids, they allowed us to upgrade to a vacant cabin. We were well taken care of and could not have had a better experience here! (Also notable is the proximity to amenities--stores, restaurants, gas.)

We stayed here the second time on our way home. Absolutely the most friendly staff you can imagine. Great amenities and for us important K9 camp. Everything nice and clean. We definitely will be back

Stayed for 5 months due to traveling work. Ms. Jersey was the most friendly and helpful. Nice walking trail and bathhouses. We enjoyed having access to the dog park where our pup could run around. Hope to stay here again in the future.
