Site too short for my trailer and truck and too narrow. On end by driveway and barely enough room to extend my awning without fear of other camper in tow hitting it. Otherwise nice facilities and people.

It was an overnight stay, but the staff were very nice. The sites were clean and easy to maneuver in and out of.

Nice campground, lots of things to do. Rode my bike along the trails. There were Halloween activities for the kids, a food truck on site. Would have liked to have sites with sewer hookups

Wifi / Internet does not work and staff apologies should be replaced with letting campers know in advance it does not work. The grounds were dirty, tall grass and weeds throughout the property. This KOA was once a wonderful place with fabulous management (TJ). Sad to see this deterioration happen.

The site was clean and the staff friendly. I liked how they escorted us to our site, since it was our first time camping, that was helpful. The communication was on point and I liked the fact they did stuff for the kids.

The activities were wonderful. Our grandkids had a great time. The staff was excellent!!! They were friendly and helpful. I only have one recommendation that the gravel sites be more level or have concrete pads to pull on. Other than that the place is great!!!

Could not get internet service to work even after an hour on the phone with their support people. Friendly staff and lots of activities for families!

The staff was very accommodating as we needed to pull off the road and find somewhere to stay for one night. They made the whole process run smoothly. They met us in the dark to ensure we got to our spot. The grounds and facilities were clean. Would stay here again.

Your park was humongous; however we were unable to do nothing more than stay in the rig because of Helene hurricane rainfall. Would have loved to indulge.

Enjoyed our stay at KOA Louisville South. Park was very well maintained. Had a problem with the cable tv which was fixed by a park employee 20 minutes after calling the front office. I have stayed at several KOA parks this one is definitely the best so far. J Dawson

There are lots of things to do within a short drive of the campground. The campground is well run and provides lots of activities for their guests. The lots are roomy and well maintained.

Clean nice but ridiculously expensive. I joined koa a month ago and stayed in quite a few campgrounds. The rates were reasonable. We didn’t plan on driving on this day since we were finally heading home to Florida after the hurricane.I was told the pricing was set by corporate but seemed random. I said to use some points expecting a free night but got charged 25000 points and @ $60,00! Robbery!

Was very disappointed have stayed a campground multiple times this year and had really bad neighbors that came in around midnight in site 281 and were noisey well after hours. Made for a rough night of sleep and would ask in future i am not placed next to same person they were extremely rude.

Very clean site with nice patio set and glider. Office staff and rv staff were very helpful and friendly. Office was clean and well equipped with essentials you may need.

As soon as I got out of my truck, I heard other campers loud music from about 100 yards. After a long drive, I like a quiet night.

Even though they are a busy KOA, it really does feel like family. They helped out as much as possible with several campers trying to avoid the hurricane. Shout out to JERSEY! You are awesome!

This was our first time staying at a KOA so we can't say whether this is just how they all are or what, but we had such an incredible experience. Everyone was so welcoming and kind (even giving the kids warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival!), and we could not have been happier (even escorting us to our site and offering valet trash). All the play areas and yard games were so fun for us (jump pad, playground, bocce ball, gaga ball, ladder ball, chess, checkers, basketball, cornhole). The restrooms and public areas were clean and well maintained. Furthermore, when we were under tornado watch and staying in a tent with our young kids, they allowed us to upgrade to a vacant cabin. We were well taken care of and could not have had a better experience here! (Also notable is the proximity to amenities--stores, restaurants, gas.)

We stayed here the second time on our way home. Absolutely the most friendly staff you can imagine. Great amenities and for us important K9 camp. Everything nice and clean. We definitely will be back

Stayed for 5 months due to traveling work. Ms. Jersey was the most friendly and helpful. Nice walking trail and bathhouses. We enjoyed having access to the dog park where our pup could run around. Hope to stay here again in the future.
