We noticed that some attention needs to be given to the campsites. Plumbing and hookups were in some cases falling over, and seemed in need of an upgrade. The staff were courteous and welcoming, and the camp store well stocked.

Lovely campground with many amenities to enjoy. Good location with lots to do in the area. Easy drive to Louisville. Would happily stay here again.

Nice property, clean, friendly staff but worst sites. Ours was as wide as 2 cars. Neighbors fire pit <10 ft from our trailer. Just feel right on top of neighbors, but sadly I think this is typical for koa.

One night stay while transitioning north to Chicago. I stayed here once prior and it was okay. Clean, Quiet, Satisfactory lot, Good fresh water.

They clean bathrooms when everyones getting ready to hit the road coffee 2.50 a cup is nuts Holiday inn express with breakfast is the way to go for short overnight stop

Very friendly and a comodating staff ! The only thing I would say wasn’t 5star is the actual site ,it was not mowed and a steep grade and the fire Pitt was too close to the electrical box and we didn’t feel comfortable with fire next to it . Other thank those items we really enjoyed our stay The restrooms were very clean’

Really nice campground with lots of amenities. Clean bath house and fully stocked store. Staff was extraordinary from the reservations to the propane refills to the at site trash pick up. Everyone was super friendly.

The grounds were well maintained and the facilities were very clean. There are so many things for kids to do. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again.

this was our 3rd stay at this KOA. Usually it is a 1 or 2 night stop for us on our way further south. Pretty standard KOA with pool and games. The office staff was very nice and the warm cookie on arrival was appreciated.

The campground staff is very friendly, campsites have good space between campers, the campground is in a partially wooded area in a very nice setting. Showers are clean.

Sites not up koa standards. Grass areas were mud weeds and rocks at RV site. Picnic table warped and non functional. Site was not level. Greeting staff was good.

Only 20 minutes to get in to town. Close to lots of cool things to see and do. Clean and quiet. Not too many people this time of year.

The site we had was a little tight and the pad could have been a little more level but all in all nice friendly area.

Good location for exploring Louisville. Laundry room was clean as we're the machines. There was enough space between sites to feel comfortable. The one complaint I have is the playground jump pad was kept inflated until 10 to 11pm before the fans were turned off. The fans are loud and makes for difficult sleep.

It was clean and full of amenities. Unfortunately urban sprawl has surrounded it with heavy traffic and traffic noise.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisville South KOA Holiday. The staff were exceptional and worked diligently to keep the campsite clean, well-stocked, and entertaining. There’s plenty of green grass and ample space for the kids to play.

We only stayed for the weekend but from the moment we arrived we were met with very friendly staff members! The entire campground was very clean and offered many different activities. We enjoyed our stay!

This KOA is a well maintained, clean campground. It's easily located and well marked. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of campground assets. Great idea to have food truck and beer truck at the campground!!

We arrived Friday evening and we were given 2 warm chocolate chip cookies and a personal escort to our site, that was a nice start. Bath houses were clean. Lots of activities for families and kids. We enjoyed our stay; this was our second time staying at this location for the convenient location to concerts near downtown Louisville.

Beautiful campground. Showers were great. They have a lot of property with trails and even had 2 caves on one of the trails it was beautiful. The best part is at check in they gave everyone warm cookies. All the koa we been to never had that. That was a real treat. Will recommend to anyone to stay for sure.

A very conveniently located KOA, with nice shade trees, plenty of activities and storage too! Outside of the city, but so close by you are right there for anything you want to do in the area.

We had a cabin at the KOA campground. It's a great location just south of Louisville. The cabin is small but very nice and very clean. We had friends in a camper at this Campground but we will consider using KOA's's in the future instead of hotels. Has a vice Camp store with most things you would need. There's a pool and a children's play area. Ever the grounds are clean and green and well maintained.

We had a very pleasant stay. KOA's have a lot of activities for the whole family and because of that that are pricier than other campgrounds. We had a back in, patio, full hook up lot.
