Was denied the use of my koa membership on arrival. 3 RVs arrived and reserved together under one name. The person at registration said I could not change my site to my membership. Met a manager that evening and she changed it so I got credit. She was so friendly and easy to talk too. Loved the activities at the campground. Clean premises. Only complaint is we booked 3 sites and we were separated

We've been to a lot of KOA campgrounds over the years and this stay was one of the best! The staff was great and the area was beautiful. I hope we can get back soon. Steve Erie Pa

Wonderful time visiting daughter and husband in Louisville. Enjoyed the yard games and pool. Much to do in the area. Clean

Our stay was nice. Keep place neat and clean. Come around more than twice a day for garbage. We were in spot 275. Only issue is that back rows sucks. No one wants to walk across road to fire pit. Also that row has no room between rv’s. To empty my tanks I was under awning of Rv next to me.

The campground was beautiful but we checked out after one night instead of staying a week. The problem was planes flying over head half the night and my husband couldn’t sleep. Otherwise no complaints.

Great stay Only feedback i have is that 2 of the 3 showers in the men's room have little shower pressure. I have a bunch of little kids and the shower is the one place I usually get 5 minutes to myself. Thanks

We were very disappointed. The sites were unkept the grass was tall & the weeds were high. Our site only had 30 amp service. The campground is very crowded and we were packed in there like sardines. Was not impressed with it at all.

Typical KOA amenities that endear this franchise chain to many RVers, myself included. They don’t offer self-serve garbage disposal, you must leave your bags out at the edge of your sites for pickup. This is our first KOA East of the Mississippi River, and we are shocked at how expensive they are in this part of the country based on what we paid here and for other upcoming reservations.

This stop has convinced us to cancel our KOA membership. The only thing modern was good cable TV hookups. The WIFI was a severe disappointment, consistently dropping the connection. Could not use to send and receive emails or texts. We had to cancel our second night there due to the almost non existent internet connections. While some campers do not care, others like us are able to travel & work.

Most of the campground was nice enough and we had a cool back in site with a nice patio area. However, there was a kind of sketchy area up on the hill that wasn’t very nice. We had to leave the pool when we found out a child had gotten sick earlier in the day. Otherwise the workers were nice and it had a well stocked store.

We had to move sites as we didn't have satellite service but both sites were extremely unlevel so we were sideways the 2 nites; however, the guy who helped us get situated was extremely helpful! (cant remember name) He even stayed after work hours to see that we were ok w/ the situation. For the price we paid, I wouldn't give it a 5 star. We were there for the car show so rates were higher.

This place is well maintained. I really like the site I had with a fenced in dog play area, and so did Frosty my dog. I ran in to a glitch with my travel trailer and the staff recommended a company near by and they A. answered the phone, and B. responded within an hour and C. sent a technician who helped solve the problem quickly. I will be back.

Not impressed with location of play grounds for children,90 percent of camping area is located away from play ground for safety and convenience of campers it should be moved to center of camping area

Great customer service. Clean facilities. Pool was a bit small for the size of the campground and doesn’t need 50% of the pool to be 7+ feet. Basketballs need updated. Grass was too high everywhere.

Very well kept & Clean bathrooms, we had a nice pull through site with a dog pen, which was very convenient right outside our door so they could run loose and we could keep an eye on them, lots of activity for children. We will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this campground to anyone.

Folks were very friendly at this KOA. I had left my jack block and my camping neighbor called the office and they in turn called me to let me know that I had left it. Fortunately I wasn’t too far down the road and turned around to go back to the KOA site. That is good customer service.

The staff is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. We worked with Elaine at check in and then again to change a future reservation- she had ideas on what site would best accommodate our needs and made sure we were satisfied with her suggestions. The craft time for our grands was great. Pool and playground activities well used. Clean bathroom/ showers. Best camping in the Louisville area!

Only stayed for one night because I was passing thru but will stay again. Staff was friendly and welcoming, my site was clean - I really, really liked having the paws fence. I’m solo and having a safe place to keep my dogs while I set up and broke camp was phenomenal!

We spent a couple days sightseeing in Louisville. The campground is a little farther from the city than we would have liked, but the campground was great. Friendly staff and well-maintained. If you are doing the bourbon trail it is in a good location.

The facility is well maintained and staff are friendly. Love the activities. Our site was not very level and we had difficulty trying to level our 5th wheel.

It was an ok place to stop for the night enroute to our final destination. In all fairness we didn't stay long enough to rate. What we did experience was "ok". The gravel site wasn't very level. Never did get 5th wheel level. Too far off. Recent rain made site muddy and soggy. Could benefit from some site improvements.

We had a problem with our coach and they worked with us so we could stay another. Very nice people to deal with. The campground was quite full and it was storming. Really appreciated their effort.

Nice big pool and play ground. Sites are closer together and it’s a maze in the sites and uneven pads but otherwise excellent KOA.

The bathrooms were very clean, the amenities and fun for kids was great and exciting for them. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only hesitation is that for a small gravel pad without full hookups, KOA in general is a little pricey. But they deliver on the experience.

We stayed here with our motorhome during the Kentucky Derby. The staff went beyond being helpful when we had problems with our awning and back panel. They were hospitable, encouraging and so helpful when others would of taken advantage of our misfortune. I highly recommend this campground.

We just finished up a four day stay. I can not say enough good things about the staff. We encountered a few problems with our Toad and they were so helpful. The amenities are great as well.
