Everything was wonderful! We were just staying while stopping in Louisville for a concert, but after seeing the campground and things to do, we plan to bring our daughter back!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and VERY accessible as one member of our family has mobility issues. Our fur babies were treated with their own dishes and treats which they enjoyed. The pet area was a wonderful spot for them to play. It was an incredible and enjoyable experience and we look forward to visiting again.

It was wonderful. Lots of activities for the kids. I don't have kids but loved the sounds of their laughter. Bathrooms were close to my cabin and were always clean and fresh smelling. I'll definitely go to this KOA again. Have handed out information to 3 friends who want to go there.

Stayed in DC3 cabin and loved it. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the privacy of our own bathroom. The coffee pot is Kerig, but was able to get supplies at Walmart which was very close. We will definitely be back. Jersey is so helpful and thanks Chuck for the recommendations to accommodate dinner for the vegetarian in our party!!

Great cabin. Beautiful campground. Everyone was so kind and hard working. A few small things I can suggest, but wouldn't stop me from returning. I would put more hooks on the walls. A place to hang a jacket or hat or purse. A clock on the wall would be handy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was surprised. Everything else was so nice.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the warm Chocolate Cookie at check-in. The camprground was beautifully designed and kept. I will be back for a longer stay soon.

We stay here a few times a year, as it is only 20 minutes from home. It is a nice getaway from the traffic and noise of Louisville. Very friendly staff, clean facilities!

Loved cabin #2… We stay at the Louisville South KOA every time during our travels to Iowa. The only thing I’m not pleased about is the $25 plus tax per pet charge, $10 per pet would be more appropriate. Kids stay for free and can cause more damage than house trained pets.

It was great. The only reason I rated it a 4 is there was some mold on the wall under the window. I would go back though in a heartbeat.

Love this place to stay when in Louisville area to visit family. The new mattresses are really not comfortable but overall the stay was great. Cabins are cozy and in good shape. Lots of activities to keep families active.

We had an amazing time. It was a great weekend getaway with the kids before school started back. Between the pool and all the activities, there was never a dull moment. The cabin was spacious, extremely clean, and a great value. We will be coming back for another weekend next summer.

This was my first time staying in a KOA and it certainly won't be the last time. This campsite was great with a lot of activities for families to do. We stayed in a cabin with a bathroom and had the perfect amount of space for our family of 3.

The cabins are small but clean and sufficient. Our cabin was super basic with just a bed, a bunk bed, and a small desk. We had family stay in a cabin with a fridge, stove, and microwave and a Keurig for coffee (which didn't work right and only came with 4 kcups.) For the price, it would be nice if our cabin had a small fridge and microwave. A lot of air traffic noise. Great amenities (pool, etc.)

Great amenities! Beautiful swimming pool, nice playground and fun activities. The bathroom facilities were very clean and updated. The deluxe cabin was small and very tight, especially in the kitchen. Could barely open fridge and the fold out couch makes the kitchen inaccessible, but it was clean and sufficient since half our group was kids. Had a nice deck. Most of our time spent outside anyway.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and it was completely appointed with everything we needed. This was a perfect base for some downtown Louisville Bourbon trailing!

Great. Just close enough to Kentucky kingdom for me. Great activities for the kids. Pool was very nice. Bath/shower rooms were clean. You can always tell it’s a nice place when it’s packed and has tons of kids running around playing. Only little issue was we had to rent the bedding because we forgot a few things. Pillow cases were missing and a fitted sheet. People do stay up late but ac drown

From the minute I walked in to register until leaving to drop off the keys the staff were fantastic. The whole site is clean, accessible & lots to do.

KOA done right. They actually make this campground for the campers! Lots of activities to do on site, friendly staff with hours that campers might actually need them or the store. Other KOAs should look here to see how to run a campground. Wish we were staying for more than just a night. Thanks for your hard work, it shows!

The staff here is so friendly! We stayed in a deluxe cabin, they were so cute and clean. Forgot something? No problem, their little store has just about anything you could need. If they didn't, there is a Walmart 7 minutes up the road.
