Definitely a hidden gem! We loved it here! Loved the staff! They were all so very nice. The cabin was the nicest koa cabin I've ever stayed in. Loved the live music. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the other play areas. And the bathrooms were super clean!

We really enjoyed your facility. The primitive cabins, even though primitive could have been a little cleaner but they were very comfortable. The kids were super super disappointed the jumping pillow was down.

Great location and VERY friendly staff. However, we barely had any hot water in our cabin for a shower. Maintenance tried to fix it twice but it never worked correctly. Only had hot water for about 30 seconds then had to shut it off, wait a little while and then turn it back on. Cabin had a lot of bugs who got inside pretty easily as well.

The cabin wasn’t cleaned. The we’re cheese nips under the bed. Dust everywhere. Porch needed cleaning. The bathrooms should have been cleaned more.

Stayed in a camping cabin. This is a great campground we came to see the mammoth cave and it was just right only a hour drive there. Nice pool area. Nice courtyard with games. Good showers.

Love KOAs Rustic cabins! Makes travel with pets so much easier. Would appreciate closer bathrooms for those middle of the nite piddles.

Wonderful campground, friendly staff. The only complaint is the bed in the cabin is to hard.

Cabin were small and filthy, waaayyyy overpriced! The place was run down, fence was broken when entering and the landscaping was overgrown and full of weeds which makes a TERRIBLE first impression. The jump pillow must’ve had a leak because it was fully inflated, showers were dirty, and the driveway NEEDS PAVEMENT, no exceptions

For the cost water should be at the site. And you should state that you are under a commercial airline flight path at night! Cabin was fine but mattresses are brutal. AC was great! My friends’ site was pretty awful for a camper site for the cost. No portion of it was even close to level

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and was pretty disappointed. The beds were bad, the bunk beds literally had the same mats as jail in them and I couldn’t exchange towels once housekeeping was gone. Could only use one burner on the stove. The pricing in the store was super fair and the staff were nice. But the rate I paid for the cabin was so disappointing for the result. I feel robbed lol

Cabin DC1 was nice with plenty of green space around fire pit. One of the nicest KOA pools we’ve seen! 4 k cups were not enough for 4 adults staying 2 nights. Provide coffee for each person- each morning or tell campers to bring there own! We had coffee for a pot so had to pay a dollar for each additional k cup.

DC2 had sufficient amenities for a week long stay. Cons: The a/c unit in the main bedroom smelled like smoke really bad. It was turned off when we came in and I’m guessing that’s why. Hopefully a filter change will fix it. I would also suggest not putting towels in scented bags to transfer them. It made the towels smell bad. Mattress in main bed could be updated as you sink into the middle.

The office staff was friendly. The maintenance crew could put more effort into cleaning the place. The grass wasn’t maintained, the jumping pillow was filthy and never inflated, bathhouse wasn’t the cleanest, the cabin had spiderwebs everywhere inside, and the parking for the cabin was a mud hole.

Always a wonderful place to stay. This was our second time staying prior to the Kentucky Derby and the grounds/ staff are wonderful. I feel like I have extended family now in KY . The campsites and very well groomed and the activities available for children and families are phenomenal.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Loved this campground and the walking trails surrounding. East off/on to Rt 65. Laundry and bathroom facilities were super clean. They had a Pirate Treasure hunt the weekend we were staying. Nice place for kids.
