We were here for two weeks. The location is phenomenal and the campsite we had was so convenient. The staff was friendly and efficient, even with a short staff. I did find it disconcerting that a shower in the women’s bar house was out of order and a couple of washing machines were out of order. With the popularity of this location, the corporate needs to pay a bit more attention ore attent

Despite the rather rough dirt road from Hwy 89, we enjoyed our stay at this KOA over Memorial Day weekend. Grassy sites, tight but not too tight sites, and nice, clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Although we didn’t use the indoor pool, the children in the park loved it. People were fishing in the nearby river. We were disappointed that the museums in Livingston were not yet open for the seaso

A beautiful place to stay, very scenic. biggest issue is the 2 mile gravel drive to the campground, very bumpy and needs to be graded. Also, seemed that some of the areas could use the holds filled in the walls and repainted. Staff was very friendly and in a decent location. would stay there again but sure didn't like how the road bounced the motorhome around.

Beautiful campground but we didn't like the dirt road drive to it. We had to unhook our tow car as soon as we got on the dirt road due to the conditions of it.

The campground is nice. We did not see any staff. The only reason I would not recommend this KOA is because of the access road. The 1.5 miles from the hw89 to the campground is unsealed and really bad.

The park was nice and the staff was friendly. The dirt road you have to drive on to get to the park is extremely rough. "Bad washboard". The other campers in the lot across from us were extremely rude and the woman kept peeking her head out her door holding her phone out like she was taking pictures. It was creepy and weird. We always keep to ourselves as we are kind of introverted.

The mile and a half gravel road entrance is a washboard that needs maintenance immediately. Some restrooms were in great need of renovation, but the one beside the office was okay except for the construction work that you had to navigate. We finally discovered handicap restrooms that were quite a distance away from our site, so we drove to those. Landscaping needs attention. River site was great!

The campground is � great however the gravel road from the highway is a washboard. This is very rough on RV for over a mile to the KOA entrance. We have stayed at this campground for many years. The road was paved but don’t know why has not been maintained to its paved status. Will not be back unless road is improved.

Beautiful views, exceptional staff. There are sticky trees that get on stuff, stick to the bottom of your shoes, etc at the sites closest to the office. The larger shower could use a stool inside the shower for those like me with mobility issues where I must sit. Luckily I brought my own.

I booked riverfront & it was not really riverfront although several sites were. Long, bumpy, dirt road off the highway to get into the camp. Every morning they make a pot of coffee, but I was kind of put off when I was charged $2.50 for a cup. So many other KOA’s offer you a free cuppa. Overall, it was just okay. Close to Chico Hot Springs so that was nice.

It was a complete disappointment. Dog area was horrible, the spaces are too small. General area wasn’t neatly kept . Will never go back. Price is too high also

Staff and site were excellent! The facilities however, could use some work. No hot water in the remote shower house, and very little hot water at the main building. 2 of the 4 washers are broken and out of service as well. Loved our stay but would have def preferred a hot shower.

Beautiful surroundings! Front office person was incredibly nice. Bathrooms were super clean and heated. The sinks had hot water, but when I went to shower, there was no hot water. Even after letting it run for 5 minutes. We were in a perfect spot near the restrooms, front office and pool (closed for the season)

The site and stay was fine. The mile long pot holed axle bending road that leads to the campground was not acceptable. KOA is usually better. There should be a warning when reserving the site that the road getting to the site is not maintained.

We love staying at this KOA! The only thing that was disappointing is that there was no firewood available. If we had known ahead of time, we would have come prepared. Having a campfire when it’s chilly outside is always so cozy.

Beautiful location. Campground staff were less than cordial. However, camping on the Yellowstone River makes up for not having fire wood.

Perfect cabin for a show at Pine Creek. Waterfront, dog friendly and a cute getaway. Next time we will do two nights and do a Yellowstone float right from camp!

Great campground. Follow staff directions to the park don't follow the maps they send you down a rough road that'll shake everything loose, including your fillings... Excellent friendly staff, good well stocked camp store.

Over all positive experience. With that in mind we would stay here again. Pros and cons list below. We stayed in an rv backed up to the yellowstone river. PROS Views and location are INCREDIBLE. This immerses you into the Montana country side with stunning back drops of majestic mountain ranges to the east with snow capped tops. Grounds are well maintained but natural looking. Everything for rv hook up was easy and functional. The service was excellent, everyone was always asking if we needed anything or if they could be of service in anyway. Very friendly staff. Variety of sites with varying cost and ease of access. Amenities are very nice with almost every site having seating with a table and fire pit. Cons Showers/bathroom is a bit outdated but not run down. But even more so inconvenient is if any one turns on the hot water at the sink in the ladies room some of the showers get instantly icey cold. Other than those 2 small grievances, we 100% would return again and do reccomend this camp ground!
