We enjoyed our stay, as always. The fireplace not working was unfortunate, but everything else was great.

We stayed in a beautiful cabin " the Nest" it is right on the river. Quiet and serene. I would definitely stay there again! The road in is a little rough, but worth it.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for the first time and were very impressed. The multiple decks and fire pit area located against the Yellowstone River make for a very enjoyable place to relax. The Paradise Valley KOA is a great place to stay!

peaceful - loved the black angus grazing!

Very welcoming and nice staff. We wish that there weren't so much worker traffic on golf carts. They were constantly (about every minute) driving by our sites, making noise and kicking up dust. Please consider electric carts or waaaaay less golf cart traffic. Half the time it looked like staff was simply driving around and not actually doing anything on their loop.

A peaceful quiet retreat in the midst of a long trip.

The campground was so beautiful, we had a very nice cabin with a view of the mountains that was absolutely gorgeous. Mike and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience. We will be back when its a bit warmer to do some fishing and enjoy the beauty of the park again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay in the cabin with a half bath was great! It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Staff were great & grandkids loved the bouncy mat. We enjoyed the ice cream social and free cookies upon arrival. Since we were so close to the river access we even took our raft down the river for a day. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful location on the Yellowstone River with mountain views. Gone Fishing cabin was riverfront with 2 amazing decks, grill, fire pit, bunk beds, queen bed, fridge, microwave, keurig, and toaster. Something to do for everyone- fishing, bounce pillow, playground, corn hole, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and will be back!!

Cabin were ok, they smelled moldy, but bathrooms and showers were disgusting. Roads were not marked and wound around. Lost going in and coming out.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, and beautiful location. Trees and river just added to the stay. Professional workers from the grounds workers to the front desk counter workers.

Very accommodating, as always. Spotless restrooms, which is reassuring. A great value in today's challenging economy.

Stayed in a kabin. Could not regulate the heater it was on or off. The shower/restroom was really dirty

We stayed in one of your deluxe cabins. It was cozy on a rainy night, and the perfect location since we went to a concert at the nearby Pine Creek Lodge. It had everything we needed. We loved the river view! Only wish we'd stayed another night.

The location is very nice but the road going into the campsite is horrible. The one toilet was backed up, told office but they told us to call a phone number to inform them?

Nice campground with friendly staff.
Sep 22, 2025
I love the area, lots of shade trees and right on the river, but the grounds and cabins aren't really kept up to the standards of other KOA campgrounds I've stayed at. For our family reunion, we rented 3 of the cabins and all 3 of them had termites. The staff did try to fix the problem (with caulk) but it didn't work. I feel that they are overpriced for what you get. They need an exterminator.

It was great. Downside, the other cabins had adirondak chairs, we had straight kitchen type, uncomfortable. Maybe put crushed rock around fire pit, gets muddy. We'll still be back.
Sep 22, 2025
Great staff, they made us all feel welcome and comfortable! I can't say enough about the great staff they should all get raises

Our group of 4 often ended up having to often wait for using both the bathrooms and the showers. It would be a neat addition to have JUST bathrooms with multiple stalls and also JUST a shower house with maybe 1 or 2 restrooms in it. This would allow for more people to move through the facilities and "get their business done". We have already talked about a return. Nice place to bunk up.
Sep 22, 2025
The bathrooms, that were open. were disgusting, the water coming out of the shower in the handicap bathroom smelled like sewage,I have been staying at this same KOA for over 20 years and I have noticed this for 3 years with no change, so, that being said this is my last time staying there , I will never recomend or stay there again , I am so disapointed

Over all positive experience. With that in mind we would stay here again. Pros and cons list below. We stayed in an rv backed up to the yellowstone river. PROS Views and location are INCREDIBLE. This immerses you into the Montana country side with stunning back drops of majestic mountain ranges to the east with snow capped tops. Grounds are well maintained but natural looking. Everything for rv hook up was easy and functional. The service was excellent, everyone was always asking if we needed anything or if they could be of service in anyway. Very friendly staff. Variety of sites with varying cost and ease of access. Amenities are very nice with almost every site having seating with a table and fire pit. Cons Showers/bathroom is a bit outdated but not run down. But even more so inconvenient is if any one turns on the hot water at the sink in the ladies room some of the showers get instantly icey cold. Other than those 2 small grievances, we 100% would return again and do reccomend this camp ground!

This is a gorgeous campground with cabins, tent sites, and RV sites. It is on the Yellowstone River with an amazing views of the mountains. They have a nice play ground, a huge bouncy house to jump on, little 3 wheeled bikes to race around the camp ground with. a heated indoor pool. There is a place just across the road where live music is playing on weekends with some big name bands. Very quaint and a wonderful time with food and drinks. There is a hiking spot up the road to paradise falls, Livingston is close for shopping, you are right by the Chico hot springs, as well as Yellowstone park. We have now made it an end of summer tradition for our family for the last 3 years and will continue to be for years to come.
