We absolutely love this KOA, but it REALLY needs some TLC and a deep clean. Restrooms/showers are desperately needing an update and a good scrub. Great location, sites & kind people.

We never knew it was 12 miles from Interstate, too far after a long day of driving. We both grew up on farms so are used to gravel roads - this gravel road was horrendous! We paid extra for the private patio, it should have been swept or hosed off. We felt this koa was way overpriced.

Pool was out of service, the prime reason we chose this campsite. We did not receive the 10% discount, even though we had out Card with us. Staff was not unfriendly, they seemed really tired.

Beautiful campground, set on the Yellowstone, almost in the mountains. The grounds had trees!! That’s sadly not all that common at our recent hot KOA stays. Friendly staff.

The site we had there was very little grass for our dog, the unpaved road to get in was very rough. We were right by the office which was ok. There was an ant nest by our hookups which made it difficult to get things connected without them crawling all over .

Crappy 1 mile wash boarded gravel road in. Swimming pool shut down. Very small camp spot. Full of weeds and no grass. Worst KOA we have ever stayed at.

The pool was closed. Two of the four washing machines were out of order. Very frustrating for the amount of campers. The coin change machine does not work. No note to let us know. To add to that, we were charged a late departure fee. Sad, being a KOA member.

One person with pull up Rv and big truck invaded the pathway so it was difficult for us to park. When we went to the store I told the person on duty and she just said: "that's the way it is" she did nothing, she even didn't ask which spot was that. Other campers in the same situation unhook their truck and parked in diagonal or other way which didn't disturb.

The pool was closed and we weren’t even informed before we paid. The showers were in need of repair plus they were dirty . There was mold along the sides and bottom and they needed to be cleaned . There were bugs on the shower walls and in the sinks and countertops . The person that checked us in didn’t explain the campsites and rates & didn’t tell us about the pool .

Very nice campground. Bathroom was clean. Walking distance to Yellowstone River. Staff friendly. It was quiet and far enough from the Hwy you couldn’t hear any road noise. The only negative is Kamp K9 was a little far to take the dogs to, and the road getting there was very bumpy. Its basic. The pool was closed due to repairs. I would give it 4 1/2 stars.

I don't know how this could possibly be a Holiday KOA. The playground was very nice but we adults would not use it. The texts we kept getting each day of our stay (letting us know one more thing they didn't have or was broken became a joke with us!). As far as the pool under construction-NO WAY! NO work being done on it & clearly hadn't been since May! I give Keith a 10+ score, only positive the

Very quiet campground and pleasant staff. Showers could be cleaner/updated but acceptable. Very convenient to Livingston, Yellowstone NP, and Yellowstone River.

Not up to KOA standards much less "Holiday" standards. The owner/franchisee is obviously deferring maintenance and not investing in the property. Pool not working, laundry had two working washers, grounds basically maintained, but staff was friendly. Very old campground. Extremely Rough Road for 1.2 miles entering, will beat up your RV! I recommend avoiding this KOA.

Stayed one night. Campground is a little tight in spots but friendly staff and good overall experience. Safe, consistent place to land during cross-country travel.

The staff were not very friendly and I rarely saw them. The sites are too close together for RV’s. We right on top of the people on each side. Bathrooms could be better. Just not ideal. The store was uninviting. I have stayed at several KOA’s. Livingston was very disappointing. The biggest downside was the layout for the RV’s. My opinion is it should be updated somehow.

We enjoyed our week very much, it's a beautiful area. The staff was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and newer. My only complaint would be in the laundry area. Only two washers were working and the change machine was empty our entire stay. While it didn't affect us, the pool is still closed. Our site was level with all of the connections in smartly placed locations.

Access to the river is great. Sites are nice and have plenty of room. My only complaints are the amount of unserviceable washers and dryers, the amount of spiders to humans in the bathroom, no hooks or benches in one of the bathroom/shower combos x7 days, only one dog park and the employee that arrived at my campsite drunk and/or high on their day off and imposed on me and my family.

The longer trucks and trailers should be more in the middle spots rather than the second spots due to the length. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. One employee was a little pesty asking for beer.

The people working the front desk and the camp maintenance guide to our site people were fantastic. Bath house = terrible, bugs, dirt/mud, excessive water, no ventilation, dangerous screws sticking out of "seat". Road to arrive at KOA - tragic. I know that's out of your control, but wow, it was terrible.

The dirt road to the park is horrible. A mile and a half of wash board dusty dirt road. Broke an interior trim on our 5th wheel from the bounce of the wash board road. Our speed was VERY slow, and still broke pieces inside our 5th wheel.

Keith was fantastic! Camp site was overgrown. Keith trimed all around and made our campsite livable. Gravel road to the campground was the biggest negative. We'll camp again.

Over all positive experience. With that in mind we would stay here again. Pros and cons list below. We stayed in an rv backed up to the yellowstone river. PROS Views and location are INCREDIBLE. This immerses you into the Montana country side with stunning back drops of majestic mountain ranges to the east with snow capped tops. Grounds are well maintained but natural looking. Everything for rv hook up was easy and functional. The service was excellent, everyone was always asking if we needed anything or if they could be of service in anyway. Very friendly staff. Variety of sites with varying cost and ease of access. Amenities are very nice with almost every site having seating with a table and fire pit. Cons Showers/bathroom is a bit outdated but not run down. But even more so inconvenient is if any one turns on the hot water at the sink in the ladies room some of the showers get instantly icey cold. Other than those 2 small grievances, we 100% would return again and do reccomend this camp ground!

This is a gorgeous campground with cabins, tent sites, and RV sites. It is on the Yellowstone River with an amazing views of the mountains. They have a nice play ground, a huge bouncy house to jump on, little 3 wheeled bikes to race around the camp ground with. a heated indoor pool. There is a place just across the road where live music is playing on weekends with some big name bands. Very quaint and a wonderful time with food and drinks. There is a hiking spot up the road to paradise falls, Livingston is close for shopping, you are right by the Chico hot springs, as well as Yellowstone park. We have now made it an end of summer tradition for our family for the last 3 years and will continue to be for years to come.

Right on the Yellowstone River! Mountains surround you! Paradise Valley a beautiful scenic drive! This KOA has the friendliest staff!!! Especially Mike and Tony!!!! A must place to camp!!!!
