I went in and extended my stay and paid for the days I would need. I paid up till Monday 9/16/24. And I get a call and a lot of voicemails stating that I need to be out of the cabin because it’s rented. The clerk Allison was not believing me when I told her I paid the young guy at the register because he said he didn’t do it. I came in with bank statement and receipt and she still kicked us ou

Loved the outdoor utility sink with both hot and cold water. Depending on your desire for total quiet or you don't mind a little background music till midnight, there is a music venue within walking distance. You will hear music till midnight. We didn't mind but three in our group were bothered by it.

Very disappointing. We stayed here for many years and have really enjoyed it in the past. We always go with families and friends. Children were very disappointed as the playground and the swing pool were not in use. Breakfast used to be served but has also been discontinued. The cabins and landscaping have been seriously neglected. The cost of of staying in a cabin has become cost prohibitive

It was okay, but I wasn't too impressed. I've stayed at better KOA's as far as general first appearance. Yes, it's a hot summer and things can be dry but a little green grass and well watered trees would be nice. Kamper cabin I was in needed some updates, like the steps, big gap under the door, and the wooden log box around the water spigot was rotting. Staff were friendly and nice.

I stayed in a cabin that was perfect for me. It’s close to Yellowstone Park which made it very convenient for visiting there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed before and will continue to stay there as is perfect for me!!

Friendly staff and fun cabin by the river. Would have liked to have a tv but not a deal breaker.

A group of college students filled up the cabins around us, trashed the bathrooms and were loud past 10pm. Our next night was much more peaceful and bathrooms were fine.

had a great time, cabin was wonderful. bummer the pool was closed....

It was nice place, but needs upgrades the bathroom and have more amenities. The workers need to be more welcoming.

Great forest setting for our cabin. Very friendly staff. We were very pleased with our cabin.

Talk to county, township or other government entity with responsibility for road leading into campground about getting road graded.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our cabin was perfect. It was clean and the ceiling fan helped keep it cool. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning next year!

Splash pad should be cleaned each morning and afternoon so it is inviting and sanitary. Pool needs fixed and open.

Perfectly located with easy access to the park and all local attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful and regularly went above and beyond during our stay. Keith is my wife’s hero for his efforts in helping retrieve a lost item!

The non-serviced cabin itself was nice, but the shared restrooms and showers were fairly disgusting. The buildings were not maintained very well and the interior of the restrooms were very dirty and unsupplied - even after the cleaning crew went through. I've spent much less in State campgrounds with far better and well maintained facilities. My first stay in a KOA was very disappointing.

It was really hot and the pool was closed for repairs. The children did have fun at the splash pad. They did give me a discount which we used to swim at White Sulpher Springs. A small air conditioner in the unit or a fan that could be placed in the window (there is no outlet handy) would be really nice. Staff was very nice. We enjoyed riding banana bikes, the fire pit, and nice picnic table.

We liked the location of our cabin on the river. But we were disappointed that the pool was not open. And we were also really unhappy with the bathrooms. They all smelled horrible and didn't look like they'd been cleaned in awhile.

Campground was fine however the cabin we had did not have air conditioning which the website, in the paragraph explaining the cabin, said it would. Mentioned the false advertisement to the staff and they simply told us they don't have any control over the website

The facility is in a beautiful area, clean, and the staff is nice. It had all the amenities you would need for camping. They are working on a couple of upgrades but the cabin was clean. The matresses could use an update.

Your bath house needs some repair. The one room had no place to sit to change for showering and there were no close hooks.

We booked a deluxe cabin for a one night stay. When we booked we were not told the pool would be closed for repairs. Later I did receive an email informing us it was closed, but it was after the cancellation window. My kids were very disappointed. We also had an issue with carpenter ants chewing holes in the wood cabin above our head. It left debris all over our pillow.

The mountain air so refreshing. The lady in the store so nice and accommodating. Cabin a little warm when you first go to sleep, but by morning the mountain air cools it down nicely. Very convenient to head into Yellowstone park from there.

Cabin floor was not swept and no working smoke detector in violation of fire code. Woman’s shower drain clogged with hair.

Great campground. Follow staff directions to the park don't follow the maps they send you down a rough road that'll shake everything loose, including your fillings... Excellent friendly staff, good well stocked camp store.

Over all positive experience. With that in mind we would stay here again. Pros and cons list below. We stayed in an rv backed up to the yellowstone river. PROS Views and location are INCREDIBLE. This immerses you into the Montana country side with stunning back drops of majestic mountain ranges to the east with snow capped tops. Grounds are well maintained but natural looking. Everything for rv hook up was easy and functional. The service was excellent, everyone was always asking if we needed anything or if they could be of service in anyway. Very friendly staff. Variety of sites with varying cost and ease of access. Amenities are very nice with almost every site having seating with a table and fire pit. Cons Showers/bathroom is a bit outdated but not run down. But even more so inconvenient is if any one turns on the hot water at the sink in the ladies room some of the showers get instantly icey cold. Other than those 2 small grievances, we 100% would return again and do reccomend this camp ground!

This is a gorgeous campground with cabins, tent sites, and RV sites. It is on the Yellowstone River with an amazing views of the mountains. They have a nice play ground, a huge bouncy house to jump on, little 3 wheeled bikes to race around the camp ground with. a heated indoor pool. There is a place just across the road where live music is playing on weekends with some big name bands. Very quaint and a wonderful time with food and drinks. There is a hiking spot up the road to paradise falls, Livingston is close for shopping, you are right by the Chico hot springs, as well as Yellowstone park. We have now made it an end of summer tradition for our family for the last 3 years and will continue to be for years to come.
