Campground Reviews

This is the first KOA we've stayed at that didn't have gravel parking pads. No matter how hard we tried not to, we were always tracking dirt and dead grass into the RV, especially when it rained. The camp had four shower stalls, but one was out of order and appeared to have been out of order for a while. On the plus side, the camp is located in one of the most beautiful areas we've ever stayed.

We had a wonderful day. Staff was extremely helpful when we had a dead battery on our jeep. In the morning, I went to take the garbage out to the dumpster and I had just set it down for a moment to talk to my husband and one of the staff came by and picked it up saying not a problem I’ll take this for you. Definitely would come back beautiful location by the Yellowstone River. Excellent staff!

Good thank you

Most of our experience was great. Our only complaint is the cabin next door had a loud party outside that went on well past 2 am. It didn’t appear the camp host asked them to call it a night.

Beautiful campground on the Yellowstone River. Stayed only one night so we were unable to explore the area much. Google Maps was kind enough to direct us there by the scenic route so that was a plus. Would definitely love to come back and spend more time there.

Management was exceptionally present and team was always friendly and personable. Audrey even supported in local spots to explore the area. Very kind team, very welcoming.

This campground was so run down, we didn’t even stay the 3rd night we had booked. We wanted to love this campground but it just wasn’t relaxing. The plugs ins for the campers are so worn out we could barely keep our camper plugged in. KOA needs to put some money back into this one.

Very nice park. Go sit in or by the river. Yellowstone is only 45 minutes away. Bozeman is 30 minutes away and a nice town. Livingston is a short distance and a good place to visit. Take the hite to Pine Creek Falls

Nice place to stay

Loved the layed back forest feeling and farm animals of horses and cows.

We've stayed at this KOA several times-- perfect spot to camp to go soak at Chico. The staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Overall, the site is beginning to show it's age and seems a bit tired (maybe due to the fact it was mid-August and very warm). All bathrooms could also use some TLC. My husband commented that the men's room smelled really bad the couple times he went in.

Or stay was great, bathrooms were clean. Kids had fun in the jump pad, even though they really wanted the jump pillow. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or the playground. Being close to the river was nice.

We were put into a deluxe cabin with no hot water and it was filthy. Turns out that we should not have been put in that cabin because the hot water heater was broken. The front desk people were very kind and resolved that by either moving us into the correct cabin or letting us stay in that cabin at no charge for the extra night. Definitely not coming back.

The campground was very clean and neat. Cabins were great. The smoke from the forest fires put a damper on our outdoor activities.

Loved being on the yellowstone river and your indoor pool. Very helpful staff!

great sites, not oversold in the description, the river was a welcome plus

Beautiful campground and great location. Great indoor pool! Friendly and helpful workers. Cabins could use a floor fan, screen door, or AC - very toasty in the summer. Windows were very hard to open and screens had holes that let bugs in. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Fortunately I had my camping pad as it was needed! Bathrooms not the cleanest. Overall would definitely still return!

Paradise Valley KOA is the best campsite ever. Staff are incredible, always in high spirits, kind and amazing. The staff are really what make this camp ground so wonderful. They deserve a raise and a gold star.

VERY friendly staff. We had a very nice site. It’s a great place for families. On the river if you have canoes or kayaks.

It was one of the best KOAs we ever stayed at..

Although it did have the checklist of amenities such as a pool and a place for the kids to play, it was not well cleaned, and it was very dated. It appeared as though people were not maintaining the facility. Also, there was no nighttime security and teens were up until 2 AM loud in the campground.

Super quiet, clean updated bathrooms, friendly staff. The only thing I thought was awful was $64 a night for a tent site with no electricity.

It was quiet and peaceful to stay at. They had some sewer issues and they made sure we knew about it and made it right. When the sewer issue was fixed they notified us immediately....Very nice place and will def be staying there again in the future

Nice site, nice peoples but a few things didn’t work during our stay (toilet on site, pool, sewer) and the wifi signal basically nonexistent at any time.

This was the most family friendly KOA we have ever stayed at!

Upon arrival I was put in site #72 with a $20 discount because the sewers were all backed up. It was right next to the swimming pool and very loud. My husband who is 76 said he did not want that site. We were moved to site #2 above us was a lot of people living there with some unpleasant sights. The bathrooms were dirty and the park was not what it looked like on line. We were over charged for #2

Staff very responsive and helpful. Pool water too chlorinated, probably chemicals out of balance.

Bathrooms are a bit rough in both maintenance and cleanliness.

Great location and staff!

Nice clean polite staff

We love camping but staying in your camper cabins have been a lot of fun. So cozy and nice. The campground is beautiful and the staff is so nice. See you soon

We enjoyed relative seclusion of our tent site. We were close to necessities we expect from a KOA but also set apart from the clusters of RVs. Helpful staff, clean and well maintained campground, enchanting wildlife sightings along the Yellowstone. We look forward to camping there again.

Just a quick comment about the road in. It has been paved within the last couple of months, and we had no issues getting here. Beautiful grounds, a mile away from the road, and right on the banks of the river. The manager is super kind and found us an ideal spot.
