Campground Reviews

Stayed 1 night in Oct. Nice, quiet park. Level spaces. The remote restroom was not clean but the building next to office was clean. All the washing machines were out of order. The road coming in from Hwy 89 is horrendous, so we exited toward East River Rd. Beautiful setting next to Yellowstone River.

This KOA is a gem! The views from the surrounding area being directly on the Yellowstone River were a wonderful sight. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Livingston is a charming town with super shops and food establishments. Spent a day touring the north side of Yellowstone National Park which is a scenic easy drive. Definitely a place to stay !

Great people, super camp ground, really poor WiFi

It was good and in a nice location. I wished the trails would be more accessible.

The RV park is scenic and strategically located. The park has a lot to offer and enjoy. It was difficult to make a reservation by telephone in October, but I persevered and reached a helpful person.

The floor of the shower stall was broken and I had to stand in a certain spot so I wouldn't fall in the hole. Then, when I got out of the shower stall there was water all over the floor, I thought at first the water came from me not keeping the curtain closed, but that area was only damp and you could see the water came from the wall.

Great place to stay! The only issue was that the first shower stall in the women’s restroom attached to the office building had no hot water. All staff personnel were friendly, helpful and courteous. We will be back!

Very clean, inviting atmosphere.

The Campground itself is great, with sites under the trees. The only downside is the 1-2mi long bumby gravel road yiu have to take to get there.

Directions would be better stated in KOA list of campgrounds coming in over better roads rather than the county road which is very rough. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The road from the highway is very corrugated. You have to drive super slow to avoid shaking everything to pieces. The shower needs repairs and updates. The campground is nice and a lovely location.

Location, location! Loved the cozy cabin along the Yellowstone River. Staff is friendly, accommodating. Fall in the area was beautiful. Although the campground was full, it was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the fawns running through sites.

Great secluded KOA. Just what you want in Montana. Two ways to get your Big Rig (38’ Tiffin) into the area…take the paved path as it works well. Grab your fly rod, enjoy the grounds and great place just to hang. Thank you KOA Team for the hospitality! -RkyMtnRider

Spot #50 was an excellent quiet spot. My only complaint is that I couldn't connect to the wifi from my firestick the whole weekend costing me more in data on my phone as I had to use mobile Hotspot so that I could watch the games.

Cabin were ok, they smelled moldy, but bathrooms and showers were disgusting. Roads were not marked and wound around. Lost going in and coming out.

Paradise Valley KOA was a disappointment for us. The location was absolutely ideal. However, the RV Park itself was poor. Navigating the park and the general site layout was not ideal. The pull through site we were given was too short for our truck and trailer. Additionally the park as a whole was not clean and just seemed to be poorly maintained. We would not return here for another visit.

We LOVE Livingston/Paradise Valley KOA! EXCELLENT staff - they will help you with anything! BEAUTIFUL and well-kept grounds. It's our favorite place to go!

Beautiful place but bathrooms are being renovated and the backups didn’t seem that cared for. Laundry facilities were down and we had to go into town to do laundry. There is a long dusty dirt road that you drive going into the campground. if these things don’t bother you then it’s quiet beautiful place!

Clean well maintained sites and facilities, genuinely friendly staff. Although I did need it, it's really nice to have an after hours phone number to call for help or concerns - much appreciated.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, and beautiful location. Trees and river just added to the stay. Professional workers from the grounds workers to the front desk counter workers.

Very accommodating, as always. Spotless restrooms, which is reassuring. A great value in today's challenging economy.

Conveniently located from Yellowstone and Livingston. Country setting, very peaceful. Improvements could be made: better community river access, better dog run area, Mountain view for more sites (permanent sites are blocking some of the views) or a community area to view mountains.

We stayed in one of your deluxe cabins. It was cozy on a rainy night, and the perfect location since we went to a concert at the nearby Pine Creek Lodge. It had everything we needed. We loved the river view! Only wish we'd stayed another night.

Over all positive experience. With that in mind we would stay here again. Pros and cons list below. We stayed in an rv backed up to the yellowstone river. PROS Views and location are INCREDIBLE. This immerses you into the Montana country side with stunning back drops of majestic mountain ranges to the east with snow capped tops. Grounds are well maintained but natural looking. Everything for rv hook up was easy and functional. The service was excellent, everyone was always asking if we needed anything or if they could be of service in anyway. Very friendly staff. Variety of sites with varying cost and ease of access. Amenities are very nice with almost every site having seating with a table and fire pit. Cons Showers/bathroom is a bit outdated but not run down. But even more so inconvenient is if any one turns on the hot water at the sink in the ladies room some of the showers get instantly icey cold. Other than those 2 small grievances, we 100% would return again and do reccomend this camp ground!

This is a gorgeous campground with cabins, tent sites, and RV sites. It is on the Yellowstone River with an amazing views of the mountains. They have a nice play ground, a huge bouncy house to jump on, little 3 wheeled bikes to race around the camp ground with. a heated indoor pool. There is a place just across the road where live music is playing on weekends with some big name bands. Very quaint and a wonderful time with food and drinks. There is a hiking spot up the road to paradise falls, Livingston is close for shopping, you are right by the Chico hot springs, as well as Yellowstone park. We have now made it an end of summer tradition for our family for the last 3 years and will continue to be for years to come.
