The road to get there, awful !!!!!!!KOA. Work with. Local county to grade the road better. KOA corporate could get something done.

Very friendly & helpful staff at check in. Site was shady and quiet. I would stay again. Some sites were not very tidy. Ours was ok, but could have used more gravel in the parking area. For they price I expected more.

It was great, staff helpful and informative

Very noisy place. They really need to convert the golf carts to electric type. The staff seems to circle around constantly in noisy carts all day. Also, staff dogs in staff area barking, then the other dogs chime in. The other issue is it's 1+ miles down a pot-holed road, I felt bad for the Harley guys riding that in the mud.

A little too expensive for my small campsite.

The showers could use an update but everything else was great.

great friendly staff, well maintained grounds, beautiful setting

I didn't check the reviews when I made the reservation because all the koa's have been nice. I wish I would have. The worse was the gravel road coming in from the highway. I was raised on a gravel road and never had experienced one this rough. It was a one night stay so we didn't use the facilities, but our spot was unkept and we had no view. River area was nice. Check in was ok.

Amazing location

We have been staying at the livingston koa every year for the past few years. This year we got the river side cabin which was nice but we had no privacy due to others talking dogs through and fishing the river right out front of the cabin. Prefer the small cabins where the area isn't used by others.

Sight was beautiful! We were backed up to the river. Would be nice if your road in was smoother.

Very nice campground close to many attractions. I only wish the road to get there was paved. Very bumpy had to drive very slow. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

Quiet, I was busy during day and cabin welcomed me back at end of day. Light switch tricky at first but KOA handyman helped me learn how to use it. I will return.

I am traveling with my 95 yrs old Mom who moves around with a walker. There was very nice gentleman employee who lead us to our RV site and later in the day my mom and I went for a walk to look at the mountain at the site. He stop and talked to us and used the golf cart to take us to better spot to view the mountain. She was touched by his kindness. I think his name was James.

Livingston KOA was the worst I’ve ever seen it since it was established! I’ve stayed there since I was a little child and it’s never been so bad! Noxious weeds everywhere, lawns not mowed, cabins are in need of repair, our patio table was broken when we arrived, weeds and grass around rv spot were terrible, patio falling apart and not level anymore. Hoping it gets updated soon!

We just made our first trip to the KOA this weekend and it was awesome. Jordan has everything up and running and her staff is great. Yes everyone the pool is up and running and the bounce pad is a great addition. The grounds crew are mowing and weed eating like mad. Everything is looking great . One more thing Jordan and the KOA are not responsible for the road. Thank you. Guy, Cindy and Gus

Great location and staff! Highly recommended!

We have little kids and it was an amazing spot for us to try camping for the first time. Kids loved everything- playing at the river, swimming in the pool and jumping on the pad. We will definately come back

The location is nice, but the mile long state highway getting there is brutal. Half of the washers were out of order. The front counter help was great as was the person who showed us to our spot. Some repairs would help.

as always we had a great time in the valley . see you next week .

So relaxing next to the River!

The campground is in a beautiful setting, at the foot of the Big Horn mountains and next to the Yellowstone River. The staff was fine and the campsites were OK, but the grounds were not well trimmed / cared for. The worst part is the gravel road from the highway to the campground (1.6 miles) was horribly washboarded. We drove extremely slowly but even that didn't help.

It was quiet but kind of run down. Weeds growing every where. Bathrooms were really run down kinda gross actually. Not really worth the price you pay to stay.

Other than the washboard road getting there this is one of our favorite places to stay. The location was breathtaking and we will definitely stay again.

OK!! Older Store closed earlier than other KOA's As you know, road going in needs some major attention

Amazing!

This koa is in desperate need of a good manicure. We had a very nice site on the river but other sites were not well taken care of. Grass was hip deep and amenities very few. There is a very small indoor pool. Road getting in was extremely bumpy and wash boarded. I Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you get a river site.

The area is beautiful. The camp seemed unkempt. Two washers, two dryers out of order. Grounds needed tending - dandelions are one thing, but foot high thistles are another. Staff was friendly, but we won't be back.

Enjoyed it as always. Beautiful location. Glad to see the pool open this time.

The area was really nice, close to stores and restaurants. The only down fall was the restrooms were a little dirty.

Over all positive experience. With that in mind we would stay here again. Pros and cons list below. We stayed in an rv backed up to the yellowstone river. PROS Views and location are INCREDIBLE. This immerses you into the Montana country side with stunning back drops of majestic mountain ranges to the east with snow capped tops. Grounds are well maintained but natural looking. Everything for rv hook up was easy and functional. The service was excellent, everyone was always asking if we needed anything or if they could be of service in anyway. Very friendly staff. Variety of sites with varying cost and ease of access. Amenities are very nice with almost every site having seating with a table and fire pit. Cons Showers/bathroom is a bit outdated but not run down. But even more so inconvenient is if any one turns on the hot water at the sink in the ladies room some of the showers get instantly icey cold. Other than those 2 small grievances, we 100% would return again and do reccomend this camp ground!

This is a gorgeous campground with cabins, tent sites, and RV sites. It is on the Yellowstone River with an amazing views of the mountains. They have a nice play ground, a huge bouncy house to jump on, little 3 wheeled bikes to race around the camp ground with. a heated indoor pool. There is a place just across the road where live music is playing on weekends with some big name bands. Very quaint and a wonderful time with food and drinks. There is a hiking spot up the road to paradise falls, Livingston is close for shopping, you are right by the Chico hot springs, as well as Yellowstone park. We have now made it an end of summer tradition for our family for the last 3 years and will continue to be for years to come.
