Gorgeous hike to Pine Creek Falls, with one big creek crossing with an awesome bridge, and two other smaller crossings. Very nice trail, it is 1.2 miles to the falls and 5.2 miles to the lake for the longer hike. Great hike for anyone looking to connect with nature!

Gallatin Petrified Forest Interpretive Trail

Hike through the beautiful Gallatin Mountains and check out pockets of petrified wood along the way. This 2-mile round trip trail is not a difficult one and features educational plaques that explain the geological history of the area. Livingston/Paradise Valley KOA Holiday is 43 miles from Yellowstone National Park's North Entrance, featuring the famous Roosevelt Arch. This entrance to the park has less traffic and offers a gorgeous drive through Paradise Valley and Yankee Jim Canyon. Located just south of Yellowstone's North Entrance, the Albright Visitor Center is the closest to Livingston.

Be sure to download the free NPS app before you enter the park and download the Yellowstone maps and information. The app can work without internet connection, which is very limited throughout the park.
