Super nice KOA-big and well-maintained! Met the owner because of some issues-sugar ants kind of took over the kitchen area-I had to throw away a big container of coffee creamer. He also helped us figure out the futon-it wasn't your typical futon! And, he came to help us get the TV and remote to communicate with each other. Nice, quiet campground.

Probably the most well kept property we have stayed at. Basically a botanical garden with a campground in it. Staff was great too.

1. Great! Great! Great! 2. Need more 3/4” wood fowl peg to instal in the bath room for hanging clothes and towels. 3. Also more pegs in a place as you walk in the cabin where you have the fold down bed. This would only be a convenience to your customers. My family and I enjoyed our stay at KOA in Lena, Illinois. However, the cabins are much smaller than we realized. For example, One of the cabins was to sleep up to five people. But in order to sleep up to five people everyone had to share a bed. Not all people going to your cabins Are couples. So it made it hard to figure out the sleeping arrangement.

We had a great time at the KOA in Lena. My family came here often growing up, but this was my first time bringing my own kids. They loved the park, pool, tire swing and jumping pillow. We stayed in one of the cabins. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and the outdoor kitchenette/gazebo is a nice feature too. Overall, everything I remembered as a kid and more. Highly recommend!

We have been family camping there for 15 years. Lena KOA is always neat and clean, well kept and friendly. The owner Joe works hard to present a great camping experience for the campers. Extra activities on the weekends are well planned and fun. It is a great place to bring the family!

Best KOA we have been to. Highly recommend. We drove 6 hours and would do it again. Family friendly. Nice spacious lots. We stayed in a cabin and very nice. Best part is that we was able to bring our dog that was able to stay in cabin with us.

Was there on luau weekend and thought there were going to be bad storms but they went around us. Got very little of the rain and wind. The food was fantastic and everything hosting were very pleasant and looked awesome in there Hawaiian shirts. Y'all took pictures and my friend was in one of them . Made her so happy. Y'all have been our favorite KOA since I moved to Illinois. Thank you

Very nice cabin! Had a problem with ants however! They were in kitchen area and bathroom sink! They did pour a solution in the kitchen sink but it didn’t do much good!

Great jewel of a campground. Staff is excellent. The grounds are well maintained. Lots of fun activities for both adults and children. Sites are standard KOA size and pretty flat. I can recommend the campground to anyone, whether a long or short stay.

We had our 3rd family reunion there, but had been awhile, but still the great campground I remembered! We had rain on Saturday so their Kamping Kitchen saved the day!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. The town is like a mile away and had a good grocery store and thrift store (great deals) and got take out pizzas from Saporito’s that were so good! Thank you Lena KOA Holiday!!!

The Lena KOA worked very well for our family reunion. The outdoor kitchen gave us a a place to all meet during the day, especially since it was a rainy day. I have just a couple of suggestions. Our cabin was fine, but the mattresses were not very comfortable at all. We ended up using the futon, which was a little better, but it still wasn’t great. The playground could be updated.

Stayed in a cabin. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The owners, Joe and Diane always go out of their way to make sure everyone is having a good time. This is our favorite campground and will definitely be back.

Been going there about 20 years First with an rv we found them Then as cabin renters with our dogs about 10-15 years Great place with great staff Most of the other campers are friendly Several rv sites are there for entire Summer/fall

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The campground is fantastic. The amenities are great. The staff couldn't be nicer, friendlier, or any more helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.
