This 3000 SqFt back in view site overlooks the gorgeous Organ Mountains and Las Cruces city to the east. This site measures 85 feet in length and is 38 feet wide. A 300 SqFt patio offers an upgraded table and chairs with seating for four, a fire pit with additional seating for two, and a propane BBQ grill. There's even a lighted pedestal. We're certain you'll be in awe of the sparkling lights that come out over the city when night falls, and if you time your visit right, you might even be treated to a spectacular full moon. We're excited to announce the addition of our KOA Patio site with Paw Pen. This private patio, with fire pit area, is completely enclosed and offers a 765 square foot area for your fur baby to be safely off leash, or for your children to run free. This large site measures 67' in length, and is 33' wide. Site amenities include a fire pit with upgraded table and chairs with seating for four, additional seating for two, artificial turf, and even a propane BBQ grill. We invite you to enjoy the lovely views from our campground, star gazing, s'mores and so much more. Note: we do NOT allow electric car charging in our campground.

These back-in water and electric sites, with 30/20 amp power, have an adjacent 12' x 15' grass pad. The grassed area allows you to spread out, or even gives you room to set up a tent. These sites can accommodate small motorhomes, vans, and pick-up campers. Site amenities include a fire ring, a picnic table, and a lighted pedestal. Most of these sites even offer shade in the summer. These sites are in close proximity to the restrooms and showers, camping kitchen, and even the pool. A dump station is available (see front office for details). DURING SUMMER: A MAXIMUM OF A 2 DAY STAY IS ALLOWED IF YOU ARE SETTING UP A TENT ON THE GRASS TENT PAD. One of the best sites in the campground … this pull thru full hook-up KOA Patio view site overlooks views to the north, and to the east. These lovely views can be enjoyed from your private patio with fire pit. Site amenities include a dining table and chairs with seating for four, with additional seating for two, a propane BBQ grill for your grilling needs, and a lighted pedestal. This disabled friendly site has 4' sidewalks to both sides of your rig, and at the front of your rig. Located at the front of the campground, in close proximity to the main building, the playground and the pool. The overall site length is 55-65 feet so some rigs may find that they need to disconnect from their tow/toad vehicle. Note: we do NOT allow electric car charging in our campground.
