Beautiful campground. Nice host. Water hose froze overnight in SoCal! A friendly reminder about the drastic drop of temperature overnight would be very helpful if the office knew, just like the note about the undrinkable water. Thank you for being kind!

The staff was amazing. We felt so welcomed during our stay. We especially enjoyed the cocoa and pie night, as well as the pizza night. The only thing I would change is to put gravel in the RV campsite to help keep down the dust.

Way friendly staff! Bathroom remodel is being done, so wasn’t sure if showers were available. Kids activities are awesome there.

We checked in on a holiday. Our paperwork was there, that was good, but no bathroom code. And no employees around. When we did get the code the next day, the bathrooms were gross. Possibly they were undergoing remodel, but not much progress. The place is nothing to look at; in the middle of nowhere and the scenery is dull. I am not sure why anyone would choose to come back to this KOA again.

Wifi was annoying to connect to using my smart TV it didn't work at all and on my Xbox it worked on and off at fairly slow speeds. Everything else was perfect though.

The employees were very nice and the park very clean however they do not have chairs by the pool. We were told people have stole them which we understand however they could strap them to the ground.

Staff were nice and helpful but disappointed that the bath and showers were being redone and we were charged full price. Plastic lined the shower units. Did get a free night for booking 3 nights.

The water is posed as undrinkable. The store was out of gallon size water. I had to purchase multiple small bottles at almost $2 ea. to get through my stay. $60 per night was too much for a campsite without useable water.

On my stay resrooms were under construction. Perhaps due to low travel flow bar/restaurant was closed. Pool could be heated.

Giving this 4 stars because the staff was awesome! Very friendly and helpful! The campgrounds itself is a little rustic. But bathrooms are being refurbished and pool area was kept clean. Dog area needs some upkeep...better benches, a shady area, poo trash can needs to be dumped daily and poo bags replenished. Tge staff was constantly at working on cleaning and upkeep.Just needs a little renovatio.

Overall we had a good time, but there is a lot of repair/updating that should be done. Also, we have stayed here twice in 2022 and the advertised pancake breakfast was not available when we asked at check in, after we had already had our own breakfast, we got a text that the pancake breakfast was happening from 8 to 9. We go the notification at 8:35. KOA has a reputation, this KOA is below that.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful an accommodating. I had a minor issue with my spacing being that it was very hot and in the sun. The staff went out of there way to move me to another site in the shade that became available. I really appreciated their helpfulness and understanding. The facility was clean, well organized and well maintained. I highly recommend it. Thank you

Be mindful of the time of year you book this campground. Some upgrading to the camp area would be a great improvement. Rv spots are really close together for back end. However the KOA staff was very helpful and friendly. Hard to go wrong with the pancake breakfast on Sunday.

We left early. Dusty and dirty campground. Large trash bins were uncovered, allowing large birds and other animals to scatter trash. Store closed at 6:45, although lady at register said they were open until 8. Lake is 15 minutes away, and it is very low. Nothing to do here. Very sad and depressing, punishing heat and so dry all around. AND you can’t drink the water, too much nitrate in water.

The only acceptable item(if you can accept the nitrate issue) is the pool. The rest of the place needs a high degree of investment to bring it up to acceptable standards. The men's bathroom tiling will fail from poor workmanship.

The camp ground is kept clean. Trees in every site. No Grass. Pool looks nice. I would recommend upgrading your dog park. The benches are kind of yucky. I would also say put a tree in the middle. It is very hot! The only reason we would not go back is there are no 50 amp sites so we were unable to use both air conditioners and it was terribly hot!

The mens room needs to be completed. I would be embarrassed if that was my campground for how bad it looked. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I will recommend coming here but the facilities need work.

the only negative thing that I experienced was guests in the pool area using a P.A. and blasting music that was heard all over the campground from about 6 pm till about 9 pm. on one night only. other than that, we loved the place. the staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. we will be back.

Its a nice place, need to finish remodel put in temp showers and add manpower. I understand the challenges of operation but please don't use this to lower standards. good people working there.

What a dump. 5 miles from the lake. No drinkable water, washrooms are filthy and look like they belong in a crackhouse. No security to ensure quiet time is observed. Which means that large family party that finished at 3am kept the whole campground awake. Absolutely last resort although you might be better at that abandoned gas station 15 mins down the road. Disgusted.

Unfortunately the dumping station was closed. There was no other option then to pay extra. Other than this we enjoyed the pool and the nice kampsight!

I haven't tried the rooms but used the RV space. The campsite is clean enough and the camp hosts are very helpful and thoughtful. They put on different entertainment events for the kids (like rock painting and an ice cream social) and the adults alike. There's plenty of shade but also plenty of mosquitos.

We went here while they were doing some renovations, but it did not detract at all! We brought a camper and were easily able to locate and park. The staff were amazing and so helpful checking us in too. The campsite is well shaded and has lots of amenities. They had a camp store, pub, a pool( which we got a lot of use out of), a ghost town themed playground with swings, camp kitchen(with a microwave), games(like horseshoe and giant tetris) plus a sluice. We bought two giant bags of rocks and had so much fun. They also have planned activities during the weekend like icecream social, pancake breakfast, popcorn, and rock painting. The only downside is mosquitos so be sure to bring bug spray and citronella.
