We arrived late but there was only a blanket on the bed and the other person didn’t .I found out later that I had to pay for a blanket.The Internet wasn’t connected so when I asked later they said I had to pay more to connect. The only complaint I would have is the heaters are very unsafe. They do not turn off completely and ours was constantly powering on all by itself.

Had a great weekend at KOA. The cabins were comfortable. Wish we could have checked in earlier tho. Will be back for sure already have reservations :)

The staff was amazing. I traveled there each week for work alone and the staff watched out for my safety also. They help to keep the noise down around me as I slept during the day and worked at night. I would recommend this site to stay at. The cabins are very cozy and clean.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a cabin that definitely needed upgraded and repairs done. I know it’s in the desert, but there was just so much dirt no green spots. there is an issue with the drinking water at certain times of the year. It would be helpful if they would’ve told us ahead of time so we had to make sure we could’ve brought water with us.

We have been coming here for over 15 years. The koa staff is amazing! The grounds are clean and very accommodating, no matter what your camping style. We have rented basic cabins, brought our 5th wheel and rented the furnished cabins. The manager, Mona is exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. This was our 2nd stay at Lake Isabella KOA, and this time we stayed in a regular cabin. Cabin was nice. Would only recommend a better AC unit for the summertime. The bathrooms were clean, but could use some updates/maintenance. Kids playground and splash pad/mini golf could also use some upgrades/maintenance. The staff is one of the main reasons we will keep returning in the future to this KOA.

The cabin had nowhere conditioning that wasn't worth a darn. The bathrooms were in sanitary and half the toilets didn't work. I don't know what else to say I was very saddened after staying there before during memorial Day weekend. But the place needs a great improvements and Ductlesss split systems put in the cabins all cabins.

Overall good, however, the shower knob is too sensitive and should be replaced with a separate knob system for hot and cold. Also the refrigerator had bad smell but maintenance promptly came to address. Wish a backup was available. Mona is a great manager, personable, friendly, and helpful. Great staff overall, however facility could use both small and major upgrades.

Cabins are nice and new. They are making efforts to improve the property but the overall setting is not pleasant. I would not choose this location again.

The location needs a lot of work. Our group had 5 cabins and only one had decent working a/c. The pool was out of order for almost 2 days and even when open did not look good. The restrooms have no a/c and terrible ventilation. The showers are filthy and hard to shower in, and the toilets are tiny loose, they move around. It's extremely uncomfortable to shower or use the restroom. Our stay sucked.

My kids and I were planning on swimming in the pool and enjoying the splash pad but those weren’t open due to maintenance and repairs and I didn’t see anything on the website when I booked my reservation about them not being available for use otherwise, overall, a nice, enjoyable stay. Thank you!

I have been coming to this campground for more than 15 years and have always enjoyed our stay but this year was so miserable we actually left early. We had a 6 night stay and the pool was open for one day only and they kept telling us that it would open later today or tomorrow at 19am but never did. Also, the Splash Pad hasn’t worked in a year but they put nothing on their website. DISAPPOINTED

Sorry to give you such a bad rating. This campground is not what it used to be. The campground its self looks run down. Pool was filthy no chairs to sit on, restrooms need to be upgraded, showers were disgusting.

We came in after office closing time (6 p.m.) We had called earlier in the day to verify, and once we arrived we had been moved, but nothing was communicated. It was extremely hot and the AC in the Kamping Cabins were not up to the weather. Called after hours and they were kind enough to put us in a deluxe. Much more comfortable.

hey it was great but I did get bit inside the cabin by some sort of spider but other than that it was a great stay the staff are wonderful and I'm really glad so much we're coming back for Labor Day weekend.

It was really hot when we showed up so we decided to upgrade from a tent to cabin. The cabin was clean. The AC didn’t work the best, but it was better than a tent! The pool wasn’t open when we got there and the person who had the key wasn’t there. We waited about 15 minutes and then he got there to say he needed to vacuum and to come back in 1hr, it was murky and lots of bugs still. Overall

Cabin was great and close to the Lake and River! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative thing was the splash pad didn’t work, pool opened late into the afternoon (possibly due to maintenance so may not happen often) and the stove in the camping kitchen were hard to control or didn’t work completely. Lots of wildlife and the store had a lot of necessities. We had a great trip!!

Cabin was tidy and as pictured. However, no clean water available to drink due to high nitrates. Food pub on-site was advertised to be open until 8:00pm. However, they closed at 6:00pm randomly. Almost all other food establishments in the area were also closed. The bathrooms and shower areas were very unclean—lots of spider webs, bugs, dirt, and what appeared to be mold. Would bot recommend…..

We checked in Saturday afternoon after 3 o’clock got our firewood and went to our cabin 50. Also, we unloaded all our stuff for that evening for dinner set up the tent for the dog and cat outside. I accidentally parked my car between the two cabins 49, which the gentlemen at 49 was upset that I took his parking space But I got up and move my car to the right parking space next to cabin 50 .

I haven't tried the rooms but used the RV space. The campsite is clean enough and the camp hosts are very helpful and thoughtful. They put on different entertainment events for the kids (like rock painting and an ice cream social) and the adults alike. There's plenty of shade but also plenty of mosquitos.

We went here while they were doing some renovations, but it did not detract at all! We brought a camper and were easily able to locate and park. The staff were amazing and so helpful checking us in too. The campsite is well shaded and has lots of amenities. They had a camp store, pub, a pool( which we got a lot of use out of), a ghost town themed playground with swings, camp kitchen(with a microwave), games(like horseshoe and giant tetris) plus a sluice. We bought two giant bags of rocks and had so much fun. They also have planned activities during the weekend like icecream social, pancake breakfast, popcorn, and rock painting. The only downside is mosquitos so be sure to bring bug spray and citronella.
