We were there for 1 night. Front desk and other workers were extremely nice and helpful.When we were there, the water was not potable and we feel this information should have been provided before our arrival. Restrooms were clean but some maintenance was needed. Men's shower had faulty knobs.

The pool seemed to be maintained. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Very cute. I wasn't able to use it this trip, but I like the fire pit outside. Staff was friendly.

The staff was phenomenal and the stay was great. I work at a bait shop in Bakersfield and I’ve already been recommending it to clients that come in looking for camp ground suggestions. Really appreciated my stay!

We had a great time the weather was awesome my only suggestion would be a little maintenance our hose spicket was broke and we had to use a set of plyers to turn the water on which is not big issue but it should get fixed.

We couldn’t do much because was cold but we enjoy the scenery and the ladies the work in the KOA are wonderful . The 2 ladies that stay in the front store, and the lady/ host that do the maintenance are all fantastic and friendly. They helped my son with some mailing shipping item. Absolutely friendly and outstanding professionalism. We will be back in the summer! Sullivan family!

Smoke detector in my cabin was tampered with. Bathroom showers were not very clean. Convenient spot. Very friendly staff! I had to check out a day early because my itinerary changed and was grateful to receive a refund on the other night I didn't stay. I may stay at this one again because of location.

The campground was a little smaller than I thought it would be but it was the most peaceful camping Ive ever had. The scenery is gorgeous, the hospitality is tremendous and its easy access to the lake. Cant wait to come back!

Stay was great will be back in warmer seasons staff was so kind and helpful the location is great for dirt biking all over play ground is small but kids loved it had great time water pad out of order but will be up running in summer they said bathrooms super clean

My 10yo daughter had an amazing time. The staff, Jacqui and Allison, were warm and accommodating. The sites and all of the amenities were clean. This is a great place to camp!

It was an awful experience. The worst camping location ever. It’s right on a highway, with loud vehicles roaring past constantly. The staff is ver nice, but the location is truly terrible.

Staff absolutely incredible, tent sites are clean, bathrooms were clean. Would only recommend to update playground areas for children.

Tree branches were too long and scraped my RV roof. Picnic table benches were warped, and one end completely detached. Restroom door stuck badly. No dump station available without paying for a full utility site. No recycling despite it shown on site map. Other services limited. We had high expectations of KOA quality, but this location only "ok"

It was so wonderfully relaxing! Both staff members were very nice and could always be found easily. Campground was clean and quiet. I would just suggest updating the kids playground equipment. It would be a great place to bring the kids they would just get hired quickly.

There was music blaring couldn’t stand to be outside you couldn’t even have a conversation with someone standing 2 feet from you without yellingbecause the music was so loud from the other campers. It was rattling the inside of the cabin it was absolutely ridiculous how loud they had it my son and newborn couldn’t sleep . Called the office and complained but she said there’s nothing to do

We were there for 3 days, but the camp was clean, the front desk store/registration was courteous, and helpful. The camp is located close to the lake and several other great places to visit. We ate at the Sierra Vista Dinner which is close walking distance from the camp and the food and service there were excellent! This was our first stay, but we’re already making plans to go back! Thank you

The campsite was nearly empty and very dark when we arrived. We had reserved a drive-in site, but we were assigned a back-in spot. The view was lovely in the morning, but it was difficult to get settled. A quiet but rustic campground.

Bathrooms were nice! Unfortunately, our site was so close to the bathrooms that the bright lights made it difficult to enjoy the peaceful nights. Our girls were really looking forward to the pancake breakfast, but were told it wasn’t happening on Sunday morning. The location was not ideal. We drove around and found much more scenic campgrounds that we will try next time we are in the area.

Friendly staff. Camp located in arid valley with picturesque high mountains with clear night to stargaze. Community kitchen is a bonus. Cabin heaters kept us warm. Nightly charge is reasonable. Looked like fun things to do for young campers. Variety of stores to shop near-by. Clean bathrooms with showers.

We came up to participate in the Halloween events. Unfortunately this year there was a low turn out. Could be because of the cold snap, we got. I did want to mention that the sites we reserved could have a little bit of prep maintenance. The area was full of bullhorns. The grounds were well kept other than that one thing.

I haven't tried the rooms but used the RV space. The campsite is clean enough and the camp hosts are very helpful and thoughtful. They put on different entertainment events for the kids (like rock painting and an ice cream social) and the adults alike. There's plenty of shade but also plenty of mosquitos.

We went here while they were doing some renovations, but it did not detract at all! We brought a camper and were easily able to locate and park. The staff were amazing and so helpful checking us in too. The campsite is well shaded and has lots of amenities. They had a camp store, pub, a pool( which we got a lot of use out of), a ghost town themed playground with swings, camp kitchen(with a microwave), games(like horseshoe and giant tetris) plus a sluice. We bought two giant bags of rocks and had so much fun. They also have planned activities during the weekend like icecream social, pancake breakfast, popcorn, and rock painting. The only downside is mosquitos so be sure to bring bug spray and citronella.
