Not happy with my stay. Your KOA needs a lot of tlc. The restrooms were dirty and toilets were out of order. Entry to women’s was not lite . Power hook ups need to be upgraded. The drive way and pull throughs could use gravel or ash falt to make it more desirable to stay there. The only plus is the swimming pool. Sorry, I won’t be staying there again! It’s beautiful country, but not your KOA

Cabins are nice and new. They are making efforts to improve the property but the overall setting is not pleasant. I would not choose this location again.

This was by far the worst KOA we have stayed at. On day 1 of our stay, we went swimming and were burned by the excessive chemicals in the green pool. The facilities overall were dirty and run down. The camper kitchen was mostly non-functioning. The staff was nice and helpful or I would have given the KOA a 0 instead of 2. I wouldn't recommend this KOA to any of my friends.

Sierra is AWESOME ! The bathrooms were exceptionally clean ! Our first time to Isabella we would have preferred to be closer to the water ! Other then that the smoke from the fires were a concern extremely smokey & my husband has a heart condition !

Nothing but dirt at this KOA. Office was so warm you could not even stand to be in there. Pool was closed. Bathroom had flies and frog coming out of drain. Could not get out fast enough.

The location needs a lot of work. Our group had 5 cabins and only one had decent working a/c. The pool was out of order for almost 2 days and even when open did not look good. The restrooms have no a/c and terrible ventilation. The showers are filthy and hard to shower in, and the toilets are tiny loose, they move around. It's extremely uncomfortable to shower or use the restroom. Our stay sucked.

My kids and I were planning on swimming in the pool and enjoying the splash pad but those weren’t open due to maintenance and repairs and I didn’t see anything on the website when I booked my reservation about them not being available for use otherwise, overall, a nice, enjoyable stay. Thank you!

I have been coming to this campground for more than 15 years and have always enjoyed our stay but this year was so miserable we actually left early. We had a 6 night stay and the pool was open for one day only and they kept telling us that it would open later today or tomorrow at 19am but never did. Also, the Splash Pad hasn’t worked in a year but they put nothing on their website. DISAPPOINTED

I didn't go and was charged. They don't answer the phone. I left a message to cancel several days before the arrival date, but they never acknowledged my call and charged me anyway

Sorry to give you such a bad rating. This campground is not what it used to be. The campground its self looks run down. Pool was filthy no chairs to sit on, restrooms need to be upgraded, showers were disgusting.

We came in after office closing time (6 p.m.) We had called earlier in the day to verify, and once we arrived we had been moved, but nothing was communicated. It was extremely hot and the AC in the Kamping Cabins were not up to the weather. Called after hours and they were kind enough to put us in a deluxe. Much more comfortable.

Staff are super sweet and nice / The only thing was bathroom was not clean enough and it was pretty empty . Also the lights in the walking lane were out . Made it difficult to see at night too dark . Night lights were out . Also pool was dirty and would have been nice to be in since was very hot . Store needs to be stocked with more items / had to go to other stores to buy stuff Thank you

I did not care for the roaches crawling all over or the fact that the electrical kept flip the breaker. The employees were very friendly that was a huge plus

Location very handy, albeit a little noisy as next to the road. Wasn't clear how to pay out of hours, but staff were lovely and happy to take my booking in the morning.

Just not a nice place to stay. Staff was nice, but dirty showers, the pool was unusable the 2 days it wasn't overcrowded, so couldn't swim.

The only thing that I didn’t like it was the noise of the cars, because we were literally at the road where the cars were passing. The other thing was that there were no grass at all!!

hey it was great but I did get bit inside the cabin by some sort of spider but other than that it was a great stay the staff are wonderful and I'm really glad so much we're coming back for Labor Day weekend.

It was really hot when we showed up so we decided to upgrade from a tent to cabin. The cabin was clean. The AC didn’t work the best, but it was better than a tent! The pool wasn’t open when we got there and the person who had the key wasn’t there. We waited about 15 minutes and then he got there to say he needed to vacuum and to come back in 1hr, it was murky and lots of bugs still. Overall

The WiFi is wholly inadequate couldn’t even update my phone apps let alone stream any thing for the kids the speed was pitifully slow and antiquated. The place could use a facelift it looks like the paint is from the 70s just feels old. The pool area is very small for the number of guests if at capacity. Still it’s very quiet at night time which we really appreciated, staff were pleasant

Really nice place with the exception of restroom and pool areas. The areas need more cleaning. Pool water was really dirty with lots of debris floating and restrooms and shower area along with sinks were very dirty. Other than this place is nice to stay with the family.

The place is maintained clean and staff is friendly and nice. Close to a main road, but not too noisy at night. Close to lake marslands, so plenty of mosquitos around. Unable tu use water due to high nitrates, but also could not connect hoses to water spigot because it was warped. The place is a bit run down, especially the bathrooms that are in need of an urgent upgrade.

Clean bathrooms, hot water, clean pool. The grounds are leveled out pretty well so you don't have to balance out your trailer to much. I didn't have to at all. Little bar inside the check in area where I was able to have a beer and keep an eye on my kids while they swam in the pool. All in all no complaints.

Cabin was great and close to the Lake and River! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative thing was the splash pad didn’t work, pool opened late into the afternoon (possibly due to maintenance so may not happen often) and the stove in the camping kitchen were hard to control or didn’t work completely. Lots of wildlife and the store had a lot of necessities. We had a great trip!!

Great stay over night! Beautiful shade trees. Great service from staff. A little close to neighbors in tents behind us. Would recommend this place!

I haven't tried the rooms but used the RV space. The campsite is clean enough and the camp hosts are very helpful and thoughtful. They put on different entertainment events for the kids (like rock painting and an ice cream social) and the adults alike. There's plenty of shade but also plenty of mosquitos.

We went here while they were doing some renovations, but it did not detract at all! We brought a camper and were easily able to locate and park. The staff were amazing and so helpful checking us in too. The campsite is well shaded and has lots of amenities. They had a camp store, pub, a pool( which we got a lot of use out of), a ghost town themed playground with swings, camp kitchen(with a microwave), games(like horseshoe and giant tetris) plus a sluice. We bought two giant bags of rocks and had so much fun. They also have planned activities during the weekend like icecream social, pancake breakfast, popcorn, and rock painting. The only downside is mosquitos so be sure to bring bug spray and citronella.
