As of 7/26, there’s new management; and when I say she and her team are amazing I mean it. It’s not uncommon to see them out there working hard every day. They were extremely responsive and available at all times. When little hiccups occurred they handled it with grace and efficiency. On that note, summer is hot!!! So plan for it by bringing tarps for shade. Even when visiting the lake.

10/10! Kimberly, the manager, made our stay. She treated everyone like VIPs, listened to what we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. Customer service like hers is hard to find. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful campgrounds. It is not brand new but it is very welcoming and comfortable. They had problems with a water leak and provided everyone with a case of water. Everyday the ladies would come by and ask if we had any needs. Great service!

They are digging a new well so many of the spaces were not available. They did stop work over the weekend but did during th weekday and the noise was annoying. The store was not open quite often. We did notice that they have been working to update the facilities a little bit. The main issue was the construction but we will stay again once they are done.

No reliable internet, dog park ill-maintained, oil or water drilling creates noise, expensive rates shouldn’t be charged to dump tanks

Easy check in, great spot. My kiddo LOVED the ice cream social and pancake breakfast. We had our camp kitchen but having the large sinks at the Kampers Kitchen was VERY helpful when it came to cleaning dishes. We had fresh water to drink, the showers were HOT and had great water pressure - so lovely after an active day. The staff were super helpful and we had a great time!

A beautifully cared for, rustic KOA. Pride of ownership shines throughout. We only stayed overnight on our way through the area, and will definitely come back.

The campground is in disrepair and needs updating. The showers were filthy. The pub was not open. We reserved a FHU but the space had no shade and it was 90+ degrees so when Kimberly checked us in she moved us to a partial hookup in the shade & told us we could dump our tanks before departing. This AM the camp Mgr was incredibly rude and yelled at us when we used the rv sewer hookup.

Very friendly staff. Very willing to work with us even tho we showed up a day early because of a scheduling mistake on our part. Clean bathrooms and laundry. Pool looked very nice

I come to Lake Isabella koa to visit my dad who lives in weldon. But this visit the staff, especially Kimberly, went above & beyond to make us feel welcome

location has very nice view. The place is well kept. The only thing is the road is all dirt, and my dogs got all dusty. We only stayed overnight because our ac did not work right. They were really nice about giving me the refund. I will go back and stay at this location. If it was not for the ac, we would have stayed. We will need to tow a vehicle, so we could explore more of tue area.

We met Mona at check-in and immediately knew we booked at a great destination. Mona and her staff made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! And the pool was a perfect way to finish a good day out exploring the lake and river. We will definitely be back!

The only true description is the site was shady! Nasty dirt pit grounds and litter all over. Bathroom and showers were nasty with overflowing garbage and black moldy walls and floor. Laundry room stunk with piles of laundry bags in corner. Alot of rough looking vehicles and junk everywhere. I feel I've been totally ripped off at $65 for the night staying locked in my van! Not impressed with koa!

This was a brand new facility and super clean. The views were great and the people were polite and helpful. The manager / owner communicates within minutes. Great teamwork there. We loved it!

The staff were all great people. They gave us great directions to the sites we wanted to visit. The facilities could use a little love. Beyond the bird poop on the picnic table when we arrived, that we had to wash off before using the table, it could use a fresh coat of paint. The electric box had the on/off switch broken off making us press very hard to get it turned on.

Deluxe cabin was not as big as I thought but it was enough for our party of 6. 8 people would be too tight. Staff was nice and friendly. RC track next to our cabin was nice to have. Ice cream social on Saturday & Sunday pancake breakfast was included.

The AC 120 did not work in 3 differents sites. The bathrooms was dirty The laundry it was a mess, dirty and a lot of things Terrible experience

Loved the staff and give-aways: pancakes and ice-cream! The kids loved the Splash Pad, Rock Painting, Hay Ride and of course, the Pool! The cabins are very nice and well priced. The restroom is clan and nice - though a long walk from some sites - especially at night. The only negative is the amount of dirt - wish there was some grass and/or concrete... Especially since it is so windy.

we love staying here. It was our third time. Romona was absolutely pleasant! Charming and very accommodating. If there is anything negative I could say is the campgrounds need some sprucing up. New paint and repairs to the buildings and cleaning of picnic tables. But, this will not deter me from staying here. Just an observation that I think needs to be addressed by the owners.

Love staying here, this year things looked like they worked on improving areas like the splash pad. There were so many mosquitoes tho, which yearly coming haven’t encountered it was the hardest as even with sprays and candles and fully clothed were bitten all over. Bathrooms, and areas were exceptionally cleaned entire 4 days we stayed. Store was open good hours, Mona and staff were great!

Everything was perfect the staff was amazing only thing we didn’t like was the person running karaoke took her tip jar and demanded we go to our cabin and give her money. Major red flag. We went back to our cabin and never went back to enjoy the fun. We didn’t like being told we had to tip them.

Everything was rundown, felt tawdry, unlike other KOAs. Signage had rude, unfriendly tone. Supposed to have WiFi—didn’t. Many of the facilities/activities were not as listed. Had overall lifeless quality. Perimeter fences broken. So,so buggy…. Definitely could use a facelift!!

I absolutely loved the stay, everything was great had a good time thank you! One suggestion if I may, I would look into possibly doing a complete spray of the grounds for mosquitos or another alternative could be placing some mosquito and nat traps in the trees. Thank you we will be back!!!! P.S thanks for the delicious pancakes!!!

The staff went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. A great bunch of folks in one of the most beautiful places. I will definitely be back! Extra special thanks to Kimberly, one of the nicest people in all of California.

I loved this place hands down, friendly staff, we camped out for one day in our tent. We had to check in early (check in is at 3 o’clock) so there was a $25 early check in fee which I didn’t mind because they probably have to pay there workers to hurry up and clean up the space if it’s not ready which they did and they did their best to clean up up while I got my rent ready! We had such a great stay here in our little cabin K48. It was clean, comfy and had everything our family of 5 plus 2 dogs needed. All the ladies that worked there were absolutely the best hosts. Our late checkout on Sunday was a game changer as we had a daughter doing a local MTN bike race that day and it helped us out immensely. Thank you all for everything and can't wait to return.

This place is beautiful to camp at. We woke up right next to the mountains. Everyone respects the noise level and showers are hot. They have a shop there for most camping needs, and the lake is super close !

Great camping, super friendly staff. Conveniently located to Kernville and Rivers End Rafting. Nice pool, good shady rv spots.
