The staff and site was clean. The site is however very insulated without any form of accessing transport easily. We were advised of dial a ride which worked well on one of the days on the other two days they did not have any availability. A general upgrade to the site would benefit usage compared to the multiple other KOAs (17) to date. The site is also very dusty with little gravel or paving area

Our stay was good but we were very disappointed in the condition of the pool water. It was very cloudy. Also, we had two dogs and the dog run was full of weeds and spiders and not one bit of grass. It was a sure place for fleas or tics. How about some artificial grass for the pets? The people working there were great and very friendly. Just the condition of a few items.

The campground was very cool and unique and kept up with very well. The staff was friendly, awesome, and very helpful. Justin the utility guy was very helpful. I’d recommend coming here and can’t wait to visit soon. 10 outta 10 recommend!

The location is right at the road, the staff is not that friendly or helpful, everything is too far to drive from the lamp site, the pool is tiny and so murky that it’s scary to go inside.

I thought that the deluxe cabin was great! It was clean and comfortable. And the staff seemed friendly and helpful. However, the location of this particular KOA is to close to a highway and is also in need of upgrades, most notably the pool. It would also benefit the camp to have a higher gate that blocked the dust and fast-moving highway.

Staff members were very nice and helpful, place is run down and needs a renovation for sure. Pool plaster is chipping away, both my children’s feet were bleeding after swimming due to the rough patches in the bottom of the pool. Literally had blood I had to clean up on the floor of our RV from their feet :/ another friend of ours had a sharp chunk stuck in his, we pulled it out and was bleeding.

It was fine. the pool needs to be more cleaner . also more monitoring at night during quiet time. their were some people who had the music super loud. mens bathroom was dirty ( feces on the wall) . have more evening activities . we loved the ice cream social. thank you over all we love staying here. thank you again. !!!

It was good. The woman at front desk, the manager was really sweet and helpful. Loved the rock painting, ice cream Social and pancake breakfast. My kids favorite was the pool. I love that our site was covered in shade by the trees because of that, the temperature was so much cooler and more tolerable. I definitely think the bathrooms need to be remodeled. It grossed me out.

This site was very poorly kept. There were roaches everywhere. The bathrooms/ showers need intense remodeling. This location was not like any of the other KOAs we stayed at. Corporate should evaluate this site for sponsorship.

Only one of the 3 showers worked. Toilets were dirty. Our RV got infested with hundreds of ants.

Hard to get into sites, hookups at the very back of the site, 30 ft electric cord barely reached, 2 sewer hoses wouldn’t reach, was told the water isn’t potable, but ok to shower! I wouldn’t dare connect not potable water to our rig! Not enough characters left to talk about electrical, get a certified electrician! Water, cement, pavers and grass, are needed, too much soft dirty dirt. Best o

My sister & I were checking out the Lake Isabella area and we rented a cabin at the KOA - perfect choice! I think it's the best place to stay in the area - nice grounds, great camp store, super-friendly staff. Felt safe & secure - and the cabin A/C was put to good use during our 100+ degree stay.

The grounds were fine, but the people who camp there are obnoxious, offensive, a liability, loud annoying music, children swearing, garbage all over, and abuse of the facilities.

This wasn't very inviting nor were the staff welcoming or helpful. Before arriving, I got texts about cotton candy. When we arrived, we were told we couldn't drink the water. Instead of messages about cotton candy, why not one about, hey, bring a water bottle with you? The internet was down making check in and purchases longer and more frustrating. The power tripped 11 times in our rig.

Worst campsite we have ever stayed at. Disliked it so much that we left a night early. Nothing but dirt. Pool is too crowded and too small for that size of location.

not what I was expecting from a KOA. the septic drains were up hill, the facilities were clean but in ill repair and the internet connection was lousy ( a small thing but none the less). the staff was friendly and responsive. I don't think we will be staying there again

When we checked in we were informed that all water is NOT drinkable we would have to buy water in town . Guests should be informed of this at the time reservations are made. This isn’t mentioned on their website. Rap music was played all day and into the night at the pool so load that it could be heard all the way to the back of the park. Staff did nothing to quiet it down. Staff were helpful

Had a wonderful time. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay good. Campground was clean and well maintained. The walking paths behind the campground is nice and peaceful and great for dogs. The only thing I would recommend is the playground is splinter heaven for for children.

First, no potable water was a negative. I understand it's been rough times in this area but the campground wasn't well maintained. I will try again in the future, hopefully things improve.

Our annual family reunion changed locations this year. The reserved sites had shade. The river had a strong current and we were not able to enter so we used the community pool and had a blast. The restrooms were clean and heated at night. They had a social ice cream and Sunday morning pancakes. Small gestures, but valuable for a large group with babies, teens, parents, and grandparents. Thank you.

Stayed 2 days, 32ft 5th wheel, nice big spot. Ice cream social and pancake breakfast were nice touches to a good weekend.

We enjoyed our stayed in a cabin with air conditioning. Also fire pit for warm in the campsite and s’mores that evening. In the morning I have an asked about the giant sequoia trees, Johnson Bridge, and the famous McNally‘s hamburgers.

The trash can were overflowing, so there was trash blowing in the wind. There were no poop bags is the Kamp K9, and the old bag full of dog poop was still sitting next to the trash can. Multiple washers and dryers were out of order in the laundry room. The staff was super friendly and nice, but overall the park felt “dirty.”

I haven't tried the rooms but used the RV space. The campsite is clean enough and the camp hosts are very helpful and thoughtful. They put on different entertainment events for the kids (like rock painting and an ice cream social) and the adults alike. There's plenty of shade but also plenty of mosquitos.

We went here while they were doing some renovations, but it did not detract at all! We brought a camper and were easily able to locate and park. The staff were amazing and so helpful checking us in too. The campsite is well shaded and has lots of amenities. They had a camp store, pub, a pool( which we got a lot of use out of), a ghost town themed playground with swings, camp kitchen(with a microwave), games(like horseshoe and giant tetris) plus a sluice. We bought two giant bags of rocks and had so much fun. They also have planned activities during the weekend like icecream social, pancake breakfast, popcorn, and rock painting. The only downside is mosquitos so be sure to bring bug spray and citronella.
