The staff were all great people. They gave us great directions to the sites we wanted to visit. The facilities could use a little love. Beyond the bird poop on the picnic table when we arrived, that we had to wash off before using the table, it could use a fresh coat of paint. The electric box had the on/off switch broken off making us press very hard to get it turned on.

Deluxe cabin was not as big as I thought but it was enough for our party of 6. 8 people would be too tight. Staff was nice and friendly. RC track next to our cabin was nice to have. Ice cream social on Saturday & Sunday pancake breakfast was included.

The AC 120 did not work in 3 differents sites. The bathrooms was dirty The laundry it was a mess, dirty and a lot of things Terrible experience

Loved the staff and give-aways: pancakes and ice-cream! The kids loved the Splash Pad, Rock Painting, Hay Ride and of course, the Pool! The cabins are very nice and well priced. The restroom is clan and nice - though a long walk from some sites - especially at night. The only negative is the amount of dirt - wish there was some grass and/or concrete... Especially since it is so windy.

we love staying here. It was our third time. Romona was absolutely pleasant! Charming and very accommodating. If there is anything negative I could say is the campgrounds need some sprucing up. New paint and repairs to the buildings and cleaning of picnic tables. But, this will not deter me from staying here. Just an observation that I think needs to be addressed by the owners.

Love staying here, this year things looked like they worked on improving areas like the splash pad. There were so many mosquitoes tho, which yearly coming haven’t encountered it was the hardest as even with sprays and candles and fully clothed were bitten all over. Bathrooms, and areas were exceptionally cleaned entire 4 days we stayed. Store was open good hours, Mona and staff were great!

Everything was perfect the staff was amazing only thing we didn’t like was the person running karaoke took her tip jar and demanded we go to our cabin and give her money. Major red flag. We went back to our cabin and never went back to enjoy the fun. We didn’t like being told we had to tip them.

Everything was rundown, felt tawdry, unlike other KOAs. Signage had rude, unfriendly tone. Supposed to have WiFi—didn’t. Many of the facilities/activities were not as listed. Had overall lifeless quality. Perimeter fences broken. So,so buggy…. Definitely could use a facelift!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The campground was clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. Check-in was easy and smooth, which made arriving stress-free. I absolutely loved the stay, everything was great had a good time thank you! One suggestion if I may, I would look into possibly doing a complete spray of the grounds for mosquitos or another alternative could be placing some mosquito and nat traps in the trees. Thank you we will be back!!!! P.S thanks for the delicious pancakes!!!

The staff went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. A great bunch of folks in one of the most beautiful places. I will definitely be back! Extra special thanks to Kimberly, one of the nicest people in all of California.

I loved this place hands down, friendly staff, we camped out for one day in our tent. We had to check in early (check in is at 3 o’clock) so there was a $25 early check in fee which I didn’t mind because they probably have to pay there workers to hurry up and clean up the space if it’s not ready which they did and they did their best to clean up up while I got my rent ready! We had such a great stay here in our little cabin K48. It was clean, comfy and had everything our family of 5 plus 2 dogs needed. All the ladies that worked there were absolutely the best hosts. Our late checkout on Sunday was a game changer as we had a daughter doing a local MTN bike race that day and it helped us out immensely. Thank you all for everything and can't wait to return.

All in all it was a very nice KOA. The only issue was the women's bathroom, which was obviously undergoing massive construction and yet still open for use. It was extremely dirty, with broken concrete, drywall, tools and god lord the number of spiders. I was glad I didn't try to bring my kid into the bathroom, apparently the men's bathroom was fine. That bathroom should have been closed for safety

The KOA is peaceful and beautiful. The staff was friendly. A lot of the amenities were not running. The playground needs some work. The play structure pictured was missing. They are working on making some renovation. The pump track was great for our kids, the pool was open early due to heat. It does look like they are trying to upkeep it. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed forbthe isabella fishing derby the past couple years and its continued to improve. Very happy with the kid friendly improvements like the bike track and gemstone mining.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Sites are close together. Women's bathroom was being renovated, but it was useable and seems close to being done. It will be nice when completed. Men's bathroom is done. Flies are around mostly close to sunset--annoying, but they don't bite. Be aware that this campground is not on the lake.

Staff treated us like family. Made a birthday cake for our 10 yr old. Immediately came with first aid when he hurt his foot and gave him a ride to our cabin in her cart. They opened the pool early bc it got hot and have a great game room for all ages. Everything is clean and shiny. They are working on adding more fun activities like the splash pad and rock painting. We even got a hug when we left.

It was quiet and office staff AND housekeeping woman were beyond nice!! They're remodeling the women's restroom but got a peek of the men's and it's beautiful!

Management and staff were awesome, very accommodating. The site was clean, grounds team always out there working hard for you. The site is upgrading some areas. There was major construction for a new well going on that the location. The men’s restroom was closed for upgrades. Had to use the women’s restroom for showering as my wife stood guard out front. I understand upgrades needed, but it would have been nice to know about this before booking and we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

I haven't tried the rooms but used the RV space. The campsite is clean enough and the camp hosts are very helpful and thoughtful. They put on different entertainment events for the kids (like rock painting and an ice cream social) and the adults alike. There's plenty of shade but also plenty of mosquitos.

We went here while they were doing some renovations, but it did not detract at all! We brought a camper and were easily able to locate and park. The staff were amazing and so helpful checking us in too. The campsite is well shaded and has lots of amenities. They had a camp store, pub, a pool( which we got a lot of use out of), a ghost town themed playground with swings, camp kitchen(with a microwave), games(like horseshoe and giant tetris) plus a sluice. We bought two giant bags of rocks and had so much fun. They also have planned activities during the weekend like icecream social, pancake breakfast, popcorn, and rock painting. The only downside is mosquitos so be sure to bring bug spray and citronella.
