Horrific. I camp a lot and it was by far the worst stay of my life. Probably won't stay at another KOA again. We left a day early it was so bad.

My only complaint was a lot of dogs with bad camp manners. We did not complain to staff. But that being said, we have camped KOA in over 10 states. Every other KOA has staff riding around constantly. We didn’t see staff. Seemed like seasonal campers help out a lot at the campgrounds. We loved our spot! Campground was clean, pool was clean.

The resort is beautiful, showers hot and clean. Staff super friendly. The pool is wonderful, our grandson had the best time! One of the nicest KOA's we have stayed at.

Everything was great, loved the setting, however the WIFI was crappy. It would not let you stay on and you couldn't download anything. Also there was no cell service.

All aspects of the delux cabin were great. With the exception of the mattress in the main bedroom. Very uncomfortable, and needs replacement!

I like this park overall but we rented a deluxe cabin and the bed and pull-out couch are so old and worn out. They were extremely uncomfortable. I would like to see them updated. It would be nice to have a full set of dishes ( knives, forks, spoons) in the cabin as well. These cabins are expensive and I think the beds should be in better shape for the amount I paid. Friendly workers-so nice.

Not the worst KOA I have ever stayed at, but certainly not in the top 10. No sewer hookup at our site, and I had reserved a Luxury site fully expecting full hookups. While the site I reserved, was listed as a pull through, it was not at all able to be pulled through in a big rig. My 5th wheel is not huge but at 36' it was way too big to be able to make the turn into my pull through. More, but n

We in joyed are stay, we were on one of the pull through sits. It sits seemed a but small and close to gather. But it still worked out fine and we had nice. Neighbors. Only down sides pool was a bit small so it go crowded fast. The picnic table on our site was in a state of disrepair and we fond dog pop on the sit. Just an FYI little to no cell serves and camp WiFi is not good wen camp is full.

Staff is very friendly & accommodating. Nicole and Estelle are the greatest. Been going for years. Wish KOA would update arcade and mini golf for the littles. Park is peaceful and relaxing.

The staff was friendly. Additional deposit fees should have been clearer in confirmation email, took me by surprise. Cabin was two rooms, but very small. Daughter tried to buy a flashlight, but none worked. Boat launch size did not resemble website map, nor did pool size. Bathrooms smelled clean, no soap in the dispenser for 2 days. Arcade tickets redemption machine broken. Mini golf cost extra.

Booked for the lake and was extremely disappointed to find that the frontage was only a boat launch, with no lake swimming access. The pool was also very small.

Great place to check out beautiful Lake Bomoseen in Vermont. Staff friendly, welcoming & helpful! We endured a pretty bad storm during our stay the crew was on point gladly moved us to a dryer site and worked hard to pump the tremendous amount of water away from the site’s!

Good: Clean. Friendly people. Other campers were respectful. Quiet. Paved campsites - level. Pool, playground, and dock areas are nice. This area of the lake overgrown w/ weeds, no swimming. There is a dock, you can park a boat. People were fishing. Bad: Power went out, no electricity the 1st night. Cable TV never worked, internet signal was weak. AT&T, no service. No sewer, dump station only.

I have been staying at this campsite for 20 years. Every year I have left comments regarding one unsafe dock located here. It is despicable that this campground does not take care of this dock as this is a hotspot for families that stay here. Everything else here is fantastic. Also there was an additional charge once we arrived this year, as I paid for our site well in advance. Please fix the dock

The campground was cute and had a ton of cute decorations throughout. The pool however was disgusting. The water was so cloudy and greenish color and had tons of yuck floating. The wifi didn't work at all, not even outside the store.

Awkward and not level sites. stopped up plumbing, stopped up floor drains, unworking lights in two out of three showers. No soap for days in bathroom. No toilet paper for days in stalls. Fireworks were great. Arcade games were broken. Prize machines didn’t work. Laundry washers didn’t work. Staff failed to mark broken machines after reported. No bath house in tent area.

Friendly staff. Site was clean. A little on the small side but not bad. Road noise was not the best. We had the closest site to Route 30 and you could hear every vehicle drive by.

I was charged an extra $65 at check in when I had called weeks before and paid my balance off in full with an emailed receipt showing a zero balance. The arcade- half the games do not work or eat your money and the staff say "nothing we can do". My kids spent a lot of money there hoarding their tickets to not be able to redeem them in the end. The pool is small and disgusting. Green, slimey, gross

We felt there was false advertising dealing with this campground. Most everything listed in the advertisement was wrong. No wifi and no phone service is dangerous. The lake is swampy. My husband and I have stayed at KOAs across the country for 20 years and have never had a bad experience like this. I would tell people do not stay here.

It was very nice; we all enjoyed the great fire works. Having a small kids pool, like you used to have, would definitely be a plus for those with small children.

Say they have wifi but there is absolutely No wifi! More bugs and cob webs in the laundry than in he woods. No pull thru sites with full hookups! Pool is tiny and the place is packed. No Handicap accessibility in baths, laundry.. Electrical wires hung from the trees supplying cabins, this place would be shut down by any decent building inspector! It is an old and out of date fish camp.

Fun, smaller campground that was a good place to stay with smaller kids for a shorter trip. Direct access to Lake Bomoseen is great, nice lake for kayaking. The pool at the campground is on the smaller side and the playground is geared toward younger children.The site itself was shaded and it was convenient to have a patio for use. Fireworks were awesome; I would recommend visiting for 4th of July

we brought our dogs there to get away from the fireworks. Everywhere on the campgrounds were no fireworks signs. Then low and behold the actual campground held their own fireworks display scaring my dogs to death. The bathrooms need updating and were nasty. the doggie pooh pails were never emptied in the 4 days we were there. disgusting

Great Campground, friendly staff, clean, quiet. Really enjoyed our stay! The KOA staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel very welcomed! We will definitely come back!

Connectivity to wifi and cellular service is poor at this campground. Bathrooms were not the nicest or cleanest I have seen. Site was good. Only a one night stay.

Had a great stay park was very clean employees worked hard to to keep grounds tidy , a lot of pine trees that drop sap onto trailers and vehicle. No beach access just fishing from docks, small pool, great roads for riding and awesome scenery check in was easy would recommend.

It was ok. It was a rainy weekend which is why we choose sites with cable and or wifi. Neither worked when we were cooped up during a couple of storms. We don't feel we got our moneys worth. Nice well kept park otherwise.

Quiet campground. Nice staff. Wooded sites need some leveling and gravel so that rainy camping doesn’t make everything so muddy.

The site we were at was clean and well spaced out. There is WiFi, but as the listing states only for calls and emails. The arcade smelled horrible, none of the games worked as well as the change machine was not operational. The camp store was well stocked and the employees were all helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We loved our stay at KOA.We go every year and it’s always so pleasant! The staff were super nice and helpful. I do wish the arcade was working better. Loved the older games but only a few worked. Also wish the mini golf was upgraded. That’s only for the rainy days. But the kids loved riding their bikes, swimming and making new friends! Love camping here and can’t wait for next time :)

We stayed a week. Very, very friendly staff! Clean campground and facilities. Huge camp store! Wifi was non existent on the weekends. Spacious lot with E/W/S. Lake was very weedy by the campground. We would stay again if we were ever in the area.

Not many activities for the kids as we have come to enjoy at other KOA’s. The pool slide was shut off (no water from the top) and the splash pad was not turned on. The dog area was pretty small but turned out ok as we were the only ones who used it at the time. The people in the office were nice and it was a clean site.
