The bushes and trees seem to been over grown was very difficult to get in and out of my RV including the basement storage.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and very helpful. I was worried that 108° temperature would affect my stay, but the tent campsite with electricity was shaded from all sides with the tree and oleander‘s around the compact tent site. No bugs no flying insects. The facilities were excellent showers and restrooms were exceptionally clean. The overall experience is great. KOA rocks!

We had nine reservations made for this trip. We had to change all reservations by one day a month before the trip began. We notified all campgrounds of the date change. Eight of the campgrounds made the change correctly, Kingman KOA did not make the change and required us to pay a second time. Hope they enjoy the extra money they got for their error, it is the last they will get from us. BLEW IT.

Our room was very nice and right outside the pool. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Our room was up a flight of stairs and there was no elevator. We managed but will be sure to request ground floor accommodations next time.

Efficient checkin. Electric kept tripping at site 91 but moved to 92. Patio site was nice and site was level. Cracker Barrel nearby. Grocery store across street from Cracker Barrel. Good overnight or longer if you need more time.

Staff was very friendly. There was an issue with our propane tank & the lock on the bathroom door. Both were fixed promptly. My dogs & I LOVED the paw pen! Bathrooms need a little love. Hooks/shelves next to the showers to put towels/toiletries would be great. The floors were always wet & a slip hazard. I recommend putting 2 “rubber comfort mats”, available at Home Depot, outside each shower

Everything was great. Used the bathrooms, showers, pool and spa. All were clean. The staff was friendly. We stayed a second night because we enjoyed everything about it. Especially the location.

Staff members are very polite and professional and do their best to make you feel welcome. The poor review is due to the lack of internet access and due to the unlevel sites; we had stayed at the same park a month earlier and were told the internet was down and being upgraded. After a month the internet issue had not been resolved. Unlevel sites are unacceptable in 2023.

We have stayed in this campground a few times over the years. Our recent stay was one night. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our site had beautiful bushes on either side for privacy. There are two pavilions to get together with others. A mini golf course and other activities. Unless you have your own wifi, you won’t be able to log on to the KOA one. But, we ran into that in most of the campground

Charged for wood that wasn't delivered or refunded. Site mentions fire pit but it's the decorative kind, not for cooking (would be good to know in advance - we were able to use the grill instead though so all good!). Nice shady patio and good location though.

Our pull through was not long enough to leave the car attached. 40 ft rv towing a Jeep grand Cherokee. Nice staff easy in and out.

We had an issue with the trees at the site and that glides. Contact the office and was not supportive at all. Provided a letter on arrival to contact them for any issues and no help from the office. The office lady stated okay and hung up. The trees are over grown and can damage your RV.

This is a nice KOA in a good location in Kingman, Arizona. We appreciated that each space is separated from one another, by a beautiful oleander hedge. It gives the park a colorful look and privacy to customers. The shade the hedge provided was appreciated in June when the temperatures in Arizona were hot.

We have stayed a year ago and it hasn’t changed to much . They need to trim oleanders since we opened the trailer door right into them and slide squished into them . There was no WiFi or cable . We were told there was , they kept telling me it should be working but maintenance guy said they had not dug the trench for line yet and cable wasn’t working either which it was iffy a year ago .

Roomy enough, but we were levitated out of bed by a very noisy piece of service equipment at about 0700. The noise from what may have been a hydraulic motor or pump was really bad! Other than that, perfectly good Journey KOA.

I went there to visit some friends and to see an old job site. I booked the Campground originally but once I found out that my friends were going to be there I canceled the reservation and stayed with them. I got charged anyway for the booking that I made. I'm not complaining about that I just want to give you a heads up that that can happen. It was a clean location and Central to everything. It's also taken care of and looked after by the staff

Staff is super friendly. Park is an easy in and out for quick overnight stay. Site was pull through but narrow, dirt with Oleander hedges providing shade and separation from next site.
