Nice roomy sites, all though a little maintenance would stop lakes from developing under campers in a rain storm.

Very friendly owners. Had one issue with site and they corrected it immediately. Grounds are clean and well maintained.

Well maintained campground. Friendly, helpful hosts. Kind of sleeper, probably due to location in a smaller community. Worth considering as it's off the beaten trail and very accommodating to big rigs, small & tent campers.

Everything was clean and operable. Good bathrooms and level sites. Just what we wanted for an overnite stopover. Employees were helpful and friendly.

The bathrooms and showers were clean and tidy. A storm came up and management came around to warn everyone. We had two different Amazon deliveries and management worked with us to get our deliveries. The pool is very old and no lounge chairs or umbrellas The neighbors children invade the pool daily at one point there were 15 kids! We paid to be there and I assume they do not! Annoying!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

KOA's are family (and kid) friendly places. As part of our community relations, very important in a small town, we allow the town kids to come use the pool from 1-4 Monday through Saturday. The rest of the day is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests.

Nice level sites. Good owners, sent someone out to warn us of potential bad weather. Our dog found a few sand spurs, so be careful! Nice swimming pool. A few turkeys and rabbits wandering around. Easy on and off the Highway.

Nice park. Pool was dirty with duck feathers and leaves. Too many goatheads on the ground that get stuck on the shoes and tracked in the RV. Mini golf section looked terrible. Very nice management though.

Owners were wonderful, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Grounds were very nice, showers very clean. Pool was great also. We will be back. The Madisons!

Would have appreciated a warning about the thorns in the grassy areas. Kids , dogs, and adults all suffered during our stay.

We so appreciated the efforts of the staff to awaken all the campers when a serious storm hit the area. We stayed in the resort building until it was safe to return to our campers. Thank you for being caring individuals.

We were parked in the driest spot available, right next to the new fenced dog park area. The hosts were very friendly & helpful.

There was a storm warning. Camp owners got everyone up and o to office for safety. Very impressed with their response and how they took care of all of us.

We had a generous sized lot, used laundry and dog run. Both were fine. Wasn’t warm enough for me to venture into pool but the kids in it enjoyed it

Stayed one night and woke to rain in the morning. Maybe half an inch and most all roads and sites were flooded. Absolutely avoid this KOA if rain is at all possible.

Beautiful place they had a rain storm before we got there and flooded the place they called and opted to refund us we went anyway and they went out of their way to find a dry site nice people

OK. Been to lots of KOA’s. Nothing wrong with this one except cost. Overpriced compared to others in SD. Nothing exceptional, adequate.

The crew of this camp is wonderful. The camp is clean, open and very easy access from I-90. Even though it is close, the road noise was minimal. The train is quite a bit louder. I used the laundry and was very happy with it. Over the air TV reception was super.

Our first time camping there the sites were level and spacious just off the interstate if you ride motorcycle is is a good place to stay a small downtown with a few restaurants or if you feel like checking out surrounding areas your not to far
