Lovely place with clean bathrooms. The grounds were immaculate. Pull thru sites were easily accessed.

In September this was a nice quiet clean camp. Green spaces well maintained and bathroom/showers were very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Owners were wonderful people and very helpful. We needed a repair shop for a bolt picked up in one of our camper tires and the owners son made sure we knew where to go. Everyone was superb. We would highly recommend this KOA. Very neat and clean campground.

Very nice campground and owners. Just the right distance off I-90 that you don't hear the road noise and don't have to drive too far to get to it.

Great overnight stop. Laundry was very clean. No interstate noise and very quiet. Gracious hosts!

We only stayed one night but found this koa refreshing. Owners were super friendly and helped us jump our toad. Very clean and road noise was not an issue. We would stay there again.

It is a nice place to stay while passing thru SD on Route 90. Very easy in and out. Very level sites and clean shower house/bathrooms.

easy off the highway for a quick night or two stay on your way elsewhere. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Although close to the highway, we didn't have as much highway noise as other parks. Pool was closed. I didn't use the restrooms, but my husband said they were nice and clean

The campground was virtually empty yet we were placed right next to another camper. Our fire pit was 3 feet from both our and their camper and less that 2 feet from the septic. The facility is in desperate need of a facelift. Ok for a place to stop and sleep but that’s about it.

Park was clean and well maintained. However we have a handicap issue and were charged $10 for checking out after 10:30 After calling the following day the manager reversed the charge.

Wonderful location! It was just what we needed for an overnight. We appreciated the telephone call confirmation. We wondered why the customary KOA checkout is 11:00 but this one is 10:30. The staff attitude when asking for a bit more time was anything but “good customer service”.

Very simple and basic also very quiet and peaceful . Very level did not have to adjust. Very rural setting in town. Next am flock of 30 turkeys from nearby creek and woods invaded campground. Very entertaining. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful campground. Our spot was spacious with a tree that provided shade. We came in during off hours and the info for our stay was easy to find and follow to our site. We didn't go into the store, but it looked like it had everything you might need. Laundry was nice. The only drawback was RVs with political flags. Nobody wants to see that when they are vacationing. Leave it at home!

The Worse KOA ever!!!! They are so outdated. No customer service! Grounds are terrible. Checking in asking if there anything to do around the area. Answer No! We have stayed at several KOA’s across the country. Very disappointed at this one. We will travel to farther to not have to stay there! Empty store selves. Do not waste your time going there!

Under new ownership. We were only passing through and stayed one night. The lots were all very level, the location was quiet and the bathrooms/showers were the cleanest I've ever seen with HOT water. Some stuff was being upgraded but it didn't affect our stay. Front desk people were very kind.

We are on our way from Petoskey, MI to Mt Rushmore et al. Looking for a place to land before shooting into Hill City in the morning. What a great surprise! They are under new ownership and these guys have really cleaned the place up. They are investing in the place. Sites that are actually big rig friendly and the place is clean. Pool under construction. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We have more trip planned for the West. Kennebec KOA is part of all future itineraries.
