Easy on/off highway with level shaded spots. Ch et chin was quick and staff was very pleasant. Did not use any of the facilities but overall campground was crab and well maintained.

Teri and Tony were extremely accommodating and fit us in last minute on the fourth of July! Very friendly hosts and a nice flat site, perfect for the evening!

Very comfortable site. Staff were very helpful and wanted too ensure my stay was pleasant. The individual sites are spacious and the washroom/shower facilities are clean and well maintained

It was just an overnight. The sites are large, easy to get into and very clean. The owners are very nice and friendly. I would recommend this campsite. Needs a little TLC, especially the pool area but it was nice to cool off in.

The shop hours are very minimal, 8-10am and 4-8pm, so we never spoke to a host or site staff. Our spot was decent, but very buggy. The bathrooms were outdated, but clean. There was no family or handicap accessible bathroom, which made it challenging for our family with young kids.

The campground is very nice stay for a family! The playground is awesome with a basketball court. The pool could use a little 'regular's maintenance but it was still very nice. It was loaded with debris that I skimmed out before letting my boys jump in!

Ez in Ez out. Level lots. Most lots have outdoor firepit/grills except the one we were on. Sad. All else good. Pool was open. Nice

The internet sucked, I work on the road and the internet is a must. People up all night and early morning talking and laughing. Found this place over priced compared to other KOA locations.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. Just the right amount of shade at our campsite and the amenities such as restrooms and laundry were nice and clean.

Owners could not have been nicer. Pool was clean (primary reason for choosing). Showers were excellent! Quiet. Sites were flat and easy to get in & out. Nice “stop over” place.

The couple working in the office are sweet as can be, and very kind. The bathrooms/showers are extremely clean. The pool could use some cleaning and chairs around it but it’s definitely useable. The campground itself is more “parking lot” camping area. The grills provided are pretty much unusable and more just in the way. That being said, it’s a good stopping point to get out west.

As usual we start our camping season at Kennebec . One to shake down the trailer but more importantly it is a well kept campground, a super helpful and friendly staff. If traveling thru make it a go to stop !! Thanks for the hospitality !! See you next year.

Beautiful grounds and very clean. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The only thing was the site we had was off level, side to side, had to use two orange levelers under curb side tires to level, quite a bit off. I was in the driveway business and camper pad parking business for 26 years, so I know all about level.

Good place for a stopover if you're heading east or west. Spacious sites, nice dog park and pool. 10:30 checkout time seemed early after coming from Mountain time zone. We've stayed here before and would stay again. Didn't use laundry or showers.

This was a great quaint KOA location. Terry and Tony were awesome. We had a slight problem with the power hook up and Tony came out right away to assist us. He identified the problem and got it working right away. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The showers had raised floor mats.

Under new ownership. We were only passing through and stayed one night. The lots were all very level, the location was quiet and the bathrooms/showers were the cleanest I've ever seen with HOT water. Some stuff was being upgraded but it didn't affect our stay. Front desk people were very kind.

We are on our way from Petoskey, MI to Mt Rushmore et al. Looking for a place to land before shooting into Hill City in the morning. What a great surprise! They are under new ownership and these guys have really cleaned the place up. They are investing in the place. Sites that are actually big rig friendly and the place is clean. Pool under construction. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We have more trip planned for the West. Kennebec KOA is part of all future itineraries.
