The staff was very friendly and helpful Our site was great had shade trees and easy in and out I just wish the pool would have been open. But I understand it was being renovated, and the need to do the repairs. It will be really great when the pool is open.

New owners are doing great things … came thru in some crazy heat and they moved me to a spot with more shade… the showers /bathroom clean and great ..the new shower handles are removable!! I luv this … very rare at campgrounds and makes asking camping feet sooooo awesome… campground offers awesome areas walking ur pup …will definitely return on the return to east coast trip!

Very clean. Pool is under construction but it will be a great overnight stop with kids once it is done. Owners are super friendly.

You can tell the new owners are making a very concerted effort to make this an EXCELLENT location. It’s well on the way. And, they were so friendly and helpful to us as campers. These folks deserve major kudos and all the support and encouragement the KOA system can provide.

A great place to stay. The folks that operate this a simply first rate. They did everything possible to help us when we had a mechanical issue and had to extend our stay. Top rating isn’t really enough. Great experience

New owners are very nice. Have had the place since March. Working on the pool. I see lots of progress and good things happening. Would love to visit once it's all done. Only issue was ALL the biting flies when trying to walk our dog. They even attacked our dog.

Very nice campground. The new owners are working very hard to make it an ideal overnight stop. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Everyone we met was very friendly. We wish them much success with all their renovations and upgrades.

Read it as a three, but I have the sense that the new owners are trying very hard to bring it up to snuff. Staff at the counter was very good and we were escorted to our site and made sure we understood everything about it.

Beautiful campground staff was friendly sites are beautiful level lots of grass and shade. The dog park was very clean.

Overnighted. Nice clean laundry room and bathrooms. Pool is being remodeled and will be very nice to have when done. Wi-Fi is not too strong.

The people are very nice. Unfortunately they just bought the place and are doing work to it therefore no pool which is understandable. There are no trash cans anywhere but they will pick up your trash in the morning. We don’t rise that early therefore we missed trash pick up. The place is a journey with holiday pricing. It was high priced but we enjoyed our one night stay.

Attentive staff, plenty of shade and level sites, easy access to campsite. Laundry room(bring your quarters or get from office during office hours) and shower/restrooms very clean.

For a one night stop over it was great! Clean, quiet, and friendly. Be warned there are a lot of mosquitos though.

Very nice and clean camp ground. The shower curtain was 9 inches above the raised floor and shower head faced the door so the water went into the changing area to soak the floor.

The owners and family of this property are just amazing!! I was on a cross country solo road trip when my car broke town, and they offered me a safe haven at their campground while my car was in the shop. The property and facilities were so clean and they really made me feel at home when I was so far from it. A great, quiet, and clean campground. I really can't thank them enough for the help and solace they provided me during my time there. Highly recommend!!

The new owners are making this a really nice KOA Journey. Campground was close to the interstate but very quiet, super clean and well maintained, not dusty and big rig friendly.
