Very disappointed. Pool area looks horrible and Full Of Weeds. Patio site Full Of Weeds and dead grass. Overall the whole Campground needed attention. Grass and weeds everywhere. Complain to office staff for someone to call never heard back from anyone. Before arriving called office several times and never got a response back.

There were some delayed maintenance issues. My cable cord had been cut by a mower. My water spout was missing a screw to operate properly (yep, could operate if turned a certain way, but . . . ). The electric box had screws missing from the cover holding it on. The staff, however, was exceptional.

The staff were all so nice and friendly. The campground is well taken care of. Do need some work on the pool but other than that the place was perfect

It seems lately I am consistently disappointed in KOA parks. Most are old and have not been updated at all. They are a small footprint not designed for todays RVs. In addition to maintenance, whether it be site parking(gravel, level, picnic tables, etc), mowing(especially dog park) all is lacking. The pricing has been significantly increased but revenue is not going back into the park. No value!

This was an exceptional park, and I would’ve rated it higher except for two things first, the laundry room was so dirty floors sink everything it was hard to do wash in there and number two the store itself was empty of many things

Only 2 toilets to sit on. 1 was filled with TP. EXTREME mold on the shower curtain. I asked about the deluxe Cabins and the gal behind the desk said they were all taken yet the next morning, not 1 vehicle was in front of any of them. All 4 guests were no shows? Doubt it. Just lazy employee...1 restroom for about 10 cabins...totally unsatisfactory. And I never, ever give a bad review...

KOA is fine and the people are helpful and nice … but the road noise from the interstate (which is not their fault) is too much. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. Some sites have nice shade.

Check-in was difficult. The only clerk was very personable, but trying to juggle two phone calls and check us in at the same time. Maybe more staff during check-in time would be good. Site was very short for the size of our rig, but we squeezed in and didn't have to unhook. Other longer sites at same price were occupied by smaller rigs. Site was fairly level and mostly clean.

The cable TV did not work and when we inquired about they said they would send there Manger to our site to fix it. He never showed up and we were there foe 3 days

Dog park/exercise area was small and our dogs didn't want to walk in it ( they inferred it was icky). To be frank - although it was nice, the park was a bit big and busy for us. We probably wouldn't stay at this location again. May be more suitable for larger families with children. Jump pad was cool - we're too old to use it safely though.

No TP anywhere in restrooms -- twice in 20 hours. BIG mean-sounding dogs on tiny leashes much longer than 6 feet (no oversight of this rule).

The other comments are right o. The staff is super friendly and helpful but the whole KOA is a bit rough around the edges. They should pay more attention to details like weed whack around the pool and bounce pad. Just using a blower to clear the pool deck would help spruce things up. The sluice was kind of gross but my grandkids enjoyed panning for their treasures despite the sluice disrepair.

as tent campers this was pretty lousy. it would have been more pleasant if we had popped the tent at a walmart parking lot. the facilities were dirty beyond hope, too. we were so eager because it had solar power, but it was just really disappointing.

Campground is nice. Easy to park, level spots. The area is not kept up well. There is much landscaping to be done. It looks like it hasn’t been done in over a year!

Swimming and mini-golf fun as usual. couldn't locate horse shoes per location on map we tried. cabin had no trash sacks or paper towels but we brought our own thank goodness. restroom seemed closed/ out of order whole time but was never worked on so the 1 near it was too busy. main rec hall had some guy living in it so not comfortable hanging out playing puzzles like our last 10 trips there.

We were having trouble with the tv cable on our site. They offered to move us or refund 50% of our camping fee. Later in our stay we needed an extra day added to our stay for an RV repair. They let us stay for no additional fee. We will be back because they showed that they cared about us as customers. Thank you!

Bathrooms were disgusting. I refused to take a shower with the drain clogged with hair. The hook ups for our rig were at the front of the site. We had to go buy an extension cord and longer hose to plug in and then dump as we were pulling out.

Dog poop beside our picnic table when we arrived, reported to man that took us to campsite and office lady that checked us in. Both were very accommodating and polite and got it cleaned up promptly. Site went downhill and had to use stabilizer plates. Lot of Highway noise but staff took care of business.

The two girls at the front desk who greeted us when we arrived were very sweet and friendly. The kids loved the genuine fossil and gem bags. Our site was pretty terrible. The picnic bench was wrotted and had splintery broken wood all over and a hole in the center! We had good power and water, terrible internet. Paid WAY too much to stay in such a bad, run down spot so close to the highway.

No after hours instructions but luckily arrived just as someone was locking the office. Could not access our original cabin- lock not working. They "upgraded" us to a different cabin. This cabin provided sheets. The main bed frame need repairs. Two of us tripped over frame by entrancend one of us got a shin wacked on metal meant to hod mattress. Shower awful fluctuation freezing to scalding

Stayed in the Covered Wagon and loved it. Only drawback was being so close to the main entrance (got noisy with all the incoming traffic later in the day).

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
