Too much noise from interstate highway ramps, trains, helicopters, ambulances, atv's in park. The Shower bathroom by the pool has dirt embedded in the floor tile. Loud mowing, blowing and grounds keeping on multiple days. Camp fires were blazing during high wind gusts.

This was supposed to be a Holiday level park. We disagree; they are working on it and I can see it being a Holiday level park in the future. Majority of the sites are gravel, concrete sidewalks are busted up, etc. They are working on it and it will be Holiday level soon (I'm sure) but it's not there yet. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Staff and registration is great. Keep working on it!

This was our first use of a KOA Campgrounds staying in an Rv Motorcoach - we weren't sure what to expect for facilities or the people in this location - we were really blown away with how things were set up for our use - all connections were easily to connect to - the site was level, nice picnic table etc. - we were hoping that this was an example of how all the KOA sites would be....

Campground was unkempt and long-term residents interspersed throughout passers-through. Long-term residents make it look more messy and it to would be more amenable for them to be in an area of their own for privacy and community. Sites were small and close, detracting from the natural beauty of the area. People were friendly, but the campground needed some care throughout.

Everything worked and the staff were pleasant. The campground was clean. It is next to an interstate highway and probably the loudest campground I have ever stayed at so will not return.

This campground could use a little TLC. Our site was narrow - it had rained and we had to walk through a puddle in the grass to get into our 5th wheel. Also, there was a wasp's nest in the electrical box. The site was not level. I would look for other accommodations the next time we travel this way.

I have been staying at KOAs for 4 decades. This is one of the best I've ever stayed at. Shelby is all about customer service. Cleaning staff is wonderful. Every staff member bent over back to be accommodating & friendly. Can't praise this KOA enough. Thanks Shelby & all of the staff.

The stay was decent. Getting there was the problem as there were signs on the interstate highway for the exit and which way to turn. However, once off the highway there was no sign for which street to turn onto. We ended up going a couple of miles to get turned around. It was also a little pricey for just an overnight stay even tho the amenities were not open yet.

There are several full time campers scattered throughout. We like KOA because they tend to exclusively have people that are travelling and not staying full time. It gave the feeling that we were spending $100 a night to stay in a trailer park. We paid for a patio site. The furniture was metal and on the verge of rusting, there was a rickety bench, and a grill that needed to be cleaned.

The park is very loud. They DO NOT escort to the campsite. The result? A massively damaged truck. Hit by an unsecured 37 ft fifth wheel attempting to turn a very tight corner in A very congested campground WITHOUT AN ESCORT! The damage on my truck would not have happened if the giant RV across tye road had an escort. I don't appreciate my emails about it being ignored either. A+ for TV reception.

We are sorry for your experience. We did however offer the guest an escort and it was refused by the guest. We cannot force anyone to use that service, and we cannot predict how guests drive and operate their vehicles. We have also responded to your email regarding this situation

Two night stay, very friendly staff, our site was fairly level and long enough to leave our tow dolly attach and park our car. Power post & sewer dump are spaced apart enough to be reached with standard power cable & 20' sewer hose. Clean facilities with plenty of hot water.

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.
