Every one and everything was soo great I can't wait to go back and visit them while I'm there they all work so hard to keep that place looking so perfect my hat is off to them all .the manager and his wife are very good at there job to. Campground is tired and is not up to the standards of other KOA's. Communication is weak and is over priced compared to other KOA's. We provided feed back to the onsite management.

Upon arrival, we did not understand where to get our registration papers since the office was closed when we arrived at 6:10 pm. We were placed in spot 24, which was the right size for our little camper. Our campfire ring was almost next to the neighnbors vehicle so we were a little nervous about starting a fire.

Very nice owners went out of their way for my Grandson. We were on our first “camping trip”. Very clean all around!! Safe area for children to play�Thanks!!

We used this campground as a journey, not vacation. It was kept very clean, the staff was very friendly and it's located close to the interstate. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a quick overnight for us, but the Staff we encountered was GREAT. The facilities were clean. The dumpster was a bit of a hike, but we needed the exercise. We would stay there again.

Very nice stay. Convenient to the highway. Wonderful facilities. Well-stocked gift shop and clean laundry room. Will stay again when in that area. As a single female Traveler I felt safe there.

Thought the location to I70 was convenient. Our site, however, was noisy due to the freeway and the the 2 truck stops nearby. The staff was very friendly and did not charge for guests as other KOAs tend to do. Appreciate the "follow me in the golf cart to the site" process..

We needed to speak to someone prior to our arrival and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. The vm it went to was full. We did like the camp ground. It was clean. We needed wood but didn't arrive until after the office closed, so we missed out on having a fire. It would be nice if there were trash cans at the sites, or at least one or two in each area. We'll come back again though

The Oak Grove KOA was beautifully cared for and conveniently located with close highway access. This our first time visiting this particular location and we were very pleased. The layout of the grounds and amenities were great, allowing us to quickly set up and relax. We love KOA’s and put them top of our list when going to our next campgrounds. Even with new locations, it’s always familiar!

Came in late and was having trouble finding our spot when a KOA employee named Marcela came out of her camper and helped us for a good 20 minutes on her time to see us in. Was a very friendly place and laundry was clean and useable. Would stay there again. Really neat couple running this one!

The campground is too close to the interstate. The sound of semi's is loud and irritating. Good luck sleeping. The host were very nice.

��������������� I’ve stayed a lot of KOA’s over the last few years, but this was the WORST for highway noise!! Also water pressure was lower. Very overpriced for what you get here! Half of the spaces were taken up by full-time residents ��������� Would not stay here again or recommend!

I like this KOA because the employees are pleasant and helpful. The pull thru sites are level with a pad or easily leveled with less than 2 inch correction required. This KOA happens to be a good distance for me to stop at while traveling to various locations in the west. I have stayed at this KOA four different times and each visit has been very acceptable.

At the site we immediately noticed the dog(s) in the camper next door barked continuously any time we moved around our site. I complained to the clerk, she said she would pass it on, no help. Later we went to grill out on our patio site. The bottle was unhooked, didn't matter because the bottle was empty. Coupled with the dead trees lining the site, all I can see was a whole lot of not caring.

Honestly, you can tell this campground is under new ownership. We were assigned a site that was already taken, so that was a problem. The inflatable bounce jump was not up on Friday or Saturday. There were literally no family activates or any activities at all. I was happy to find the mini golf, but that was in not in good shape either. It is sad, because last year we loved this KOA.

The office was closed very early on a Saturday, not site number listed on the reservation email. Loud and way too many lights on. Seemed like the only campers that mattered were the permanent ones.

given site that was occupied. Ask very specifically for a site to allow southern sky exposure had trees over us completely. The water pressure was non existent. Staff was excellent but that is it.

We were in Premium pull-thru. Patio was nice and site was large enough for our 40' MH plus tow vehicle. Easy access to interstate. No one checked sites after folks left as previous occupants obviously had a dog and there were several piles of dog poop on our site! Also need to spray weed killer for the multiple stickery weeds growing at site.

We have enjoyed your campgrounds many times over the last 30 years. It still is one of stops going west. I do want to mention that we took showers and we both had a slip sliding time. The showers need better nonskid. Safety issues

No space heater in either room we stayed in with lows in the 40s. Exact same cabin as one another for the same price yet a tv in one and not the other. Second cabin we stayed in was leaning so bad to the side the bunks were crooked and leaning to the side as well which caused the door to not shut easily. Stay here often but this was the most disappointing stay I've had here.

Office closed at 5PM with no directions or instructions for where registration packages were located despite online electronic registration and check in. Check out before office opened next day created my confusion be KOA staff.

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
