Our second and last visit. No one paid any attention to our profile. Our rig was not suited to the site assigned. This was the second time that happened.

Staff was not helpful. Thesite was yards near I-70. There was dog fecesright at our site. Very disappointed

stayed for two nights. Our dog enjoyed the dog park. Very nice KOA. Large sites. Kept very clean. Like the fact that you send out text messages.

Good location to visit and explore East KC. Easy to find location and easy to get on and off I-70. Clean and nice level sites. Highway noise is a bit much but not a deal breaker.

There was a leak of some kind in the campground that terminated in our pull-through site. If we had not had 4-wheel drive, we would have gotten stuck trying to pull into the site. Then we had to pull our trailer so far forward to avoid the mud and water that a normal sewer hose wouldn't reach the sewer connection. The bathrooms need some love - paint! Not impressed overall.

Very convenient location for traveling along I 70. We did not make the call for the cable TV that is included. We just used the antenna. Not sure why the cable doesn't work when you connect to it without having to make a call. The staff was very friendly and the campground was clean and well kept.

A lot of potential probably beautiful in summer. Our site was sketchy. Felt like was in a trailer park meth facility.

Put us in wrong spot despite telling them correct length of trlr. Man leading us in vanished & left us to deal with it. Unable to sleep due to Interstate literally being right above us. Too noisy. Could see Walmart lights in window all night. Horrible experience. Perhaps ok for city people with kids...but not country people.

Bathrooms and laundry room were filthy, We had to ask for a second site the first was un level and small. People would walk right through our site #11 The rec hall was closed and roof was in total disrepair. There was no maintenance or upkeep. There was junk on some of the vacant lots: disgarded bbq grills/ air conditioners and lawn furniture.

Please take as constructive feedback.thought it was just our lot but as I walked around it applies to majority of the lots, they are NOT level and nowhere near level. Had to use 4 levelers under each wheel on the passenger side & still was not level. Since this has been the most expensive KOA or any cmpgrd we encountered this year my expectations were similarly higher. Restrooms not usual clean

We absolutely loved this KOA, especially the cabin. The hosts were very professional and answered all our questions. It was a little spendy (about $30 more than previous cabins), but we treated ourselves on our last night of our 5000 mile trip. Many amenities that we didn't use, but nice to know they were available!!

Wasn’t there long, got in after hours. Little tough finding the site in the dark had good assistance from a man in the laundry room. Met Jim the next day when leaving he is awesome. Thanks Andy.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I did not enjoy this koa. The owner/operators were quite pleasant, warm, sincere, etc... the problem was with the upkeep. My assigned space was full of trash, specifically cigarette butter everywhere, including plastic bottles filled with even more cigarette butts, old hand tools left behind (screwdrivers, an oil filter wrench, old garden hoses, etc

They are the friendliest KOA I've ever stayed at. I had to make a change to my reservation and they were very accommodating.

Second time staying here. Clean, friendly staff and easy in and out from I-70. Fuel and restaurant near by.

One night stay. Easy access off highway. Highway noise at night to be expected. Site was gravel and could use some leveling but not too bad. Bathrooms clean. Would most certainly stay again.

I was under the opinion that KOA's with the Holiday designation were a bit more upscale than those with the Journey designation. This KOA's sites were virtually bare of grass, old picnic tables, and narrow streets. Needs some work if you ask me.

Resort staff were super!! All facilities were clean and well maintained, not a lot going on in Oak Grove, but a great stop out of the hustle/bustle of KC. Want to try one of the cabins next time!!

Very nice campground, Friendly staff. Both Jim & Blake very friendly and helpful to us. Thank you for making our stay very nice. Would like to see a KOA sign on F for the turn going east to the campground.

Our pull thru site was too small to fit our camper and truck. It was narrow and really uneven. It took two 2x8” boards to level the camper. In all our KOA stays, we’ve only had one other site that was this bad.

I was in space 18. It had so many gum tree balls all over. That made it uncomfortable for my small dog and I to really enjoy the spot. It would have been nice if the spot had been raked clear before I got there so there wouldn’t have been a sold carpet of the spiky things.

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
