We had a fabulous site and the chicken wings were delivered right to our site and they were so delicious! Campgrounds were very neat and clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Management was so nice accommodate my unexpected and late arrival . I was getting frantic with no place to stay after being on road. 12 hrs. I was very appreciative..

Very clean and well maintained campground. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All hookups worked as l designed and were located centrally to RV foe easy hookup. Site was level and long enough to accommodate or 38 foot fifth wheel and tow vehicle.

We were traveling through the area and our truck broke down. We were only supposed to stay two nights and leave before the busy weekend. The manager had the staff move our camper to a spot so we could get our truck taken care of. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

We always love coming back to jonestown. The sites are nice, always a great staff. We came in after dark and after hours and the gentleman still took the time to take us to our site..

Great campground but no wi-fi for streaming was disappointing. Cable was not good either. The campground is great .

Love this campground. Close to Hershey. An hour from Lancaster. Lots to do. Looooove the bounce pad and the spray ground in the summer. The view is beautiful. The swingset could use some refurbishing but it’s usable. Staff is sooo friendly and the camp store is well maintained . The Hershey ice cream shop there is amazing .

We have been camping at Jonestown KOA even before it was a KOA. It has steadily made improvements. For smaller rigs get a site on the stream. Our last trip we drove all day and a cart lead us to our site. While we were setting up my wife ordered dinner from the deli. It tasted great and we didn’t have to cook. Delivered right to our site. I would give it a 5 but the sites are close together.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially when pulling in after dark like we did. They helped us back into the stall and make sure all set up.

Friendly staff, clean grounds. Quiet campground. We travel through there twice a year and spend a night on the road there. Snack bar delivery to the campsite is a real bonus! No cooking, no mess, great food!

Visited while traveling north from Florida to Connecticut. The campground was close to the highway and easy to find. Our site was easy to enter and beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the campsite food delivery service which was much appreciated after such a long drive. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning when we have more time.

Delightful place: nice environment having ice cream and food service on the premises a big plus! Friendly and helpful staff making reservations and checking us in! Loved our site 40: 30 amp + water alongside the creek. Dump station, showers and laundry available. One of the nicest KOAs we have stayed in. We were here for 1 night.

We enjoyed our stay. The highway noise was a bit much at times, but I guess that can be expected at a Journey KOA (we weren't familiar with the differences before this trip). Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the walking trails nearby.

Super convenient and love the sandwiches and food service here. The people are helpful and want you to stay here. I’d recommend a touch-up of the drive with some fresh crushed stone and re-think the WiFi. Current WiFi is unacceptable. Recommend either improving the speed or taking it off the list of services.

The staff was exceptional. The gentleman who checked me in, filled my propane tank & guided me to my site. He even came by later to check and make sure I was all set. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful too.

Nice place right off i81. Gets busy with snowbird traffic apparently. Very dog friendly. The staff has been awesome. Really tempted to try the Deli for dinner or breakfast. They'll even deliver to your site. If anything is negative, some of the sites are on the small side. Backing our 38ft RV into one was interesting. But we did book day of, and got the last site available.

Stayed for 5 days during the Halloween weekends. Nice campground, clean and well kept! There is some noise from the road but it didn't bother us! They have food on site that they can bring to your campsite and the food was fantastic! A lot of people come and go since it's close to the highway but it somehow was always quiet! Our daughter enjoyed the playground and jumping pad. My ONLY complaint is that the trick or treating started at 3 and you can't check in til 2 so we were rushing to set our camper up and get the Halloween stuff set up. All the staff was super friendly! Also a really nice dog run!We definitely plan to return and get a site along the creek!

Sites are good size, connections are easily reached. Very quite and convenient to I81 and I78, Loves fuel just down the street. Have stayed here several times, never disappointed.
