The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is super clean. The laundry room is clean and very reasonably priced. The campground is easy to get to as it’s right off Rte 81. I would stay again if I was in this area.

Good location for travel on 81 with easy on/off. Great staff and ice cream to end the days journey!

Love love loved our creekside site! A gorgeous place to sip morning coffee on a cool morning. The staff was very welcoming, showed us to our site, and made us a yummy dinner at the on site restaurant. We recco the Reuben! Thank you for a great, though short, stay!

Loud. Not a quiet campground. Dont go expecting peace and quiet.

Easy on and off highway. Laundromat was helpful and pull thru sites are nice with Full hook-up and 50amp.

The woman taking our registration was rather rude and unfriendly, $105 is a ridiculous price for an one-night stay in early October. If we had known it was that expensive we would have gone elsewhere. Never again.

The lighting in the dog park could have been better. If you want folks to pick up after their dogs, more lighting is needed. Not everyone comes prepared with a flash light. Men’s showers were difficult to control the temperature. Signage to find the dog park and showers is needed. The handout said the showers were in the laundry building. They are not!

Jonestown is a wonderful campground. The sites are level, the staff friendly and the dog park is large and well cared for.

We booked a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. It was perfect for all the things we wanted to do! We had an awesome site along the creek. We got to bike ride (nice we could go on the Swatara Rail Trail right from the campground), he went fishing and we relaxed by the fire. We will definitely be back!

One night in a truck bed tent, creekside, a pretty site. Bathhouse was clean and accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Jonestown/Hershey KOA is a great stop point returning from NH, VT or ME. The location is convenient, staff very helpful and the pull thru sites are very level to stay hooked up. There is a wonderful on site store with a grill and Hershey's ice cream to make your stop even more convenient. A very large grassy dog lot. Wifi worked very good but limited to not streaming videos.

We were backed up right on a very busy road for over $90 a night. seemed pricey

Stayed with Niece and Nephew in adjoining sites. We will continue to come here as we have for about 30 years!

Great campground in an amazing area with easy access to some fun rail trails. The staff is great to work with. There was an electrical issue with the site we picked and the staff worked with us to move us just one site over, so we kept our view of the creek that runs through the property.

What a delightful facility! So clean and well manicured, a ton of activities for the children and beautfiul grounds including the beautiful river. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Very easy on and off access to the major highway and a safe community. Excellent!

Quite frankly this KOA is not up to par. Online it said the site had full services....water, electricity and sewer. There was no sewer. I did not argue with them because we were just spending the night. I would not recommend this KOA!!

We just purchased our first travel trailer and had a wonderful experience. We had lots of help with a smile from the staff on our shakedown cruise. The campground was clean and well run. The takeout restaurant was very reasonable, delicious and provided seating outside with sunshades and offered all three meals. Plenty of hot water in the showers. We will return.

Usually just an overnight stop for us. Easy on/off Route 81. Fuel stop at exit is a plus. KOA is well kept. Sites seem to be able to accommodate any size recreational vehicle. Bath houses are clean with nice showers. Take out menu looks tempting. After multiple stays I can honestly say that our experience has always been positive. Staff always friendly and accommodating.

This is a beautiful KOA! They have an awesome little cafe and ice cream!!! I love that it’s close to I 81! Super clean restrooms!!!

Nice place right off i81. Gets busy with snowbird traffic apparently. Very dog friendly. The staff has been awesome. Really tempted to try the Deli for dinner or breakfast. They'll even deliver to your site. If anything is negative, some of the sites are on the small side. Backing our 38ft RV into one was interesting. But we did book day of, and got the last site available.

Stayed for 5 days during the Halloween weekends. Nice campground, clean and well kept! There is some noise from the road but it didn't bother us! They have food on site that they can bring to your campsite and the food was fantastic! A lot of people come and go since it's close to the highway but it somehow was always quiet! Our daughter enjoyed the playground and jumping pad. My ONLY complaint is that the trick or treating started at 3 and you can't check in til 2 so we were rushing to set our camper up and get the Halloween stuff set up. All the staff was super friendly! Also a really nice dog run!We definitely plan to return and get a site along the creek!

Sites are good size, connections are easily reached. Very quite and convenient to I81 and I78, Loves fuel just down the street. Have stayed here several times, never disappointed.
