At arrival a bunch of kids were at our site burning plastic in the grill, had to smell it while setting up our tent. Very long walk to the bathrooms. We were only here to sleep (attending a concert in Hershey Park) but a big loud family camped across from us kept us up til 3 in the morning . Traffic noise was also an issue. This was our first and last KOA experience.

This is the first we have heard of any issues, we have an after hours number and are present at all times if you have any issues. We are sorry for your frustrations, but please make someone aware while you are on property so we may make your stay a great one

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities and campground. Nice level sites. Restaurant on site and delivers to the site.

The facility is clean, personnel are very nice and professional. They keep the noise level down and good activities for kids & themed weekends. Some of the sites that back up to the road have traffic noise, but overall quiet & minimal noise. Store has good selection of essentials, good coffee, and great ice cream. We didn’t buy anything from the kitchen, but menu has a great selection of food.

153 nights - that’s how many overnights we’ve spent at this and dozens of other KOA’s across 42 states. This KOA is simply the best of all of them. (Sorry Point South, you’re now in second place.) Large FLAT campsites, BLD restaurant AND an ice cream parlor, connection to a great hiking trail, friendly owners and staff, I could go on and on. This “Journey” beats every Holiday or Reso

We reserved a certain spot a month before our trip. The person we talked to on the phone assured us it was reserved. Did not get that spot, they gave it to someone else.

We understand your frustration , but we do not give out site numbers, you can select your site and lock it in, but that needs to be done during reservation.

This is such a beautiful, well-managed, and well-maintained site. The entire staff are very professional and provided excellent customer service. Our camp site host, John, was completely amazing! From check-in to ensuring that everything was ok at our campsite, he did such a superb job of taking care of us. This is by far one of the best KOA campgrounds we have stayed at!

Great staff, friendly helpful and accommodating. We had a nice although short stay but we would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

We had a beautiful stay. The campground was clean and the staff was friendly. My family enjoyed that we also felt safe enough that our kids could ride their bikes around the loops.

We made a last minute reservation with heat in upper 90s & dry camping nearby not feasible. It was a pleasant surprise. Spaces were shaded & no need to unhook for quick am departure. A rail trail was adjacent for walking our dog with a lovely fenced dog area also. Staff were very friendly & we were happy to be able to grab ice cream in the evening & hot breakfast before pulling out.

Clean, pretty quiet. Friendly staff. My only real complaint was my inability to get good Internet access. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Entire staff was very friendly. However, having no pool and being located right next to interstate highway and side roads puts it on the list of campgrounds I don’t need to visit again. Sound walls would help.

Checking in was fine, however check out was unlike any other KOA we’ve stayed at - 15 mins before check out we had a Maintence guy banging on our door rudely telling us that there was someone waiting for our space. We said “we’re working on it” which was very obvious. Won’t stay there again

As a person who works for multiple KOA’s I was a bit disappointed by the staffs lack of friendliness. Multiple employees in office and not one greeted us. My kids went to the office and arcade as well and not one staff said anything to them either. Location was nice overall perhaps staff was just having a bad day.

Beautiful facilities, they have everything you need. The staff is great and the facilities are top notch! Easy access, they have the supplies you need. I will be back and I will stay longer. Such a beautiful area!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Ice cream at the office/store was good. The campground and facilities were well maintained. Our site was level and all hookups worked, plenty long enough for our trailer and truck. Could have used a pool on those 90 degree days though. We’d definitely stay there again.

John was very accomodating changed our spot so we didnt have to leave our motorcycle trailer out front. It is a very nice clean campground we will be back and for a longer stay!!

The reason for this rating is for the poor quality of cable and WiFi…when we’re traveling, we depend heavily upon them. Other than that we don’t have any issues with the campground but again a KOA should have adequate WiFi and or cable

Great staff they saved us when we had propane issues and recommended a mobile RV tech who came out and replaced a leaking valve. We were able to proceed on our trip instead of goj going back home.

The Staff were all more than friendly and helpful! Bathrooms were clean and cool! Also loved their onsite menu! AND site delivery! Hamburger was delicious! Also loved the Appalachian Trail so close, the creek that runs by and seeing the mountains in the distance in the morning! Really nice stay!

Our stay was great! The owner and staff were welcoming and accommodating. Great food offerings at the camp store that were very reasonably priced! We enjoyed pizza and breakfast sandwiches. The campground was well maintained and the sites were spacious. We will definitely be back!
