Appreciate convenience off of Rt. 81, but that’s about it! Sites are often wet and always gritty. With grandgirl on board, upgraded to pull thru deluxe patio site (of which there appear to be only 3 on property). Disappointed in general plus annoyingly difficult to get out with big rig — thanks to random parking patterns (unattended). Each time we visit, property is more run down…

Awesome staff. Went above and beyond when I got in a bind. WiFi wasn’t the greatest but that’s at most sites. Great area to bike and hike. Very close to trails. Would definitely return.

The only reason why we are staying at this campground , it is because of the location near interstate 81 and open in April. The sites are adequate but definitely too expensive.

Overall a better experience than in previous visits. We usually stay at Twin Grove over my daughter's birthday weekend but decided to make it easier on family members to have easy access off the highway. All was great until we were told a charge was required per visitor. Have been staying at Twin Grove for last 8 years and never had to pay for a visitor fee or any issues with having guests at site

Office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Camp ground was clean. Very easy access on and off highway.

We were assigned a “buddy” site and paid the premium rate. We were thoroughly disappointed with the site. It was in the centre of all park traffic and once 2 RVs were in the site we were in very close quarters. So much so that we could easily look into each others living areas. We also were told we wouldn’t have to unhook our tow and then when we got in our site were told to unhook.

Staff was great, RV site was well maintained, and location with trails and a creek along the campground. General store was well stocked.

While it is easy access from I-81 and the sites are well laid out, certain minor details could be checked onto. When we arrived, we were given the welcome paperwork and escorted to our site which was great. The grass on our site 84 was 8" high in spots and there was rubber gloves and trash in the fire ring. The deli is great and fast delivery. Still a bit of highway noise, the shrubs should help.

Jonestown is one of those campgrounds that just feels like home! If you study the positioning of the sites you will find they are angled in such a way as to provide the most the best experience for the camper. And if you’re hungry, definitely try their cafe! It’s a winner and they will deliver to your site. Just what the doctor ordered after a long day on the road! We recommend the taco sal

Not smilling for the guide to the site. Can't stand that at all after hours of driving!

Campground is overpriced. Playgrounds have been updated but the roads and sites are sorely in need of gravel or paving. The bathrooms are clean.

Stop at this KOA twice a year. On this occasion we had a great RV site for ease of entry and exit in the dark…..

The staff are great we have stayed in this campground often. We feel it is need of renovation. We were in the Nashville KOA resort prior to our stay in Jonestown & there is no comparison. Does KOA corporation contribute financially to each campground. Jonestown KOA sells itself as it is opened all yr for snowbird travelling south & returning home but this not not mean they do not need to do upgrad

The road noise is fairly loud and the wifi is not very good but it was a one night stop for us so all in all it was okay

Sites are crappy and very tight. Tree was in the way. And sewer pipe was in the way of tire pulling back. Neighbor must be living there and sute was very messy. Do t wanna look at that. People in the office were very nice.

We enjoyed our brief stay creekside at this KOA, even when there was a snafu in the reservation. Personnel onsite took care of us.. I would highly recommend this park....

It was an overnight stay on the way home. The restrooms were very clean and heated. We pulled in at 5:00 pm and didn't feel like cooking so we ordered from the deli on site and they delivered. Woody showed us to our site and also delivered our dinner. His customer service was above and beyond even on a chilly night. Thank you Woody for your assistance.

I love this campground! The cabins are so cute, and most importantly clean! The staff are always so kind and polite and I pool is awesome! It's beautiful and the kids LOVE IT!
