One of our favorite KOAs to date. Loved having the state park that you could walk to from the campground, very friendly staff and having the pet fencing allowed was essential for us!

Staff very accommodating but will look at other campgrounds now as price to stay is way out of line. Sorry KOA !

It was just "ok", honestly I wouldn't rush back anytime soon. It would be nice to have the option of cement pads, and internet that actually works!

Loved the curbside check-in. Site was very large, room for my motorhome and tow vehicle. The location was convenient to I81 but was very quiet.

Our camp site was very nice and clean. I have to say the bathrooms and showers were very clean and well kept. The workers were very helpful and kind. We would very likely come and stay at this KOA again. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately it rained the entire time I was there. As I am traveling across the country, this location was very convenient to find at the end of a long day of driving. The bathrooms were super clean.

I would recommend this KOA to anyone traveling this route. I might stay longer because of the rail-trail. But the quality of the cable is inferior. I got much better TV over the air. And every RV park needs to be upgrading to streaming WiFi. It there were an additional charge, most would pay it, I'm sure. Also site 86 needs new gravel.

Site was too short for 30ft trailer & TV. Needed more gravel, not level side 2 side & muddy from rain. Food delivery was good & prompt. Bathroom/shower was nice & clean.

Had a great stay. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Restrooms and campground were kept very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was great, they have a restaurant that delivers. The pull through space we had was long enough for my 44ft coach and toad without having to unhook. As always was a little concerned with trees as most KOAs have lots of them and not trimmed for big rigs. Made it through unscathed. Having no phone reception and shoddy WiFi made it a challenge to plan the next leg but we managed.

I paid my membership at their office, but they never put it into the system. Took me 2 campgrounds later before someone finally got it straightened out. No one seemed to know how to input info into the system.

This was our first time staying there and we will definitely be back! We are on the waiting list for a seasonal site, hoping to have our camper there so we can come up and enjoy the campground more often. Staff is great, highly recommend this campground!

We travel back and forth from Florida to Maine. Jonestown/ Hershey KOA is a wonderful stop off. Convenient location. Very clean and nice lots. Great food with the best part being very friendly staff. David & Kim Roberts

Our second time at this campground and we continue to enjoy it. Beautifully kept. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is great as it is only 20 minutes from Hershey and a lot of local establishments. Will definitely stay here again!

Easy to get in and out, sites were level, available food menu (very good), very friendly staff especially the check in process (the man was very helpful and courteous). We have been KOA camper for years and been pleased however we have noticed on this trip an extreme increase in KOA rates some as much as double. Jonestown was an expected moderation in price but fair in these times.

Mike who greeted us at the gate was so nice and made sure to help my son and grandchildren got to there site, later in the evening. What a great job he did and so friendly!

Stopped in on our way to Tennessee. Great location right off the highway. Spacious sites. Friendly staff. Restaurant will deliver to your site. Only draw back is its right next to a highway and it can be loud! When booking ask where your site is if traffic noise is a concern. We will definitely book again when traveling through.

We made reservations at the last minute! They found us a spot. Very clean and well maintained campground. Ate at the on site restaurant! It was delicious. They will also deliver anything you need to your site! Awesome stop!
