Easy access, well maintained sites and grounds, very clean restrooms, sites for large MHs are long and fairly level. We would certainly stay here again. Staff was waiting at check-in booth, led us to our site, very helpful.

Great location right off the highway. Super easy check in, easy to head out early the next day. 3rd time staying here on our road trips to Tennessee from Maine

Jonestown koa has quickly become our favorite campground. Located conveniently near many attractions, restaurants and major highways. We particularly enjoyed our campsite on the Swatara creek watching the ducks and other wildlife.

Very friendly on site team. Deli restaurant that delivers to your site. Nice bathrooms and showers. Pretty location on the creek. Bike trail path and lots of good dog walks. Only downside is the highway and street noise.

Love coming here, this time was for biking the local trails. There is some improvements that can be done . Trees are a big concern, a lot of dead trees need to be removed before they fall on campers. The grounds can be improved, trimming/weeding would make a big difference. Installation of a fence along the roadway. Dogs/kids getting out and making their way to the road.. employees always helpfu

It was nice and quiet. I e got in late and left early so there was not a lot of interaction to be spoken of. Facility was very nice and clean with plenty to do.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this campground was. We have stayed at KOA Journey's before, and some have been less than great. This KOA rivaled a KOA Holiday. Sites were spacious, grounds laid out well, and overall very nice campground. We were worried we would have road noise as fairly close to I-81, but the noise was muted, and not bad at all. Great office with snack bar.

We were in site 53 and the site has a large indentation toward the end of the site in the grass area. This needs to be filled in it is a serious trip hazard.

Loved our stay. One tiny issue for me was water pressure in the shower. The facilities were clean and the staff very nice. Will stay here again.

When we arrived (Sunday May 10, 2026) around 4PM we went into the main office/ camp store. As soon as we go in the store there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes that was obiously coming from behind the counter as I checked in. There was a male person sitting behind the counter and seemed uniterested in us. There was NO explination on how the site was set up. POOR customer service and confusi

We do appreciate your feedback, but we are a smoke free building, but guests do smoke before they enter, as for customer service we strive for the best so we do apologize if there were any issues at check in. We offer an escort to site so please ask if there is any confusion at your assigned site.

We were welcomed by all the staff members we encountered. Loved the free Morhers Day ice cream and PUP cup for my dog. The food at the Deli was fantastic

We had a wonderful weekend at the Jonestown KOA despite the rain. The sites that are parallel to the creek are great. Everyone was friendly and other than the road noise, the campground was quiet. We really liked the ice cream, as well as the food/wood delivery to our site!

This is the second time we have stayed at this KOA. Well kept grounds and buildings. Helpful staff. Easy access on/off the interstate.

We stayed I. Site 32. Was a very nice site. A bit noisy from the bridge but right next to the water which made it worth it. The fire ring was poorly located. Clean showers and restrooms. Very nice employees!! Good food too! We will be back!

Everyone was helpful and very friendly! It was a very pleasant stay! So peaceful. We didn't have a lot of time but the time there was great! Next time I hope to be able to explore the grounds more.

We enjoy our stay here. Creekside sites are lovely. Staff is awesome! Find the location convenient to Hershey, Hollywood Casino and Penn National. Food can be delivered to site and is delicious.

Nice place right off i81. Gets busy with snowbird traffic apparently. Very dog friendly. The staff has been awesome. Really tempted to try the Deli for dinner or breakfast. They'll even deliver to your site. If anything is negative, some of the sites are on the small side. Backing our 38ft RV into one was interesting. But we did book day of, and got the last site available.

Stayed for 5 days during the Halloween weekends. Nice campground, clean and well kept! There is some noise from the road but it didn't bother us! They have food on site that they can bring to your campsite and the food was fantastic! A lot of people come and go since it's close to the highway but it somehow was always quiet! Our daughter enjoyed the playground and jumping pad. My ONLY complaint is that the trick or treating started at 3 and you can't check in til 2 so we were rushing to set our camper up and get the Halloween stuff set up. All the staff was super friendly! Also a really nice dog run!We definitely plan to return and get a site along the creek!
