I booked the wrong KOA for my family trip, and you were able to accommodate still which was amazing. Loved the adults only hot tub and free ice cream time! Movies everyday too. Friendly staff, felt very welcomed. Lots of great campers there to interact with. I also loved the dog park and dog wash. The only thing I could recommend would be adding a dishwash station, but that is a want, not a need.

Washrooms could use some TLC and refurbishment. Nice that pets are allowed but a little to much early morning barkin. Patio around the pools needs leveling, (tripping hazard)

We had a lovely time, our site was great and had friendly neighbors. My only issue was the showers could be cleaners and the water on the floor made it slippery

Great camp, lots of activities for the kids. Nice pool and hot tub. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint would be that the site was a little small and the showers could use some updates.

Nice spot, but the infrastructure (pool, outdoor gym equipment, washrooms/showers) is sorely degraded and is in dire need of replacement,.

Absolutely wonderful time, as usual! This is my 4th year camping here and it never disappoints - so much to do for children - park, jumping pillow, bike rentals, daily activities, pool, ping pong

We stayed at the koa for family reunion. The overall stay was fine, but compared to other koas we have been to, it was very outdated. For the money we pay for, the park could use an upgrade, the trail required maintenance and bathrooms were very old. Pool walls looked like they needed a good scrub. The staff were nice though.

I drive a 44 foot motorhome that needs a large angle to come in to a site. I drove to Site G7 and made my normal angle to park in properly in the site but there is a tree with strong branches that caught my passenger side mirror and BROKE THE MIRROR. That tree is not even nice looking and should have been removed long ago. Now I'm driving out with a mirror missing which is very dangerous.

KOA Ivy Lea for me is one of the best places to go camping. Lots of nature, friendly staff and their location are great. I wish we lived closer so my family could go there more often. Only downside is that the washrooms need a little renovation.

The campground was great for our grandkids - in so far as the programs offered and the staff who ran them. But we were 2 sites down from a rental unit that had a MAJOR issue with the sewar line We smelled it all weekend.... Never saw anyone from the campground come and deal with it and the big wet puddle beside the site on side of laneway. The pool area could use a bit of TLC

Nice place, Thank you. The smell from the Diesel exhaust of the Kubota and Side by Side was unpleasant, please go electric. Also, too many dogs peeing everywhere.

It’s too expensive for what we had. My site 123 was very small, not enough place to be 5 around the fire pit. The pool area is too small (two tiny pool). Not enough restroom for tent site. There was a lot activities for kids The service was good.

We came to see what it was like before booking an extended stay. Very disappointing. Better campground with more room, and closer to town, just down the road. Asked for a pull through. Too tight to pull through and had to back out. Multiple pools but all are very small and not big enough to really meet campground capacity. Playground was very nice. Not worth the money. Sorry!

The last time we were at this KOA was 2013. We stayed in a cabin on that occasion and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However this was not the case this time. The facilities are not being maintained to a high standard which is what I areexpect at a KOA. The areas around the campsites & cabins are overgrown with brush and weeds. The children's play area appears to be in good shape, but I'm not a child

We had site 128 which is a sewer clean out location. It smelle like a sewer all weekend so not a pleasant stay. Park is decent. Workers came by and had a look at the sewer but nothing was done. I overpaid for the experience.

We love how clean and well organized this campground is. A lot of trees still offers some sense of camping, the many activities and dog park are great for families with kids and pets. We will be returning!

Trees need to be trimmed. My RV is full of scratches because your roads are too tight and trees branches scraped against my RV.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
