The pool and hot tub were great but the patio stones around the area needs some maintenance, such as weeding and polymeric sand. Why is the ceramic floor to the bathroom always wet and slippery? If moisture is such a problem, change the flooring to something less dangerous. The pamphlet provided at check-in mentioned recycling but there are no blue boxes. Why is the only garbage station so far?

We very much enjoyed our stay and intend to come back eventually. the only bothersome point is that there were ants chewing the wood inside cabin C2 and we were hearing them all night

Our Kids love the KOA in Ivey lea, we come back year after year, we rent the cabins every year and we noticed that the BBQ are new and super easy to start, looks like new swings and sand in the playground, the place looks great and I like that they are replacing older stuff it makes me confident in returning.

We really enjoyed the cabin that we stayed in. It was far better equipped than we thought and were very pleased with it. All the staff that we met were courteous and helpful. We will definitely come back.

This is our favourite weekend of the entire camping season!!!! The weather is perfect, the leaves are beautiful and the events are so much fun! The kids love that they’re still able to swim, as the pool is heated. The staff are so wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

Our grandkids had a blast in the haunted woods, trick-or-treating, and splashing in the heated pools! The staff and fellow campers were so friendly and helpful. We made unforgettable memories and can’t wait to come back in the spring! ������

The outside of the cabin was a mess. There were leaves everywhere, and the patio furniture was filthy. We couldn't even use the patio because of it.

We love the Ivy Lea location!! Enjoyed it thoroughly as we have many times before. My only concern is with the shower controls. They are truly in need of replacing!!

This was our 2nd stay with you and it was just as wonderful as the first. The accommodations were nice, needs a little TLC but overall nice. The pool/ hot tub were very refreshing after a long siteseeing day. We were looking for a peace and quiet filled couple of days and we found it. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. Excellent responsive service. Things need to be updated in our cabin though. Heater fan so loud you cant speak when it is on. Get a comfortable couch for tv watching. Stove exhaust fan switch broken. Wires semi exposed. Chairs on deck dirty with slats on one completely off. Lots of small fixes. And upgrade cable tv pkg please?

We have been coming annually for many many years to this campground. It doesnt seem to be maintained as well as it once did. The Kabin we stayed in had multiple areas in the flooring where it felt like one might fall through! The kabin's private hot tub was no longer functioning or useable which was a shame. They also need a leash hook/dog spot close to the hot tub for dogs

Got numerous bites overnight in cabin 5. Fleas in mattress? Over a hundred on both arms in clusters and very itchy. Shower stopped running in the middle of shampooing my hair. Daily machine noise between the lawn mower, weed whacker and pressure washer. Clogged sinks. Bathroom door not closing properly and makes a super loud bang. Water pressure in shower super low. Hot tube just lukewarm.

everything was great and i would have rated a perfect score if not for the poor internet service provided. No matter if i tried first thing 6 am , or come to the office area it was not capable of hooking up to our laptops - being away but yet staying connected at home is important . Would love if u explored other servers. thanks again , and your camp site is wonderful!

Nice clean deluxe cabin but needs some maintenance to keep it up. Fan stuck on position in the kitchen with a broken faceplate, bathroom door stuck, grill was filthy. Desk personnel seemed indifferent to our inquiries, it didn’t seem like the issues were a priority with the young desk clerk.

Beautiful site, clean cabins. The pool area is lovely and we very much appreciated the 18+ hot tub area. Staff were friendly and responsive. The dog park area was great. My only real complaint was the showers: lukewarm water and almost no water pressure.

Kids loved the activities+ free snacks. The pool and washrooms we clean. The playground area was great. Our camping site was great but the site next to us (T8) was covered in trash. told the staff the 1st day but nobody came. We tried to hook up a hammock but the tree came out. We cleared the area, I pushed it a little and the whole thing came down. Maybe more effort to health and safety?

The bathrooms were close to the cabins, but not accessible; stairs are everywhere here. They are also inconvenient to access from the pool. I noticed very few people were leaving the pool to go to the washroom, and the toilets were not dripping wet the way pool toilets typically are, which means they were peeing in the pool. We found a pair of child's leggings and a hair clip in our cabin.

Was ok, not great. The cabin had a good decor inside, but there were a couple of issues that affected us: 1. We found a live mouse under one of the kitchen burners (which we promptly escalated to the front desk) 2. The front doors (faced the street) didn't have blinds or curtains. As a result, there was no privacy. People walking by could see inside, particularly at night when the lights were on

We staid at cabin 4 its cute i would just improve the lights its too dark inside. And improve more the cleaning our cabin had a lot of spider webs. Kids had lots of fun. Was a bummer that no camp fires were allowed but I understand why. My grandsons had a tent campsite with 4 people but were allowed only one tent. Their 1 tent was a very small pup tent and they had to take it down because only 1 tent per site. I thought that was unfair considering what they paid for the campsite. We stayed in DC4, my family and I had a wonderful three night stay. Only 4 stars, as the bathrooms below the pool needs regular cleaning, I walked back to my cabin to use our bathroom instead. The microwave wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest stay. 5 stars for all the kids activities.

I went with my wife and three kids. There is a playground, bouncy pillow, games area, pool, hot tub, pedal carts to rent, and nice/clean washroom facilities. We stayed in a basic cabin (clean and no bugs), which had a mini-fridge, microwave, firepit, propane bbq, and picnic table. One negative: the site trail was not maintained, but there are lots of hiking options nearby so not a big deal.

We enjoyed our stay and we were happy to bring our dog with us. The dog park area was fantastic and we appreciated being able to let our dog off leash. It would have been great to have a little more privacy between lots, but otherwise we enjoyed our time there and the staff was friendly and helpful every time we interacted. The location too was perfect, close to a lot of places in the area.

We LOVE KOA camp grounds. Activities are fabulous (pool, park, trampoline, organized activities, etc.) Missing a star due to the cotrage we stayed in. 7 peraon cotrage: needs a lot of love (shower, floor boards kitchen area bubble, smell appeared and got stronger). Requested ant traps for counter tops (we did not leave food out), but they never got back to us. Not enough kitchenware for 7 people.

Updated – 2026, Jun: This has become our family's favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid's playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.
