Everything and everywhere was super clean no cigarette butts ect on sites Everyone was very nice and helped with information on boat cruises available....only downside a bit expensive

Easy to get to and a nice location to take a ride along the great bike path. Wish the pool was open until 8 not just 6.

One of the best KOAs in North America. Sire there are some with ocean and mountain views. However, this KOA wins for green initiatives, chemical free environment and fair pay for its employees. Wonder why you hear the frogs, birds and see wildlife more here, no pesticides! Quiet and clean. Val was awesome. And Pets are welcome. No hidden extra fees like other KOAs either lethbridge......

Very nice stay overall. A few things. Pool and hot tub were a little dirty and could have used some chemical TLC. "heated" pools were somewhat heated, but could be 1-2 degrees warmer for our liking. But each to their own right! We found the store to have extremely limited supplies. Although we never expect a full grocery store, the shelves were very empty. Overall a great stay and a fun time!

Site 121 was the perfect size for our truck, trailer and hosting mealtimes with our kids and grandkids. The activities were amazing and we appreciated them!

We had a fantastic time - the kids and adults loved the pools and hot tubs. The kids loved the activities, especially the tie-dye, bbq, and the amenities - jumping pillow and park.

The campground had a ton of amenities and was close to attractions we wanted to see. My only complaint is the way it’s set up that we shared a common ground site with strangers. I’ve paid much less to have a better site with all the hook ups.

We found the lot hadn’t been cleaned up. There were cigarette butts, beer caps and a lot of plastic and paper garbage.

We were very impressed with the Children's program at the campground. My children loved the Air Rockets, Bubbles in the Activity Field, and the Bubble Wagon Ride. We were there for the islands. Yet we enjoyed the campground as much as the islands activities.

Bcp de Modules de jeux cassés, dangereux, sales, la sans maintenance, photo dans le site ce n’est pas la vérité. Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas. Les places avec des jardins ne sont pas belles comme présentes, il manque de soin. le parasol était moisi…Il manque un peu d’amor dans ce grand camping.

We were told that there weren’t many sites available but there were lots of empty sites and our site wasn’t very good. It was ok.

Val was very pleasant and friendly. Nice park in a great location. Issue with using our points as partial payment for our night stay.

We have stayed at this KOA multiple times over the years and was impressed. We stopped in this last week and ended our stay early as the facilities were not up to date or clean with having a fowl oder in restrooms. The park looks run down and in need of some updating. If you are looking for wifi throughout the park as advertised it doesn’t work. Very disappointing and over priced for what it is

We had a wonderful time - loved the activities, the amenities and the location to other things we wanted to do! Had a great time with our family. The only drawback was lack of trees and therefore lack of place to hang a clothes line so lots of stinky towels... for sites without any trees, would it be possible to have a retractable clothing line to support drying of all the wet items!?

The campground was packed tightly with big RV’s. There is no privacy. The WiFi doesn’t work. Fire pits are very run down and many are placed under the trees that is not very safe. If you are a nature lover it is better to camp in national parks.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very well groomed campgrounds. Should show more of the landscaping on your website--beautiful mix of natural flora and garden plants.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Campground was clean and maintained. Our site was full of tree roots and I did break my toe on one but I survived! I enjoyed the activities daily. This is a very family friendly camping experience. I will return!

Camp was very nice, thought the camp staff could have done more, as in making sure campers water hook up where not leaking, lots where good sizes yes need more trimming dead branches.

Great location, lots of fun things to do for the kids. Friendly staff only fault would be to maybe clean up the shower area, bathrooms are nice but the showers needed some elbow grease other than that we had a great stay,

Updated – 2026, Jun: This has become our family's favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid's playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.
