We are ta the KOA Ivy Lea during the Holidaze week and no activities had been planned regarding the themes. The staff told that kind of activities are only during week-end. The jumping pillow was the highlight for the kids and they also enjoyed the sunday and float ice cream. During our stay they had a lot of waps around our sites and it was really unpleasant.

Family of 6. Friendly, quiet, clean, a few activities. Things to note: A few activities you need to pay( expensive). Pool is heated (♥��) but they should close at lunch and supper just for maintenance. Hot tub lovely but was not functioning for 4 out of our 6 days. Dog friendly, $10 to wash your dog if you choose to do so. Children activities were not very creative and not a big choice.

Campsite 13 - I really needed 30 amp for such a very hot weekend.....also the cabin across the road has a VERY bright lightbulb outside which is left on all night and lights up the entire campground......lots of barking dogs (sorry I sound like a grumpy old man!).....the forested sites are beautiful....wish I had been there....poo in the pool was reported so did not go there...

This is a nice campground with lots of services but is very busy. I suppose that makes it hard to keep it as clean as some KOAs I have been to. It wasn't bad though.

Nous avons payé très cher pour chaque nuit et nous avons été extrêmement déçu. Notre terrain ne comportait aucune pelouse et était petit. Nous ne pouvions rester dehors en fin de journée et en soirée, car nous étions piqué par des puces de sable. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, le rebord était très sale et il y avait de l’herbe, car le pavé n’a pas été entreten

So Disappointed - this Koa used to be a 5 star. The pool deck is dangerous with buckled stones; the adult hot tub was not working properly; the pool was filthy, No treat on the Saturday afternoon (only Friday and Sunday when we were not there). Only good thing was the staff were so friendly. Not worth the money they charge though. Unfortunately, we will not be returning :(.

Extrêmement bien situé pour un séjour dans les Milles Îles. Cependant la qualité du WIFI est pitoyable ce qui inexcusable en 2022. La pression de l’eau est faible et l’eau de la piscine est assez embrouillée.

Park was clean and accessible. However for the price we paid, I don't find we got the value for the cost. I don't think we would stay here again. However, staff were very friendly.

Sites were very small and close together - so many big rocks lining roadways make it very difficult for bigger rigs.

Great stay, great place, loved it, great activities. Very dog friendly campground even the pool has hooks to leave your dogs while you take a swim! Only downside was they cleaned the washrooms at 8am every morning ( for about 1 hour) so no showers, no washrooms available which wasn't great

Clean staff very helpful power at site was defective owner had us plug in a different pole problem was solved easily and fairly quickly first time at a koa did enjoy the experience enjoyed the on going activities

We were there for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The staff is very professional in every way possible and we thank them for that. The pool, well for a fat guy, it was a little warm but I still used it. It wouldn’t bother me seeing it lowered to 80. Great stay and we will again visit your facility in the near future.

It would have been a 5 BUT your WiFi did not work at all. We are from Australia and even at 2am it just didnt work. Seemed like a few people were complaining and while you mentioned that you are paying for the top level of service, then if that is the case, I'd cancel and go with another company because it is just so frustrating not having access to WiFi while from overseas. Employees were very friendly compared to other places in Ontario. The bathrooms and showers were clean and hot. Only complaint is that WiFi should be much stronger

As new transplants from Victoria, BC, this was our very first from our new home camping experience! We loved everything about this campsite, from the full service site we stayed in to the staff and well kept grounds! AngelaJimmo

No wifi available for 2 days, when trip planning in advance I found this was not good. The staff did say they would reset it, but found no change. Otherwise a nice camp spot and staff

I booked in January of 2022 for a stay in August. I think I got the worst site in the entire park surrounded by at least 4 trailers. Our friends had booked a month prior and received a better spot than we did. The park jammed in another site next to our site #99 as it was not even displayed on their site map but it looks like they created another one to get even more $$. The park was tight tight!

Had no issues during 7 night stay. Seemed to be lots for kids, we were adults only. Booked a garden site but it wasn't much of a garden, some rocks edged the area & plants, they were quite weedy and overgrown. Had a picnic table, small table, 4 chairs with umbrella. All sites not large and not completely level. Good proximity to Gananoque & bike path. Might try elsewhere next time.

I love your place, I’ve been there for 3 years consecutively but this year has been the worst campaign ground spot that I had. But is not going to stopped me from coming back. Thank you to the workers that they all try to help us to fix the problems with the site.I hope next year I’ll get a better site.

I did not enjoy my experience at all. There were a number of things that needed to be repaired. Also the number one issue was that I reserved a tent site with a grass pad and was given one with gravel and when I complained to the staff they told me there was nothing they could do. I will never stay again and I also feel like I was cheated out of my money.

Pros: Great site for families with lots of activities for children. The staff was great/friendly. The bathrooms were kept impressively clean. Cons: We were disappointed that there was no swimming in the 1000 Islands from the campgrounds. Unfortunately the women’s shower water pressure was poor. For the price, 11 am check out seems unnecessarily early.
