Very good but we had a very muddy patch on our site of 111 right beside the area for the trailer. It rained while there so it was a problem. Loved the pool and hot tub. Nice washroom facilities.

What a fab place, lovely sites and a very friendly welcome from everyone involved. We particularly liked the kids activities, so much for them to do. Would definitely recommend this for any families. The whole place is very well cared for and is obviously managed by a team who cares about the experience of their campers.

The staff were great and accommodating. The property could use some maintenance and upkeep. The pools were great but they get dirty quick due to the dirt etc around the pool deck. The garden beds should also be cleaned up to have more curb appeal.

The worst KOA we stay and we did a lot. We ask to the owner some help because our 45 feet and 13 feet high need 2 branches to be cut if not we scratch the motorhome but he refuse. After discuss and lost 30 minutes we decide to try another way because the other site was empty. This is the first time we didn’t get some help when asking for. We will NEVER go back.

I arranged for a group of 12 to camp. We were able to get sites all together which was nice. Even though there is quiet time we were still able to sit around the campfire and chat without any hassle. Would be nice if there was a group discount. Thanks!

The grounds were looking unkempt. Weeds growing around the pool area and flower beds. The people are nice and the pool was clean.

Our kids had a lot of fun. We did find the grounds to be tired and not maintained. The washrooms were clean. The bikes carts we rented were broken. Our money was given back but our kids were disappointed.

Nice location, campsite, nice staffs and many programs for kids. Kids and adults were happy to stay will go again next time.

We came here in May to check it out. And there were NO handrails going to the main office and Landry room and game room They told us in august when you come there will be handrails installed so we booked for 1 week. When we came there were still NO handrails and NO handicap bathroom on the main floor. We try to talk to the manager and he walked away from me I need bathroom on the main floor

aucun service de racompagnement , petit terrain , très dispendieux à comparer avec mes autres expérience dans les 2 dernières semaine dans des KOA au USA… eau pas de pression… par contre électricité 50 Ampère excellent

Very nicely located; all the streets are in gravel and very dusty. They must reinforce the speed limit. Even their own employees drive too fast in their quads Very low selection of merchandise at the store. No butter, no eggs, no margarine etc

I absolutely love the Ivy Lea KOA! The staff was as always very friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed in the condition of the swimming pools this time though. There were dirt marks above the water line in the cold pool highlighting the obvious fact that it has not been cleaned regularly. The water was very murky compared to it’s usual state as well. The hot tub was lovely!

Only a few rules to follow. Unfortunately, not all campers follow the rules and management does not enforce them; i.e.: no clothes lines, quiet times 10pm to 9am., wearing bracelets for activities, late arrivals.

Really it was just okay. Poor wifi and water pressure. This KOA is terribly over priced for what you get. Whole place needs major upgrade to justify what they are charging. Been to better that charged a lot less.

Beau camping bien situé mais manque évident d’entretien. Les piscines ont connues de meilleurs jours. Il y a plein de mauvaises herbes autour du Spa. Notre terrain aurait eu besoin d’un coup de taille bordure. Nous avons payé pour un site 30 ampère mais dès que nous dépassions 15 ampère, le breaker sautait (c’était pourtant bien un 30 ampères????) Dissapointing. Western weekend ..where was it?? Pool water warm..nice.. pool water verry cloudy..not so nice..dirt and dust everywhere. Some workers driving carts too fast. Sewage gas back up.. Staff polite and somewhat helpful. Garbage n recycle needs a clean up. For the price not sure the value was there.

This is an excellent “kid” park. They have a ton of activities every day for kids. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The grounds need to groomed more so than they are. The pool area is accommodating but needs to be updated as well. Overall an amazing park for families with children.

I was pleased with our stay, everything was fine. I am not complaining, but i did see a lot of the rules being broken, pets off leashes, clotheslines, RV,s being washed. If i had 1 issue, would be the condition of the water in the pool, very misty, i feel not chlorine treated or at least not often enough. Stephen Hodge

Water pressure would not even rinse the shampoo out of your hair. The hot tub would not work most of the time. The pools were not very clean. The site are not kept up like other KOA parks. Flower beds wild and full of weeds. Entry road very rough which is hard on trailers. The only good things is met people from other countries but they had the same impression. Lots need to be deeper.

We were there for a quiet weekend away from home. Felt park was not as meticulously cared for as in the past, Disappointed the hot tub was not working properly this weekend. We did enjoy our weekend at KOA Ivy Lea.

Great location close to 1000 Islands. Enjoyed the hot tub, however it would be nice if it was opened a bit later than 9 pm. The vines around the hot tub should be cleaned up. Very nice doggy park and nice kids park. Enjoyed the hiking trail and look forward to booking again next year, however we will pick a different site as the lots were too close in our section. Our site was clean and level.

Great service, friendly staff, and beautiful location. From the start the service was great, quick, and pleasant. Got to our site and although initially we were not impressed it turned out to be perfect for us older adults, quiet and private. People around us were very friendly and enjoyed seeing children running around at the park. Did not get to use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice. Did use the outdoor gym and found it challenging. There is a very nice and extensive bike path and we went all the way to downtown Gananoque, 14 Km., with beautiful views along the way. Great place to relax and enjoy mother nature's beauty.

Friendly and fast check-in. Excellent staff all around. Grounds were clean and well kept. Did not use washrooms or showers. They state "big rig friendly" for the pull-throughs. It was a bit tight for our 38' motorhome. Site 35 was narrow but no issues with trees. The park does show some age but kids did't care and had a blast. Pools were clean but busy for a long weekend. Decent water pressure for washing/showers. I would return but not for long weekend prices. This is a very kid oriented park. If you have kids they will have fun. If you don't, you might want to pass if you want some peace and quite.
