Toujours un beau camping, nous sommes venu à quelques reprise mais cette année les clôture autour de la piscine sont plus que du pour une mise à jour et manque un espace de pliage à la buanderie et les toilette du bloc principale sont effectivement du pour un rafraîchissement,

Great facilities/activities for kids. Staff wasfriendly and helpful! My main concern was relating to noise level. I stayed during the long weekend so I understand it was busier, but after 11pm, I expected the noise level regulations would be enforced. This was not the case as larger groups were quite loud until almost 1am every night. Staying in a tent, this was an issue for me and my kids.

The campground itself is very nice and the pools, playground etc., are great. However, for anyone who relies on washroom/shower facilities like we did, I would not recommend, as these were very dirty, especially the toilets, moldy showers, . I spoke with the desk staff and she just gave me a stare and 'I'll tell my manager' and turned away. Very expensive also.

We have been coming for about 10 years - not including covid- this was the first time we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the lack of engagement by the young staff. Before the animators would engage with the young campers- now they just put stuff out and wait. The grounds are beautiful though. We will probably look at other KOA’s.

We have camped there many times but not in the last five years. There was a big change in the stay. The play equipment is in need of repair. They were using old scavenger hunt sheets from years ago. The hot tub on the general pool was not working. There was just not the care of the campground that there had been previously. The activities for the kids was lacking some participation from the staff.

Really nice camping, super quiet and well equipped for kids. Only complaint would be about the toilets and showers wich were not clean.

Fantastic and clean. Only down fall was the lakes that were created around the site when it rained due to ungraded grounds. Other than that super experience and Fantastic staff. Tks ill be back at some point.

The campsite with full hookups in the woodland area #80 was a great spot, the only issues we had was mainly with the sewer hookups; the hookup wasn’t placed on enough of a downward slant so we had to physically move the sewer tube whenever I wanted to empty the tank. I would recommend readjusting the sewer hookup so it has more of a down flow for the tank to empty on its own. Staff was friendl

It was ok, wasn’t as nice as other KOA’s we have stayed at. We stayed at the back of the campground where the seasonal sites are located, some of the seasonal sites were quite messy and unkept, overall it was “ok”.

Le camping est très bien en général. Cependant éviter le terrain 71, les kart des employés n'arrête pas de passer et c'est très bruyant. On aussi eu droit a des voisins avec des chiens qui n'arrêtait pas de japer et pour clore le négatif, on avait régulièrement une odeur de pot provenant des voisins. Nous avons séjourné pour une troisième fois dans un Koa. Celui ci pour 3 nuits où nous avons profiter de la piste cyclable qui est vraiment très agréable qui nous a amené à Gananoque, boutiques, restaurants, parcs nous avons beaucoup aimé. Nous avons fait aussi la croisière dans notre cas 3 hrs, très beau et agréable. Je vous recommande ce camping sans hésitation.

Sites are small. Neighbouring RVs are really close. Tree branches swipe the RVs on the sides. Also, somewhat noisy at night (dogs barking). However the staff is really nice, and it’s a great biking area with paved paths.

This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid’s playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.

It was so hot out and we didn’t have much shade on our site. Our site number was hidden. It took a while to find. Only having one washroom that was far away was an issue. Otherwise, the place was lovely!

Facilities are unclean, minimal security at night. The woman working the front desk was as helpful as she could be. Group next to us from 10:30 pm on were extremely loud and no security came by, we kept waiting hoping a camp staff would circulate and help, by 1:30 am we walked to seek assistance. No help, we had to sleep in our car. Was refunded $30 and was told we were lucky to get that.

Location is great, staff are excellent. The installations: pool, hot tub and deck, as well as the bathrooms should be renovated.

This park charged over $110 per night and it does not meet KOA standards in our opinion. We felt like we were staying in run down end of life campground. You would think that they could invest some of the money into maintaining the campground. The website said they were in walking distance to cruises - this is not the case. Will not stay here again.

Excellent staff super friendly and extremely polite. Was a little disappointed that we were not able to go through the trails for a walk the maintenance was not done and I was not able to find the entrance. Lots of activities to keep the young ones entertained

Extremely private site (woodland) with individual electrical hookup / potable water tap; lots of trees/shade, firepit, just overall a beautiful area. We loved the pools and hot tub, the kids loved the playgrounds (there was a cat!) and bouncy pillow. This was our first KOA experience, and we can now understand the premium cost. Was very quiet (midweek camping), no music, no yelling/partying.

Dog running around with no leash when there is little kids playing and the neighbors were so lowed we couldn't even hear each other We had booked for two nights but left after one

The campsite was well kept, for the money paid out to stay, the WiFi could have been better, even cell service was spotty and one might say that you are camping, with the many events occurring eg. Olympics, having a good Wifi would have made it easier to keep up with events, a lot of people now work from sites and expect that type of service. The sites were clean and all amenities were great.

As far as the trailer sight goes it was OK. The daily activities for the children has not changed for at least 10 years,it was boring as he'll! And forget the free internet, if you had managed to get connected it would show only the bottom line!!,then you would loose connection again!!!

Started off with people set up on our site and took forever to gather up their stuff and move. Then that night we had a big group of people up all night with their music blasting and singing. Second night was better but for the most part the experience was not how we imaged it. Oh, and the second day my daughter bike got a flat tire and had to push it all the way back

Bon camping. C'est propre, il y a des activités pour enfant, belles piscine chauffée. La seule chose, les emplacements sont collées.

Updated – 2026, Jun: This has become our family's favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario.
