Staff were friendly and welcoming. I think we had the best accommodations in the resort. It was a deluxe cabin at very end of the street. It was secluded, well shaded and spacious. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire and watching the fireflies. It would’ve been nice to have an electric kettle though. Parking is not convenient and we have to unload stuff ascending and descending the stairs leading to the cabin.

Very inconsistent water pressure at our rv site. So bad at times, you couldn’t shower or wash dishes. Gardens, walkways and playgrounds are overgrown with weeds. Notice was posted that the pool closes at 6pm Sun-Wed. Might be different for the summer. Staff is uncaring and go through the motions. There has been no visible investment into the campground. Looking run down.

Nice place, clean washrooms and cabins! Not much to do during the week in the campground itself, activities are taking place on weekends I guess. You need level 2 charging stations for electric cars, asap!!! Thanks!

My stay was pretty great! Would be nice to have more dog friendly activities. Only downside was the area by my picnic table had some shards of broken glass lying around, luckily I noticed them before myself or my dog were injured. Other than that very nice and relaxing visit.

Cabin was beautiful, front desk staff were always polite. Kids had a ton of fun swimming, at the playground and jumping pillow. Overall was great experience and will certainly be back.

We had a great time at the campground! This was our 2nd time visiting this KOA and it was wonderful. Cabins were clean and the kids participated in some of the fun activities offered. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Love that the entire campground (including the cabins) were pet friendly!

Overall good stay. Bed mattresses are old & hard. Fan will not stay on overnight. To turn off light have to turn off fan :(

In the past this has been our favorite KOA, but this year we were a bit disappointed. The hot tub (the reason we booked the cabin we did) was absolutely filthy. When we complained, it was "cleaned" but was still very dirty. The kitchen is completely infested with tiny ants. It was just a bit disappointing in comparison to other years.

This is the second time we stayed here, first time we rented the deluxe cabin with he kids, this time was just my wife and I. We really enjoyed it, the BBQ starter switch wasn't working and we ment to mention it (CK3). We have booked another stay for September the kids are very very excited to come back.

Our stay was great!! Only problem was water pressure in the women's shower!! Staff was very informative and pleasant. Everything was well planned out, the facility and campground was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
