Bon emplacement mais le personnel n'avait pas laissé les clés du chalet à notre arrivée à 19 heure, et nous avons attendu 1 heure. Un numéro de nuit est normalement affiché sur la porte mais il n'y avait rien, et nous avons dû contacter le personnel par instagram. L'état général des toilettes et douches, et le ménage sont vraiment médiocres. Même chose pour le chalet, ménage médio

The park was very clean and pet friendly. The handicap bathroom stall has a very low toilet and the bar to help lift yourself up is in an awkward place. I found it very difficult to get up from the toilet.

Le site est super bien. Le personnel est amical et dévoué. Le seul bémol est les chiens qui jappent car leurs maîtres les laissent dans le roulottes ou les tentes pendant qu’ils se promènent ou qu’ils vont se baigner.

More attention to the pool area as at times there were too many kids in the hot tub even at times kids were jumping off the chairs into the pool

We very much enjoyed the amenities and the beautifully wooded area our campsite was located in. Very clean facilities. Our only suggestion would be to have longer access hours for the pool/hottub area. It closed at 6 pm daily.

Campground needs work, sites, landscaping, fencing etc.. We were also put in a site that faced right into someone else's site when there were tons of open sites and we could have been spread apart. Will not return

From the minute we pulled in it felt like we were borderline harassed by a seasonal guest who is a staff member. This woman who has short grey hair was rude to my kids on multiple occasions. She accused us of not checking out on time when we still had another day on our stay. To which another staff came to our site. We will be emailing the owner in regards the rest of the issues during our stay.

The facilities (washrooms, showers, laundry, etc) were very clean. The RV sites were spacious and level. The staff were all excellent, professional yet very warm, friendly, and helpful. The only suggestion I could offer is about the store; they should offer more basic goods such as bread, eggs, etc. we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We applaud the management for doing a great job.

New owner is making major improvements. Activities for the kids have more variety, sites are being improved with new umbrellas and the pool area has a new safe surround. Outdated workout space has been removed and games are now available for families to use. Cannot say enough good things about the changes we’re seeing here.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Super clean restrooms. Level site. Only drawback was we were given a "buddy site' (campers doors facing neighbor's doors) which was somewhat less private, but our neighbors were very friendly.

The campground is very run down. There were so many ticks and it would have been nice to have been warned about this. Staff was friendly and we realize there is new owner that is working hard.

Great location but some sites are a bit tight for larger trailers and Motorhomes. Very dusty when conditions are dry.

Clapped out cabin by the park - overgrown weeds, water damaged floors, desparately needs a overhaul. Dog park entrance was always a swamp so didn't get a chance to take our small dog inside. No arcade as advertised. movie lounge? $15 per bundle of wood. Pools and pool area were nice and fairly clean which was the only thing good about this park. Overall pretty disappointed and would not recommend.

Enjoyed the stay. Cabin is basic but comfy and met our needs for a short stay. Enjoyed the BBQ and double rocking chair on the porch. Bring your own towels and linens! Very hot water for shower. Hot tub out of order for a while, they should shock it first thing in the morning when no one using it or at night so we could have enjoyed it during the day since we had really looked forward to that.

Front person was friendly/helpful. Early season,I am sure they had little staff yet. Location/layout of park are fantastic. Pools (kid and adults) are very nice, water looked clean. Park was orderly but was in need of some maintenance/grooming. Kids playground is well equipped needed a wash to look fresh. Bathrooms need to be cleaned/painted a non cellblock colour but fresh and bright.

Updated – 2026, Jun: This has become our family's favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid's playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.
