The staff was very friendly. We stayed in the Woodlands and it was very peaceful and relaxing. I did notice the shower pressure was different (very low) in one of the three stalls but it was nice and hot. The hot tub was wonderful. We will definitely go back.

Campsite was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff, location was great. My only complaint is that the wifi was really bad. I'm sure h=there's something that could be done to improve it.

We wanted to check out this KOA location and really enjoyed ourselves. Lots of things to do to keep our children entertained. Staff is excellent. They are very helpful, very kind! We will be back for sure!

We were assigned a site that is supposed to be for a 30 foot trailer but the note we were provided said not for travel trailers over 24 feet. The site was small and not easy to back into as the website stated

We had a wonderful time. James in the front office was very helpful and a lot of fun. We enjoyed our time there and even booked an extra night. Thank you for the hospitality! We hope that the dog bath area will be open next time!

The campsite was sloped. Our tent was too large to make that work. We should’ve been notified before we came. There was no hot water. I understand there are a lot of campers but we lost money on a timed attraction in Kingston because I was waiting for it to reheat. We ended up having to leave the vacation early because we had not booked anywhere else to stay. We should be reimbursed for the nigh

We had a very enjoyable stay at your KOA with our 2 grandkids. They really enjoy the park, jumping pillow and of course the pool. The following is improvements that we would suggest. In the deluxe cabin we stayed in the futon was very uncomfortable for an overnight quest. The fridge was much to small and some of our food froze if at the back of the fridge, and there were a few aunts getting in

Dont advertise you provide internet as its not working at all. Too many dogs owners dont take care of them and let them bark for hours...

The grounds are lovely and the pools are perfect. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage and the outdoor space was large well equipped and pleasant. The indoor space was in need of an upgrade the beds were saggy and lumpy as were the couches. For older people they were impossible to get out of. This KOA is a not worth the KOA name. It is very outdated and not well taken care of. The bathroom is so bad that they need to keep the door open to let the smell out. Sites are overrun and not maintained. I would not recommend this camp to anyone

The staff at the desk were super friendly and helpful. Our campsite was very nice and close to the pool. The pool was very nice and clean and it was nice seeing the kids and families having fun. Ice cream sundaes by the pool was a nice treat! The bathroom and showers were a little dated, but very clean and functional nonetheless. We will definitely be back!

Water pressure too low, could t use my tankless water Heater. Poll water dirty, fireplace was dirty upon arrival with tons of cigarette butts on the ground.

A fantastic visit, everyone on staff was very easy to talk to and helpful! Although the person that checked us in seemed to only talk to me, completely ignoring my wife, so at first we didn’t think much…never saw that person again! Pools and Hot tub were fantastic! Saturday Social was well organized and enjoyable - make sure to have you hose and water guns for the afternoon hayriders!!!

Enjoyed our time at the campground. The pool party hot dogs/chips/drink then next day the ice cream floats were a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated. Will be back for sure!

The only feedback I have for improvement would be to do a thorough sweep of the cabin before check in, and to ensure the outdoor electric outlets are functional. Otherwise everything was perfect and we will be back!

It was better than expected! Our daughter, son in law and their 2 children 5 and 8 and my son in-laws brothers family of 5 took up 3 cabins. They were all beside each other and allowed everyone to go back and forth with ease. The pools were excellent: the kids basically lived in them until close! Our cabins were in the shade all weekend, which was ideal for those of us avoiding direct sunlight.

False advertising. The brochure we got said walking distance to restaurants, marina, stores etc. That's a total crock. 25-30 minutes to 1 marina, only 2 restaurants close enough to walk to, 1 being a high end restaurant. We took a cab $30 each way) to Ganagoque for the boat tour and restaurants and stores. 1 dryer and 1 washer out of order, dog wash out of order. Other than that it was okay.

So enjoyed our stay this time. The camp was quieter. No late night parties. The camping Kabin beautiful and well kept. The entire camp well maintained. A wonderful place for our family stay. A positive do over. Staff wonderful!!! Stay awesome!!! A great time was emjoyed!!

We stayed in a Delux Kabin. It was very well set-up, clean, and the staff moved right away to fix a problem when we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, our own BBQ and fire pit. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Ivy Lea KOA - they were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond each time. We enjoyed the evening bingo too. Had a GREAT weekend!

Hello, nice place, not too big. James at the office was just great. The cabin was ok, but definitely, the shower needs a very good cleaning, even almost a complete change. I mean a lot of mold that makes it dissapointing, for that part. That's it. Thanks for reading me.

Site was dusty and unlevel. Campground needed upkeep. Bathrooms/showers were inconveniently located. Staff was helpful and friendly.

It would have been nice to have been notified about heavy spraying of ticks / mosquitoes to have the choice to leave or close up trailer. The GARLIC smell and taste has me concerned about what I ingested and breathed in. Liquid was sprayed on my trailer as they went past site 82, all while they stated we won’t try to get much on you.

Wifi is terrible,,,didn,t tell us that when we checked in. Campground very run down compared to how it use to be. Use to be movies under the stars,,, use to have social sundaes,,, use to give you free morning newspaper,,, Just not the same nice place anymore.

All of the staff members were truly amazing. The slide for the pool was a big hit for my 6 years old daughter. Little kiddie pool (kids “hot tub”) was so amazing for my 4 years old daughter who could swim without her floaty :) The playground was amazing, very large and lots to climb. Amazing weekend!

Although the campground itself is in a great location, lots of stuff for kids, property seems well maintained..it’s the campsite. The pull thru’s are far too short for the rigs that are assigned to them. And narrow. We were fortunate not to have any neighbours on our arrival day. Departing…had to ask 2 neighbours, who were both very understanding to move their outdoor furniture. Will not be

Annual Thanksgiving weekend friends and kids get together. This year it shows there's new management investing money into the place after years of neglect. Can't wait to see the place getting back in shape. Love this location been going for over 20 years.
