Minor electrical issues, low water pressure. Was unlucky to camp for a week during a fire ban. No rebate offered unfortunately. Basic camp site. A bit expensive for what you get.

Lovely wooded tent site. Quiet. Good amenities. The ladies bathroom was NOT clean at all and lacked toilet paper at time. The pool could also have been cleaner, although I understand it was very hot and used by a lot of people.

Clean but rules are not applied to everyone. Some rules need to be revised (all KOA). 6 showers for a whole campground??

Premièrement rouler à 15kph c’est impensable avec vos chemins de gravelles,,nous sommes dans la poussières toujours ,,,de plus les employés en car de golf vont à plus de 15kph. Deuxièmement,,,vos arbres sont très laids et pratiquement tous mort. je suis a ma 2 ieme visite ...1 ere fois il y a 7 ans cetait parfait..... ma derniere visite du 3 au 4 aout me laisse un gout amer... jai 2 petites tentes dont une pour mon garcon de 12 ans.... un employe vient chialer le soir que cest une tente par site et que je dois prendre 2 terrains....voypns cest mon garcon de 12 ANS qu est ce que ca change une grosse tente ou 2 petites ridicule

The site was very clean and suited our equipment needs. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The activities were entertaining and enjoyable. All the facilities at the campground were in good condition. We will definitely be returning for a future stay.

This was a nice quiet park with very friendly people. The staff were all amazing. We had a site in between some seasonal people and they all made us feel welcome. The new owners are working very hard to bring this KOA back up to standards after the old owners let it slide pretty badly (so we were told). There are a lot of beautiful little towns to check out on road trips. Would return in future!

This park was fantastic! We loved the site, the band on Saturday night, there were so many things to do! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back again.

We had a great 8-day stay! The kids loved the events and amenities, and the office staff—especially Tyler—were fantastic. While some areas need work, it’s clear improvements are underway. We appreciate the effort and will definitely keep coming back to this fun, family-friendly spot!

Campgrounds were very clean but a lot smaller than we were expecting. Adult spa is just a hot tub and nature trail was nowhere to be found. Arcade was just a ping-pong table and a giant connect 4 that was broken. Thankfully there is lots to do around the 1000 islands and we weren't stuck just at the campgrounds.

Our family tent camped at this very fun, very clean park. Our children had so much fun between swimming, jumping on the pillow or joining in on many of the activities. We would definitely recommend this park for a fun family holiday.

What a great park. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The grounds were a little tired, trees needed trimming, weeds pulled, but the services were excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great visit!

There needs to be some maintenance done on the sites. Ours had a lot of dead limbs in the trees making it harder to back in without damaging our trailer.

In the pool the children is not a problem but he can jump really close to everybody and the parent just smile that’s not pleasant but the rest is good

Nice tent sites with plenty of shade. Sites are tidy. The rest of the campground is entirely not maintained. Very dirty, weeds everywhere, pool is so cloudy you can’t see the bottom, even at the beginning of the day.

Our stay was ok but the pool was not nice the water was ugly. The grass beetween the interlock, all the interlock was up and down. The grass at are spot was long . Usually all KOA are on the ball put the this one.

Nice location, good showers, pool was beautiful but closed at 9, which was too early for an adult and it being 40 degrees outside. Price of wood increased from the time we arrived around 6ish til we went back and bought it around 8:30, so that wasn't cool. Other than that and a lot of bugs that night, it was good.

Pool was really dirty for the whole 4 days, did not see anyone wipe the inside edge that was brown instead of white... Also in need of chlorine, could be easily remedied. Otherwise the kids really enjoyed all the activities planned by the staff!

It was my third time. It was good, but could be better. Sites (sewage connexions) and pool area need a lot of TLC. There has not been much keep up between my stays. I’ve been to other KOÀs both in Canada and the US and they did to up their game.

Not impressed. The location is great but the sites are tiny and very difficult to get in and out of with vehicles parked right up to the edge of the road. Had to ask a neighbour to move his truck to get out. Our site was obviously an ex seasonal spot with 2 dangerously rotted decks. Staff spent more time “visiting” with seasonal campers than working. I would try Cosmo Campground instead.

Loved the layout — we had T20, away from the main area but just a short stroll away. Bathrooms were very clean, staff was unfailingly courteous & helpful. Absolutely would recommend.

We stayed in DC4, my family and I had a wonderful three night stay. Only 4 stars, as the bathrooms below the pool needs regular cleaning, I walked back to my cabin to use our bathroom instead. The microwave wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest stay. 5 stars for all the kids activities.

Minus: We’ve booked a partial shaded site and unfortunately there were no tree yet on our site. The restrooms smell bad. The speed limit is not respected so it cause a lot of dust. Plus: the staff work was amazing !!! pools, the nature trail, the accessibility of the laundry room

The ping pong table is broken. The basketball game is broken. None of the fontains are working. The middle shower in the girls bathroom doesn't have pression. The fence around the pool is looking old. There are old stickers around the wall of the pool. The price is too expensive. since we had 2 sleepings tents, we had to pay 2 sites because the teenagers wanted their own tent.

Site 34 has a curb right down the middle, not impressed. When time to dump the black, no water pressure to flush. Lot of dead trees and limbs need to come down.

Updated – 2026, Jun: This has become our family's favourite campground. All sites are extremely well levelled and groomed. The whole staff is always friendly and available to help. The activities for adults and kids are just enough, and the amenities are very well-maintained. Bottom line: We strongly recommend The Ivy Lea KOA Holiday. 2025, July: This is one of my top 3 KOA options in Ontario. The site was very well-groomed, from the gravel to the trees, with some brownie points to the fire pit closer to the usable area instead of far in the street. The kid's playground, the jumping pad, the heated pools (one with a small water slide – the kids go crazy at it), and the jacuzzi for (adults only) deserve a special shout-out.

Beautiful location, not sure why they would be running a pressure washer while people are trying to enjoy the outdoors...
